    It is the same installer. You can run it as 30-days trial (CC version) and decide later for CC or stand-alone. To license as stand-alone, follow this guide.
    If you already have the LR6 license key, you can enter it during setup and do not need to follow the guide.

    Hi we're trying to set up our team to switch to Creative Cloud, but on user accounts when they get invited to a team and sign in, they end up only able to access trial versions of the programs. What's up with that? how do I fix this?/
    We just paid 3 grand to not have full access.... what the heck?

    Did you get it sorted out? It looks like the accounts associated with your team have been activated, normally signing in is all that is required (sometimes using the "License this software" option).

  • Is anyone else having trouble with Creative Cloud Tonight? ALLLLL Applications are down. None are working.

    I have verified with at least 5 other people that all their applications are down and no one can sign in to the creative cloud on their desktop. I am experiencing the exact same thing. It started with Lightroom and then just stopped. I was able to just log into photoshop, but i can confirm lightroom is def not working any longer after the upgrade 2015 the other day. its horrible.

    I can still launch applications, but for some reason the CreativeCloud app is hung on a network request.
    I was able to force quit the Creative Cloud app, then relaunch it, and it is working.
    Lightroom and Photoshop launch, but LR is hanging for about 20 seconds in the splash screen (when it normally does not).
    So yes, there appears to be some sort of network/server issue with Creative Cloud right now.
    But I can't find any errors listed in their status pages, so it may only be a slowdown due to a network issue outside the servers.

    I have installed the trial version of creative cloud and the app was working fine for a few days.
    It is now blank and I can't download anymore programs and already downloaded programs are not showing in the window, neither are the headings at the top of the window.

    Ho avuto lo stesso problema. Il mio iPod classic non è stato mostrato in iTunes 11.1, quando è collegato. Ho fatto un soft reset, mentre l'iPod è stato collegato, poi si presentò. Spero che il lavoro per voi.
    (I had the same problem. My iPod classic was not showing up in iTunes 11.1, when connected. I did a soft reset, while the iPod was connected, then it showed up. I hope it works for you.)

    Hola orquestagranada, lo unico que tienes que hacer es iniciar el creative cloud con tu Adobe Id y listo, si has guardado settings de las aplicaciones estas se aplicaran al espacio de trabajo de tu ordenador!

  • Adobe creative cloud

    I have spent an absolute fortune this afternoon buying adobe products such as the creative cloud monthly package and VSCO Film package and none of it is working!! I have downloaded them all on my windows 7 laptop, and loaded the creative cloud app and it keeps signing me out. I have tried every solution google and the adobe support team tell me, and none of it is working. Considering i have paid over £100 less than an hour ago, i really would love it if i could actually use it!

    j'ai eu un problème similaire et après la désinstallation et la ré-installation selon les directives (voir ci-dessus), tout fonctionne parfaitement à nouveau. Il ya cet outil, je cite:
    Outil CS Cleaner Tool pour les problèmes d’installation | CC, CS3-CS6. L’outil Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) Cleaner permet de résoudre des problèmes d’installation des applications Adobe Creative Cloud et Adobe Creative Suite (CS3-CS6). Il supprime les enregistrements d’installation des versions bêta des applications Creative Cloud ou Creative Suite. Il n’a pas d’incidence sur les installations existantes des versions antérieures des applications Creative Cloud or Creative Suite.

  • New Problem with "Creative Cloud" Installer... won't exit.

    I'm using Windows 8, 64 bit. Today I notice that the "Creative Cloud" application is mangled (as shown).
    So I tried to close/kill it:
    But like zombie apocalypse... it won't die.
    It just keeps telling me I have updates... that I can't install.
    I do notice from Task Manager that apparently there isn't a 64 bit Creative Cloud it reports to be a 32 bit version.  2.1.2.232 in case anyone is interested.
    I also noticed a notification about a new Adobe Reader as well, in case those two things are in conflict.
    I killed the task in Task Manager. Then restarted it.  It eventually got its brains back together and seems to be ok. So, this is a heads up to anyone with the problem... you may need to use extreme measures.

  • Error on Creative Cloud Windows 7 64-bit computer

    We have Creative Cloud installed on a Windows 7 64-bit computer.  When we try to use Media Encoder we get an error message "The program Can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."  We have to continually reinstall Adobe CC.  What needs to be done to fix this so we don't need to continually reinstall CC?

    I received a response to download Visual C++ but I've tried that before and we still have to reinstall Creative Cloud.  Any suggestions?

    First, remember that you don't start Photoshop CC _on_ Creative Cloud, you install Photoshop on your machine via the Creative Cloud app. To do this:
    1) Go to http://creative.adobe.com
    2) Click the Download Center tab if it's not already selected
    3) Locate Photoshop and click Download
    4) The Photoshop product page displays
    5) Click Download again
    6) If it's not already installed, the Creative Cloud app is first installed (and you may be prompted to allow the Creative Cloud app installation)
    7) Once installed the Creative Cloud app downloads and installs Photoshop (again, you may be prompted to allow Photoshop to be installed)
    8) From then on, just treat it like any other app running on your computer
    Installing the Creative Cloud app the first time is a bit of a nuisance, but I have to say that managing/downloading/installing apps via the Creative Cloud app is one of my favorite features of Adobe Creative Cloud.
    These instructions assume that you already had a Creative Cloud subscription or have established a Creative Cloud trial account.
