Creative cloud desctop application, problems with installing, error-code 49 -

Nachdem sich meine Creative Cloud Desktop App nicht updaten ließ, wollte ich sie nach der Deinstallation wieder installieren.
Habe nach Angaben des Supports die opm.db Datei gelöscht.
mit dem Adobe Creative Cleaner Tool, die Installation der Creative Cloud Desktop Anwendung gelöscht, die anderen Programme jedoch belassen. Schließlich arbeite ich damit.
Meine Anti-Malware-Programme deinstalliert. (später
Meine Firewall kurzzeitig außer Betrieb gesetzt.
Nichts hat funktioniert. Ich kann die Creative Cloud nicht mehr installieren. Es kommt bei der Installation nach einer gewissen Zeit die Fehlermeldung:
Folgender Fehler ist aufgetreten - Fehler im Installationsprogramm beim Zugriff auf eine wichtige Datei oder Verzeichnis. Versichen Sie die Installation zu wiederholen. (Fehlercode 49)
Ich habe bisher in keinem Forum eine Antwort gefunden.
Bitte antwortet wer mir helfen kann!!!

I've got problems in updating my CC Desktop App. After it doesn't function, i wanted to reinstall the application. But everytime I tried the folloging error message was on the screen.
The following error occurred - installer error when accessing an important file or directory. Try to repeat the installation. (Error code 49)
I just tried it with
deleting the opm.db file
the adobe CC cleaner tool
deinstalling my anti-malware-tool
nothing helped. Has anyone a tip what i can do? Please help me!

just a opm.db file was found. I cannot open it . The last words are just...

    Hello, I'm running a MacBook Pro Retina with Yosemite 10.10.2.  I tried to update Creative Cloud Desktop manager and then tried to cancel it (it was killing my bandwidth while I was trying to work).  It disappeared from the bar at the top of the OSx screen.
    I couldn't get it back.  I restarted my machine.  When I clicked on Creative Cloud this time, I was prompted to update, but almost immediately got an error.  There are other mentions of Error Code 1 on the forum, but they appear to be first time installations, not updates.  Suggestions welcome!  Thanks

    Still no success.  I tried the instructions here: Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application  which says to uninstall Creative Cloud.  I got an error: "Unable to uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop.  Quit Creative Cloud desktop and try again."  But CC desktop is not running.  I had a look in activity monitor and didn't see anything.

    Okay - I think I resolved this by closing some stalled processes in Activity Monitor, then restarting Creative Cloud desktop, then updating in the normal way.

    End All Adobe background processes from task manager and then try to update , processes like Acrotray

  • Creative Cloud Desktop app won't install error 207; Adobe server?

    Is there a problem with some of Adobe.com servers? My employer just purchased a CC subscription for my work Mac, and the CC Desktop App won't install. I've restarted my Mac, quit all Adobe products, redownloaded the DMG file (creativecloudinstaller.dmg), and checked to make sure my firewall is off. But I still get an error message #207. My DNS servers are set to the same ones that other Macs in my group are set to, and they have CC on their Macs.
    I don't know if it's related, but I can't load "adobe.com" in my browser, either. All other webpages are fine, including (obviously) this forum.
    I am using OS 10.8.5, connected via Ethernet, and my browser is Chrome.

    Thank you for your help, Ned. I also called Adobe help via phone, and he confirmed that my company's server needed to whitelist several Adobe sites. The company had revised their servers not long ago, and evidently did not transfer their old whitelists (which is why my coworkers had previously been able to access Creative Cloud). The phone support person emailed me a helpful list that I could forward to our company's tech support center—but the link you supplied in your response was also perfectly relevant.

  • After computer crash, creative cloud shows applications as not installed

    My computer (running windows 7 64 bit) crashed, and after reboot most of my adobe apps (photoshop, premiere etc) disappeared from the installed apps list.
    The actual applications run fine, but they are not in the Creative Cloud window, so I cannot update them.
    They show up in the Find New Apps section.
    Instead of the "up to date" icon, They have the Install button next to them.
    What is the correct procedure to fix this?

    There are few steps that I could suggest that might be resolve the conflict for you, Please follow the below mentioned steps and do let us know if this worked or not.
    1) I can see that Time Machine is active in the background. Can you please open the Preferences for Time machine and disable TIme machine and try again.
    2) If the step 1 doesn't work, please try a different network and check again.
    3) If none of the options above works, please navigate to Utilities> Adobe Application manager and make sure that we have full READ & WRITE permission on this folder and Utilities> Adobe Creative Cloud folder.
    Also, navigate to /LIBRARY/APPLICATION SUPPORT/ADOBE and give the READ&WRITE permission to the all the user accounts.
    4) Post this, try again.
    Do let us know if this worked for you or not.
