Creative cloud desktop won't load any apps

The apps tab in my creative cloud desktop reads download error. Help!

    nothing seems to apply at this point...

    is this the 'unknown' download error or some other error?  attaching a screenshot of the error if it's in english would be helpful.

  • Creative Cloud Desktop won't load. Just spins after launching.

    I just signed up for the photography subscription and have downloaded and installed the creative cloud desktop. after launching the application, the window just sits and attempts to load with the blue circle spinning. I cannot login or do anything. I've tried researching but haven't seen the same issue before. Thanks for the help!

    Please try the Following Steps:
    For MAC OS
    Open Activity Monitor
    >Look For Adobe Processes
    >Force Quit Creative Cloud
    >Force Quit Core Sync
    >Force Quit Processes Related to Adobe.
    Try Launching Creative Cloud Desktop again.
    If you Still get the spinning circle Repeat the above Steps, You will get the Login screen and it will start working.

  • How can I fix my iPod if it won't load any app?

    My iPod won't load any apps and if it does I will get kicked out of the app within 20 seconds. I've read that I should just try restarting it by holding the home and power button until it shuts off, but my power button is stuck. The other thing I've read is to just download another app but it kicks me out of the App Store and iTunes or it won't load them. Could someone please help. I don't want to have to reset it. Thanks.

    1) WHAT if I juse JUST ONE Adobe program pretty often? 
    They have a single use subscription for $20/mo.  Similar to upgrading extended version every 1.5 years.
    2)  WHAT if I created projects like 2 months ago and I didn't use Photoshop for a full month.  Who assures us that with the CC series the projects are opened with the old CS ones?Or don't use it every day?
    Same problem if you own it.  If upgrade price is $400 every 1.5 year that is same as $16/month.  You can choose not to update and version will be same as when you last used it.
    3) WHAT if I don't use Adobe 24/7?  and 5) Making an day-based subscription??  Same problem if you own it.  If upgrade price is $400 every 1.5 year that is same as $16/month.
    4) Adobe, do you think to be the only one making these softwares?
    Competition is always a factor in market.
    6) After all this mess, you discriminate Europeans, too?
    Taxes charged by Governments and municipalities are not controlled by Adobe.

  • Creative Cloud Desktop won't opening

    Hi,
    I'm having an issue with Creative Cloud Desktop ever since I updated to Yosemite. I've gone through customer support (which were useless by the way) and discovered that Creative Cloud Desktop works if I'm logged in as my Root user (System Admin) on my Mac but won't load in my normal account. I've gone through this link (Troubleshoot unexpected behavior | User account-specific | Adobe software | Mac OS) that the Customer Service representative gave me. However I'm still having the problems loading App.
    Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this issue?

    I start it from the Start menu, it opens and says it requires an update to itself,
    the only other option is Cancel so I  to run the update,
    it runs, then closes,

    It never runs, it just asks for updates,
    how do you get it to run on Windows?

  • Creative Cloud Desktop Won't Install Issues on Mac OS X 10.8.4

    I recently upgraded from CS6 to CC.  First round of installs no problem.  A week later there were a few updates including the CC Destop App and this is where the fun begins.   I installed the updates and immediately after I noticed it was only showing I had 3 apps installed when I have several.  I tried uninstalling the CC Desktop app and re-installing it but I can't get it to install.  Every time I try it just says you have an "unknown error".  I called Adobe's awesome support to which we ran throught diganostics only at the end to tell me they are having issues and to call back later.  I have been all over the forums and have yet to find a solution, nothing works (Including runing the cloud cleaner and renaming the OOBE file). 
    I am running OS X 10.8.4 any other suggestions or help will be much appreciated

    Please try the mentioned steps:
    1. Navigate to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installer and look for CC desktop, if present run the uninstaller to uninstall it.
    2. Navigate to Applications/Utilities and look for Adobe Application Manager folder and Creative cloud folder. If present move to trash and empty it.
    3. Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old
    4. Download CC desktop from: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and try to install again.

  • Creative Cloud CP Won't Load

    I get tray notes saying updates available, but when I click on it I get the attached - just an UnBlur'able/UnFocusable window. I'm on W8.1 64BIT, I can only get rid of the CC UNBLURABLE in W Task Manager. Incidentally, same issue on a W7 PRO 64BIT machine, until recently, when it seems to have fixed itself. Anyway, seems like the CC version on my W8.1 machine is 32bit. What should I do?

    Did a reinstall of CC Desktop, that seems to have fixed it.

  • Creative Cloud Desktop fails to download certain applications.

    So basically what happens is I am able to click the button, and the progress bar appears, but it doesn't progress past 0%, and no 'X' button appears next to it. If I quit during this period, Creative Cloud Desktop doesn't load up again, and I'm forced to restart.
    So far this has happened only with certain applications. Premiere Pro (which I managed to install after a lot of tries) and just now SpeedGrade. Please help!

    Nevermind. I set the program rules on my firewall from Auto to Allow and that worked.
