Creative cloud diaologue stays empty when trying to download InDesign

When trying to download and install InDesign CC, the dialogue window Creative Cloud gets locked when opened. The program Creative Cloud does not seem to function properly even when I try to open it from Windows. I have tried to uninstall and re-install, without success.
I get nowhere with my installation of InDesign. No error messages either. I am logged in to adobe, and I have payed for InDesign CC.

First, from the Creative Cloud desktop menu, choose Quit. Then relaunch it again.
If that doesn't work, uninstall Creative Cloud desktop, then reinstall it again.

    So...
    For the solution number 2... remove the opm.db file i do that every 3 days approximately. I always lost all my Typekit fonts in all my CC applications because CC unplugged or I don't know what ! So I go to delete this opm.db file, but it doesn't want because it tell me that Creative Cloud is open... so I have to CTRL ALT DEL, stop the CC application, remove the opm.db file and reconnect from CC application... sooooooo frustrated and I pay more than 50 $ per month for that !
    I've just tried to uninstall Creative Cloud from my Control Panel, but nothing happens (I've done that a few weeks ago  and it was ok but not this time, I don't know why it jam !) I restarted my computer and try again... but same thing... now it doesn't want to uninstall CC...
    Now I've just used CC Cleaner tool to uninstall/clean the Adobe Creative Cloud application... and it seems to work...
    BUT... When i go on the CC Website i don't find the Creative Cloud Application to download it !
    It was so easy at the beginning of Creative Cloud... but now I've got so much problems...

    Hello,
    since today the Crative Cloud start up box where I see the apps together with it's status on my desktop window 7 pc is totally empty besides of the CC Logo on the top left corner and the frame. Nevertheless I can start apps like PS CC or CC 2014 or Premiere etc. by using the windows start programs list.
    I have no idea what happened and how I can solve the problem.
    I'd be very glad if somebody knows how to get this situation solved and shows the necessary steps to me. Thanks ahead

    HI I'm trying to download a photoshop trial via creative cloud. i have downloaded the creative cloud set up via the adobe website. when i select the creative cloud set up install a square flashes in the middle of my computer screen for about 30 seconds and then nothing happens. i have deleted and redownloaded from your website but the same problem occured?

  • Help!! Creative Zen Nano 512MB Error When trying to download some so

    When I first started using it, it worked perfectly fine. It downloaded everything I wanted with no problem. I deleted everything I downloaded to put some things on their to give to someone else and an Error message came up. The thing that is strange is that it may download one or two songs from the same Cd that I ripped but not the others that I wanted.

    Hi?I've had the same problem on my nano. I thought that it was because I later purchased a Zen Micro and installed the software on the same PC. and the two softwares clashed somehow. Your experience suggests this may not be the case. I'm not experienced with this stuff so my suggestion solution is a bit drastic. Basically I erased every? creative software and MP3 track off my pc and started again. It seems to be working fine so far. BTW I dumped the Micro and only use the Nano and its software on my PC. But then again it could just be that there is an error on those tracks, try it on another machine and see if the problem duplicates.

    Here is the screenshot of the window which comes after any attempt to download a trial version.  It is in French, it means you have been disconnected, connect to continue.

    Capt ray 1 I have not seen Error 101 within the Creative Cloud Desktop application previously.  Can you please post a screen shot of the error you are experiencing?  You can find details on how to post a screen shot at FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?.

    The CC only lists the apps that are compatible with the system you are trying to install on.
    Make sure the system meets the minimum system requirements.
    If it does then try logging on to https://creative.adobe.com/  and see if you can see the list of softwares.
    Try installing it from there and check.

    My Creative Cloud is always empty.  I've had this trouble for over a year.  I cannot update Lightroom because of it and Photoshop does not update properly.  I cannot open the RAW files from my new camera, a Nikon D750.  Each time I want to update, I have to talk to you and delete things and reinstall things but it doesn't fix it properly!
    I have contacted Adobe before and always have to go through a tedious delete stuff and reinstall, then next time it happens all over again.
    I'm really fed up with it and want to know how to fix it properly.  I am in the UK, if that makes any difference.
