Creative cloud doens't start up correctly

Hi,
Today a migrated my macbook pro to another macbook pro. On the new one I can't get Creative Cloud app working.
When I start CC the icon appears in the topbar but the login screen doesn't load and I get a blank screen (see screenshot: http://s.pkvdesigns.nl/1sPMRLE)
So far I tried:
uninstalling and reinstalling
Uninstalling, run the adobe cleaner app and reinstalling
Rebooting computer inbetween these things
rename the OOBE folder in application support
Long story short, i'm stuck. And I heavily rely on Adobe products for my daily job, and none of the CC products work at this moment!
Please help me out.

Try below steps once
Click Gear icon on the top Right corner and Quit Creative Cloud App
Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
It will open Go to folder window, type  exactly ~/Library and click on Go
Then open Application Support > Adobe folders
Trash AAMUpdater and OOBE folders.
Click on finder and hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad.
This time type /Library and click on Go.
Make sure to remove ~ symbol.
Then open Application Support > Adobe folders.
Trash AAMUpdater, Adobe Application manager, OOBE folders.
Navigate to Finder/ Applications/ Utilities
Trash Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folders
Download and Run CC cleaner tool from below link

Accept the license agreement and click on Adobe Application Manager
Then click on clean up selected
Re install Creative Cloud App and check

    Hi Pattie-F,
    It turned out that there was a fragmentary Uninstall of cc desktop that was being installed by startup routine ( .exe or .dll only?)  that was not showing in task manager that was preventing me or fresh install from deleting old files. When I went through startup list and removed all adobe startup installs I was able to reboot and run "cc clean" and get it to completely remove  cc desktop. Was late and went to bed at that point. Before I was getting message that cc clean was unable to remove all of cc desktop.

    Hi Robert,
    Did you succesfully download and install the creative cloud desktop and are having issues downloading apps, or are you stuck on the desktop part? Are you getting any specific error message? What steps have you taken so far and what do you see on the screeen?
    Can you tell me if you are using a Mac or PC and what OS version are you running?

  • Creative Cloud Does Not Start - Help!

    If anyone from Adobe is watching this.  I was considering switching from Aperture to Lightroom CC.  I was able to install the trial and it works fine.  However, all of a sudden, Adobe Creative Cloud App will not run.  The icon appears for a moment then disappears. 
    I have tried almost everything listed here - installing and uninstalling, Creative Cloud Cleaner, running as root, running in a new admin account and so on.  All are no goes.
    I really would like to be your customer, but since I can't get live support, and I am not going to sign up only to find the paid CC does not work either, I hope you are able to help me.

    Hope this helps someone in the same situation. (This is for a Mac, OS 10.9.5)
    This is what I did.
    Started the computer in SAFE MODE, Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) started.
    Restarted under regular user mode. CCD did not start.
    Removed all login items from System Preferences > Users & Groups (I think this step could be skipped and only tried if the following doesn't work.)
    Go to Library folder. Rename LaunchAgents folder to LaunchAgents_old and Launch Daemons folder to Launch Daemons_old
    Create new folders called LaunchAgents and Launch Daemons.
    Move all items NOT containing the name Adobe from the "old" folders and put them in their respective new folders.
    Go to ~/Library and do the same thing with LaunchAgents folder.
    Restart the computer and see if CCD opens. Mine DID!!!
    Using the uninstall Creative Cloud, uninstall. Then reinstall CCD. (This should put new items in the LaunchAgent folders.)
    Restart the computer and see if CCD works. Mine Did and I seem to be good to go.

  • Creative Cloud won't start

    After upgrading to the new creative cloud CC on my windows 7 lab top I am no longer able to open the creative cloud program on my computer. When I click on the CC icon on my lab top nothing happens. If i click on the CC icon on my lab top while checking the process in the task manager i can see that the Creative Cloud.exe *32 start but then stops after about a minute. I ran the cleaner and renamed the files like instructed, restarted my computer and downloaded and reinstalled the Creative Cloud program 4 times already but i a, still getting the same results.
    Does anybody have a better suggestion or knows what's causing this to happen?
    I have been trying to resolve this now for 10hours

    Any chance you can offer me some help as I have a very similar problem but Tech Support have had screen control 3 or 4 times and they cannot help and say the problem is with Apple permissions and 10.7.5.   I am sure you can guess Apple's response!  They say it's nothing to do with them.  I have posted about this but have had no replies and would appreciate solving this problem having switched from Creative Suite master collection to CC and just want it to work.

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

  • Adobe Creative Cloud will not start

    I'm having problems getting Creative Cloud to start.  When I launch it, the window pops up like normal, but it displays just a blank white background where it should be showing my apps and other content.  I've tried reinstalling it and other troubleshooting methods, but it's still doing the same thing.  This has been a constant problem for about a week now.
    I'd appreciate some help with this issue.  I'm running Windows 8 Pro x64.

  • Full Creative Cloud membership apps start as trials?

    I have a new, fully-paid Creative Cloud membership, converted from a prior Creative Cloud month-to-month single app membership.
    And I've built a new box, exclusively for Creative Cloud apps and primarily video processing using Premier Pro CC.
    Using Adobe Application Manager ( Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager -- which installs as Creative Cloud ) I've consolidated my CS single-use apps on two other computers and have installed Premier Pro CC on the new, Creative Cloud-only box.
    So, after Premier Pro CC is installed, the Creative Cloud front end offers "Begin Trial" as the only way to start Premier Pro.
    What gives? If I have a fully-paid CC membership, why am I being offered a "Trial" and am I going to be asked to "Buy" Premiere Pro CC when the trial's over?
    Very confusing...

    every time Mac has released a major update like this, we have seen trouble. This trouble is seen when the OS is directly updated, over the top of the existing OS, as opposed to be being a fresh install on a clean system. These updates tend to break existing files by mangling permissions. Generally, if CC continues to not work, then the next most common solution in these situations is to uninstall and reinstall the product.

  • Creative Cloud PDF preview not working correctly

    More than 50% of the time, when we upload a PDF to our Creative Cloud the preview image is distorted to a square regardless of the actual proportions. The left and right arrows are also missing so you cannot preview multiple pages in a file. Sometimes it works but most the time it doesn't. Usually we have to upload again and then everything is fine.
    Even though the upload doesn't preview correctly or allow you to preview multiple pages the PDF download is fine.

    I am having the same problem, it's been like that for weeks. I've tried uploading an inDesign file and it only shows the first page, squeezed with funky font issues. I've tried different browsers with no luck.

  • Creative Cloud does not start, the pin wheel on my mac just spins, spins, spins

    I have a MacBook Pro with 370 gigs of HD available (of 500gig), 4 gigs of ram, and 2.7 ghz processor.
    I installed Adobe Ai (creative cloud) and the install seemed to have worked just fine.  However, in the
    creative cloud window (when clicking the icon on the top bar), there's just little blue bars that go in circles
    and never seem to stop.  Sometimes, the window never appears but if I hit command-tab and I see it as
    an option and select, the mac pinwheel just spins, and spins, and spins.
    Has anyone run into this before?

    Mine actually was the fact that I never really finished the install.  I think you have to go through the install from within the Creative Cloud window located on the top of your screen (you'll see the Ai creative cloud icon).  You should see a bunch of products with 'Try' or 'Install' and you find Ai and click install.  It takes a while but it will install.

    Please navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it. Launch CC desktop and try to sign in. (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)
    If still the same issue then navigate to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop. Run the cleaner tool to remove any left over ruminants: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html .
    Download CC desktop from https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and try to sign in.
    Please let us know if the issue still persists.
    Location of Preferences: ~/Library/Preferences/ and remove any Adobe prefereences.( http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)
