Creative Cloud does not show applications

My creative cloud app does not show any of my applications and does not allow me to do any updates. Please help.

I have now re-installed Acrobat Pro on my Vista based machine. I did it outside of the Cloud apps by downloading the trial package as it was explained to me in a support conversation / chat window that Adobe don't support Acrobat Pro 11 on Vista and it has never been tested.
Having managed to install it, I opened it and instantly I was offered the opportunity to download content - I declined - but I did checked and I was logged into my Adobe Creative Cloud account at the time - and the  Acrobat Pro installation is not telling me its in demo /  trial mode - it is properly installed.
While I am completely bemused at the statement that Adobe does not support Acrobat Pro on Vista I am satisfied it is working.
I did save the support chat text just in case anyone contested the facts.

    I'm not sure why Acrobat XI is not recognized. It is on my system. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
    You can uninstall through the OS
    Control Panel > Programs & Features
    and then reinstall it through the Creative Cloud app or https://creative.adobe.com/products

  • The Apps panel of my Creative Cloud does not load. How can I get it to load?

    I recently downloaded Creative Cloud to try Dreamweaver, however, the Apps panel of my Creative Cloud does not load.  I've tried restarting the laptop, opening and closing the application, etc. How can I get it to load? I use a MacBook Pro OS X Version 10.9.5.

    Try perform below steps.
    Open task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc  keys. Click on more details if the option available.
    Then end all Adobe related processes, including Creative Cloud and Coresync ( if running )
    Then hold windows key on your keyboard and Press R key.
    It will open Run window
    In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok
    Open Local > Adobe folders
    Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folders
    Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders
    Go back to Program Files (x86) and Open Adobe folder
    Try deleting Adobe Creative Cloud folder, if it is not allowing rename it to Adobe Creative Cloudold
    Download and install Creative Cloud App from below link

    I didn't have a trial version when I installed Acrobat, but I did have the free version of Reader installed at the time.
    I've had Adobe Photoshop for many years, and have upgraded a couple of times.  Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom was purchased a year ago (so it is not the latest).  Acrobat was purchased in December of last year, which is the latest. It's been awhile, and I should have got on this sooner.
    So, everything was OK last year, until I installed Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, which does not show up on the CC app.

    I purchased the Creative Cloud yearly subscription on Wed. However today when I log into my Creative Cloud account, it does not show my active membership, and wants me to upgrade.
    How to I activate my paid subscription in my Creative Cloud account so I can utilize all the downloads, etc?

    Once I received the verification email from Adobe and verified the account email address, the account updated to show a valid subscription. I can now download the software.

  • Shared CD does not show applications

    I used to share a CD with an application on it from the server to a number of clients with our previous 10.3 server. I started doing it again with our new XServe, and it no longer works. At first, the application icon shows up at the clients, but after a little while, it becomes a ghost icon (grey outline) and then disappears.
    I made a copy of the CD to the harddrive, and then shared that. I was able to access the application from my own client computer. I was happy.
    This week, same issue; ghost and disappearing icon.
    The app icon in Workgroup Manager shows a "no access" graphic over the icon. The ownership is the server Administrator, but Administrator cannot change any of the permissions?!?

    The minimum requirement for iCloud is Lion 10.7.5 (Mountain Lion preferred): the iCloud Preference Pane does not appear on earlier systems - the MobileMe pane appears on Lion and earlier but is non non-functional - you cannot now open or access a MobileMe account.
    To make use of iCloud you will have to upgrade your Mac to Lion or Mavericks, provided it meets the requirements.
    The requirements for Lion are:
    Mac computer with an Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor
    2GB of memory
    OS X v10.6.6 or later (v10.6.8 recommended)
    7GB of available space
    Lion is available in the Online Apple Store.     I just got a new computer with windows 8 operating system...joined this adobe creative cloud mess.   Photoshop, which i joined for, is not even downloaded... Lightroom has downloaded and works, nothing else works.  I spent thelast two days reading all of the information about everything, and nothing works... all of these discussion forums, offer no answers, i want  the program to work, and i would not like to pay for days of troubleshooting, and your quick fixes that you have used in the past, i want it to work on my computer without having to take another college class and reading all of the previouis problems, because i had faith enough to join without looking into reviews on google, about how bad this service is.
    This has been an awful experience, it is not even simple enough to just report issues and get a response, as i am spending my money on your product and it isnt working, i call for help, and you are closed for the holidays, but your system to take my money is not closed...That is very special.   Thanks for your blacker, than black friday.

    sometimes some of them behave like bulls in a china shop. Despite this negative news, you might be consoled a little bit, because I also had to do this experience.
    Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications. It does not affect existing installations of previous versions of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.

  • Creative Cloud Desktop not showing updates available.

    Several students in my design class are running into problems where their Creative Cloud Desktop is not showing that there are updates to their applications. I was discussing some new features released for CC 2014 last week at Adobe Max, and would require them to be running the 2014.2.x.x (or .1) versions of several applications. I verified that each student, for example, is still running Photoshop 2014.0.x. and I have .2.0.
    On one students machine I had them uninstall and reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application – the new installer was downloaded from Adobe, so it should be the latest update.
    Lastly, I had them remove the .db file from the OOBE folder in their Users director, to see if it would force a refresh – no effect.
    I can't verify that this is consistent across all machines, but I think nearly all of them had started by installing the trial of CC2014 - and then subscribed (on my recommendation) in order to have the appropriate software for the course. I'd hate for them to all have to uninstall and reinstall from scratch...
