Creative Cloud doesnt start

Hi community,
I have Creative Cloud from 2 years. Every thing working fine and 2 days before after the new Acrobat install Creative Cloud doesn't start.
Simultaneity Acrobat doesn't work to.
At this time I can Start and remove Creative Cloud app. I have try to reinstall but the install process crash without warning after a few second.
I need help

    Hi angelogiuseppe9,
    If you are getting blank screen after launching Creative Cloud Desktop app then deleting opm.db should help. Please delete all the contents from this location.
    C:\Users\abhijiku\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    If you are getting Error 206 while installing then try to change the connection from LAN to Wifi and vice cersa. You can also try disabling your software firewall if any.

    I'm running lion and im having the same problem.  The cloud app wont load, and the uninstaller wouldnt work either.  I had to use the cleaner tool to remove it, now when i try and reinstall it it wont even go through the motions of installing the application.  before this the cloud application manager wouldnt even load after i restarted my system.

    Jeff, thanks so much for the fast response.  I found the land mine bro   There was an apple itunes and a security update for the osx software, after i did the update everything installed and loaded just fine.  I'm guessing the reason why creative cloud wasnt loading on start of of my work station was because of this.  I noticed at home, I had a photoshop update and when i got to work at my desk computer i had no update.  This and creative cloud wasnt loading on start up.  When i was compositing something in after efffects, i went to go load a psd in photoshp cc and it wouldnt load for some reason.  So after the program not loading, and doing a remove then attempting to do the re install, thats when i posted the forum post.  Thanks again bro

    I've tried re installing photoshop, tablet drivers, adobe cloude, and graphic drivers. I get no error messages and when I open a file in photoshop, i can see the picture for about 3 seconds, before the program terminates, I can't find any start up log either.ava
    If anyone have any suggestions to what I can do, I would gratly appriciate it.

  • Creative Cloud Manager starts with empty window

    Hello everybody
    I have a problem with the creative cloud manager. After I have uninstalled Photoshop  (Wiindows7 64 bit), the creative cloud manager starts up "empty". I have no menus, no applications.
    I need to reinstall Photoshop, but this doesn't work without creative cloud manager
    I have uninstalled the ccm and reinstalled it, same result: empty window.
    I appreciate any input on this

    in this case I would download a really new trial version of your program(s) in question and change it/them into a "real" version later, BUT because you said, that you "re-installed" already, so it become a little bit complicated. It would be necessary that you have to use "Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool".
    Here an advice for that (The order varies depending on your individual needs. Please read all my proposals first, so you can better choose the first step:)
    1. Maybe you have to activate/deactivate, so please have a look there:

    2. Sometimes, we know in the meantime, the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
    3. Did you already try "uninstalling and re-installing"? Be careful with (de)installing aso. by (de)installing by your own resources. As much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)
    I quote: Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool helps resolve installation problems for Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite (CS3-CS6) applications. The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications. It does not affect existing installations of previous versions of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.

  • Why won't my creative cloud setup start?

    I'm working on a PC and when I downloaded creative cloud, the set-up icon showed up in my downloads folder, though when I double click on it, it won't start. It will ask me whether I want to run the program and when I click run, the window will then start to blink feverishly and then, nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

  • Creative Cloud not starting properly

    When I start CC the application screen contains no information. Neither does the cog item contain any useful menus. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no joy...
    I'm using Windows 7
    Has anyone seen this before? Any solutions?

    Hi normally when you install creative cloud make a new folder on Users folder on MAC. But installed 2 times and still I dont have a creative cloud folder on my Users folder?

    MAC
    1. Quit the Creative Cloud desktop application.
    2. In Terminal, copy and paste this command:
    rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CoreSync/options.tix
    3. Launch the Creative Cloud desktop application and start syncing.
    WINDOWS
    1. Quit the Creative Cloud desktop application.
    2. Open the Start menu, and type 'cmd' in the search box, then enter to start a command prompt.
    3. Copy and paste this command at the command prompt:
    del %APPDATA%\Adobe\CoreSync\options.tix
    4. Launch the Creative Cloud desktop application and start syncing.

    In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok

    Then launch Creative Cloud App and check.

  • Creative Cloud doesnt load... I only see logo at top.

    This is really frustrating. I have nog other Adobe-programs installer (other than flash/pdf). Im on PC (HP ZBook). Tried to re-install, update flash, reboot a hundred times etc. What to I do from here? Dont have time to serach all over the internet. This is really a disappointment as a customer.

    New Creative Cloud App unusable: it's blank!
    WIN 7 and 8 (64 bit):
    Rename OOBE to OOBE_old located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    Relaunch the Browser
    Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
    Sign in with Adobe ID and password and download CC desktop app.
    You can try this :
    Please rename OOBE to OOBEE.OLD Folder from the following location
    location in Window C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    location in Mac: library>.application support>>Adobe>> OOBE
    After renaming the OOBE folder please uninstall Adobe creative cloud from the cleaner tool and re-installed the product from from www.creative.adobe.com/apps
    PS: Please uninstall Creative cloud connection if you see in Cleaner tool.
    As the above discusson also mentions renamimg, Please disable the firewall of the system & network & then retry.

    arg, this is so frustrating, as I'm considering BUYING or subscribing to photoshop, yet I cannot get it to work!
    I'm having trouble with the instructions, as I cannot locate the file they are asking me to locate:
    Rename the opm.db file.
    Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
    Launch Creative Cloud
    I am using WIndows 8, and getting extremely frustrated. I have already 1) removed all adobe stuff with the cleaner. 2) renamed my user account on my desktop (which was in your requested forums), 3) rebooted and reinstalled creative cloud, and it's still blank...
    Can someone help me DEEPER as I'm a potential customer for life?

  • Creative Cloud applications starting as trial? Try this!

    I just wanted to share a possible solution for the trial version problem that a lot of people seem to experience. The whole topic is very confusing because there seems to be a trial version problem that is specific to Photoshop (probably fixed by the latest update) and then there are cases where all applications installed from the Application Manager think that they are trial versions. This issue pestered me for two weeks now and today I stumbled upon something that unexpectedly resolved the issue - at least for me.
    All I had to do actually was to install a new application from the Application Manager (anything that wasn't installed before - in my case it was Flash). I wanted to check if a newly installed application would also fall into trial status directly after installation and what happened was, that it didn't. What also happened was that ALL other applications returned to their normal behavior. No more trial popups!
    I figure that installing a new application somehow forced the Application Manager to check my subscription status in a way that a normal login would not do. The solution persited after a reboot of my computer so my hopes are high that this solved the problem permanently.
    I'm curious to find out if this might help anyone else.

    My Photoshop CS6 on Win7 64bit started with the trial screen after 9 months of fine running. Then all my CS6 apps started trialling. I had no luck with entering my Adobe ID, it then asked for a serial. However, my Photoshop wouldn't update from 13.1, Adobe Application Manager reckoned everything was up-to-date.
    I just came across your post, so I tried installing Acrobat XI. Lo and behold, Adobe Application Manager wanted to update itself first. After that it installed Acrobat and the latest Photoshop updates - and now there's not a trial screen to be seen.
