Creative cloud download error please contact customer support
I have installed and uninstalled creative cloud app multiple times. Each time I get the same error. "download error Please contact customer support. I have checked to see that the aamdetect plugin is installed. I have restarted safari. I have read every help page I can find. I am using a new MACPRO and transferred files from my IMAC. HELP

Adobe application manager - download error. please contact customer support
trying to download cc apps to my laptop (my second computer) - mac os 10.8.3 - safari browser (failed w/ firefox too)
been having this issue for a couple months... want to clear it up befor the new cc releases
so I just uninstalled and removed all adobe apps from my computer - including the adobe application manager
restarted my computer (shut down my desktop) - downloaded the 'new' adobe application manager
tried to log in and got the following error (same error I have been getting for months)
adobe application manager - download error. please contact customer supportI renamed the OOBE folder to OOBE_old
but I cannot find the opm.db file -
I do not seem to have a library in my user h2oonstone folder...
I did search the HD for the opm.db file - says nothing found -

today I'll try to install Adobe CC, so I recieve error message 'Download error.Please contact custumer support". I've search on the internet,and nothing was helpful.
You can perform steps from beginning one more time.
1 )Open Control Panel and Navigate to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features .
Under Program and Features list , locate Adobe Creative Cloud and uninstall the same.
2) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
3) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder.
4) Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.
appdata
Then navigate to Local>Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Important : Disable AntiVirus and Firewall temporarily.
Click on the below link and download Creative Cloud setup file and use the same to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

Once the installation process is completed, try loading Apps tab and check,
Still face same issue , create new Admin account on your Windows computer and launch Creative Cloud desktop app and try loading Apps list. -

Hi. have just purchased the creative cloud. I try downloading/installing Phoshop, but at the end it comes up with: "Update failed. Download error. Press Retry again or contact customer support (49)" ??!! I have tried again offcourse - problem remains,
Running on Windows 8.1, 3200x1800 ppi screen on Dell M3800. InDesign installed and working ok as far as I can see by briefly testing.
Actually I am able to open Photoshop - only to find out, that it is impossible to use, because the interface is not being scaled - leaving the menus so small, that it is impossible to see anything!!?? This issue I also found in this thread: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1323412?start=160&tstart=0

Trying to update creative cloud, comes error: The installation program could not access the important files / directories. Try to run the installer again. (Error code: 43), please contact customer support. The same error comes updating Muse. Mac 10.9.5. What shall I do?
Alauda_positos I would recommend reviewing your installation log files to determine the exact directory which the installer is unable to access. CC Tab says "Download error. Please contact customer support."
When I started my laptop this morning CC had a red ! on its icon and the follwing message under Apps:
"Download error. Please contact customer support."
I've got 2 issues with this:
I don't recall downloading any apps yesterday
and the handy link does not send me to customer support, in fact I couldn't find any way to send a message to "customer support" and spent too much time looking. (maybe you guys could change the wording to something else--everybody has other things to do)
The question is how do I make this message go away? I tried quitting and restarting CC
FYI-yesterday I removed 3 adobe internet plug-ins because I prefer Safari the way it is. CC worked fine with those removed before the restart so I'm guessing its unrelated at this point.http://status.creativecloud.com/ shows everything green, but when I go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud I get a
