Creative cloud Downloading issues

Just subscribed to creative cloud and for some strange reason its not letting me download any of the offered products...
Do I have to wait a while for my subscription to start or something? or do you not just simply ht the download button, I may be doing something wrong.
any help would be sweet, nice one cousies.

You should be able to sign in with your Adobe ID to the Creative Cloud Apps page at https://creative.adobe.com/apps and click the Download link for a product you want to install. The Adobe Application Manager should open and start installing the product.
If this is not happening then please install the Adobe Application Manager from here http://www.adobe.com/applicationmanagerpatch/index.html.
You will then be able to install any of the products.

  • Creative Cloud Download Issues

    I signed up for Creative Cloud.  I Downloaded the App Manager and am trying to download the first app I need, Photoshop, but it keeps downloading, showing progress is well beyond 100% (245% the first time).  I tried restarting my computer, I tried reinstalling the download manager, and have tried this 3 times now and get the same thing, over 100% downloaded with no end in sight.
    I need to get this up and running quickly.  Any ideas?

    Can you please try downloading the Photoshop trial - http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop.  Once downloaded and installed choose the License this Software option and enter the Adobe ID associated with your Creative Cloud subscription.
    I would be curious if you end up having the same difficulties with other Adobe applications.

  • MAJOR Creative Cloud installation issues - any advice?

    I purchased Adobe Photoshop a few weeks ago on an older computer and now want to install a second copy on a new computer (Mac Mini, brand new with plenty of memory and disk space)... I started by downloading Creative Cloud to install. On both Firefox and Safari, the link to install comes up as an 'address not understood...' Looks almost like a bogus link. If I skip this step and jump directly to Photoshop installation, it takes me to a page that asks me to click on the link to install Creative Cloud... and now I'm in a circle.  If I switch over and install Adobe Applications Manager, I get a message saying that the "Installer failed to initialize, please see Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem." When I click on the link in that box, the site tells me that the product is no longer available. I've been working on this problem for about three hours now, and every link I can find online to the Creative Cloud download goes to a bad address. I've also empties the browser cache, zapped the PRAM... all kinds of things. Still, no luck.  Anyone got an idea of what might be causing this? Install was so easy a few weeks back on my older Mac (both are running Mavericks most recent OpSystem....).
    Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated!

  • OSX Mountain Lion, Link to Creative Cloud Download wont open

    am running OSX mountain lion, today the creative cloud app had an exclamation mark on it and said to uniinstal and reinstall a fresh version of creative cloud, i uninstalled it, however i cant seem to be able to download the new app, as the link to the download is broken.
    Please help.

    Please login to www.creative.adobe.com go to tab 'download center'.
    You will see an app named 'Creative Cloud' download and then install it.
    If you still get the same problem I would suggest you to try a different browser like chrome or firefox etc.

    Go to C:/program files(x86)/Adobe/Adobe Help ,
    Move this folder on the desktop ,
    Run the installation again for the software, once installation gets complete, check the adobe help is working fine.

    I see that 4 updates are available for some of the softwares in the CC suite but am unable to link to the CC server. Does anyone know why I get such error message? Am unable to see any apps in the Creative Cloud window in the menu bar. I have all the soft of the CC suite but can't do any update. I have tried uninstalled the CC app, thrown the OOBE content from the Adobe folder in the Applications support directory, restarted my computer before reinstalling the CC application, but the same message remains and am still unable to perforn any update of the CC softwares.

    Please find attached a JPG file showing the mean error. Also please note that am using a Mac Pro with OSX 10.8.5.

    I had photoshop but, the files got damaged, and when It wouldnt let me download photoshop again, i deleted the creative cloud downloader hoping i could download it again and get photoshop again. Please Help
