Creative Cloud empty, no apps inside.

Creative Cloud empty, no apps inside. I bought Photographers package (Photoshop and Lightroom), nothing in, can't see or install it. Please help.
Can someone help me. Invoice I got but not able to install

  • Creative cloud says my apps are up to date & they are not! I might not be the only one!

    Ok, as always there is something not working with my creative cloud..
    Creative cloud says my apps are up to date when in fact I know they arent. Everytime I contact adobe support they either say they cant help me or make me go through the same steps over and over again until they also tell me they cant do anything..
    I would recommend more people to check if you really have the latest update for your software.
    For example Im currently on Premiere CC 7.1.0 when the newest version out is 7.2.1. I cant update them manually either.
    Im on windows 8.1 maybe more of you have the same problem without knowing it..

  • Creative Cloud for Desktop app Launch at login (solved)

    I’ve had an issue with Creative Cloud for Desktop app (using Windows 8.1 Update 1 x64) – regardless of what has been set on my Preferences > General Tab > Launch at login, my app didn’t start at logon (system startup).
    I’ve tried:
    uncheck the ‘Launch at login’ option (Preferences > General Tab). Restart PC. Launch the CC app, check ‘Launch at login’. Restart. Didn’t help.
    uncheck the ‘Launch at login’ option (Preferences > General Tab). Restart PC. Remove the startup Key from registry stored under: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]. Restart. Launch the CC app, check ‘Launch at login’. Restart. Didn’t help.
    reinstall Creative Cloud for desktop app. Didn’t help.
    rename the OPM.db file (as described here: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/apps-panel-reflect-creative-cloud.html). Didn’t help.
    Finally - since the CC app is actually and x86 application - I’ve moved the startup entry from the x64 Run Key [Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] into the common x86 [Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run].
    Simply:
    a. Remove:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
    "Adobe Creative Cloud"="\"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Adobe\\Adobe Creative Cloud\\ACC\\Creative Cloud.exe\" --showwindow=false --onOSstartup=true"
    a. Create:
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
    "Adobe Creative Cloud"="\"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Adobe\\Adobe Creative Cloud\\ACC\\Creative Cloud.exe\" --showwindow=false --onOSstartup=true"
    And you know what? it woooorks!!! Now my app starts with windows!
    I'm sharing this in case someone else has run into the same problem.

    I am an Admin User although I would install using Run As Admin
    64 bit Dell Laptop
    Windows 8.1 - update
    Windows Firewall
    Kaspersky Anti-virus - not tried turning off but will do so and respond
    All my programs have downloaded, installed and are still working (Muse, Photoshop, etc.)
    Not installed any hardware since registering for Adobe, but have installed Articulate Studio 13, and also Articulate Storyline
    Originally received an update for the desktop app, which failed to install
    Tried repeatedly (including turning off firewall) but no luck
    Uninstalled the desktop app - after following a link in one of the forums
    downloaded the new desktop app - installed - perfect
    Other application updates installed perfectly, including the big update for Muse to 64 bit
    Most recent update for desktop app failed to install, so tried the above, removed the desktop app, but cannot now find the link to the new version to download.
    Hopefully just need to find the download link to the desktop app, but travelling at present so do not get enough time to surf to locate it :-(

  • Problem with Creative Cloud Connection Preview app Mac

    I can't get the Creative Cloud Connection preview app to download on Mac OS 10.6.8. The option doesn't show up in AAM and I keep bouncing back and forth on the website when I click Learn More. Is there something I'm doing wrong or not doing? I've got files in Creative Cloud that I can access through the website, but it's a real pain to have to download/upload every time I want to work on them.
    I've attached a screenshot of AAM and the desktop app doesn't show up.
    Anyone else experience problems with this?

    You may try to follow the steps below:
    1.Close the Creative Cloud application.
    2.Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    3.Delete the opm.db file.
    4.Launch Creative Cloud.

  • Should I uninstall Creative Cloud and CC apps before using migration assistant to my new imac?

    I have heard that Creative Cloud and CC apps dont transfer well with the Migration Assistant from Apple.
    I have a new iMac with Yosemite. Should I uninstall everything before using the Migration Assistant and then re-install Creative Cloud and apps afterward by downloading from the Adobe site again on the new iMac?
    Is there a link to full instructions how to completely uninstall CC and the apps and clean up?

    Kindly follow the below mentioned steps.
    Try to Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
    Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later
    If that doesn't help.
    Try to uninstall the product and run the Adobe CC cleaner tool to be on a safer side.
    Install Creative Cloud app, Install the product again.
    Kindly revert if the problem still persists.

    I've been using the trial version of indesign since a month. When it came down i decide to uninstall everything. After that, i finally bought the monthly version but i'm stuck with the download. By clicking on the download page it opens me the Creative Cloud. But inside this one there no "download function" available. List of app is empty. How do I do to use my purchase ?

    Would there be any real issues with placing my creative cloud folder inside of my dropbox?
    I know i would be duplicating uploading of files but dropbox offers nice features and so does adobe creative cloud storage.  So I want best of both worlds.  Does anyone foresee any major issues with this?
