Try changing the USB port (the back one of chassis is better) and restart computer.
The installed version of iTunes may also be too old. Update iTunes.
Also put your iPhone in DFU mode when doing the above and restore. It's a software error. -

I received an iTunes update today and updates files. Tonight, I couldn't acces my iTunes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still getting same error message: iTunes exe unable to locate component. my computer (window 7) give me message "photo stream is not enabled. when i go to icloud control panel on computer (icloud version2 ) for activation. its not being activated. i tried many times but failed. when i check the photo stream option and apply its shows that its ok. and after closing when i again open icloud panel the photo stream option remains unchecked that means its not activated. please guide me.
Had the same problem. I uninstalled icloud, restarted my pc and reinstalled icloud and it's working fine. Hope this helps.

Creative Cloud Error Message when Downloading a file
I have Adobe Creative Team Cloud.
I loaded a file onto the cloud on April 22.
Now I am trying to download it.
I get an error message ...
"Unable to download.
Unable to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or can not be found.
Please try again later."Are you trying to download directly from the creative cloud website or using creative cloud connection?
There was some intermittent issues going on with the website, that might have been fixed now.
Could you try logging into the creative cloud website and retry.
You might also try the same with an alternate browser and check.
Else, you could install Creative Cloud Connection from Adobe Application Manager and then login with your same adobe id/password and it will sync your files. Simply copy paste to your machine.
Let me know in case you still face the same issue. -
How to fix Adobe Creative Cloud error message U44M1|11 (e.g. when updating Photoshop CC)
After spending hours with Adobe Support staff on both chat and phone I hope I can spare some of you the troubles I had to go through.
If you run into the error "U44M1|11 - Update could not be installed" on a Mac when trying to update an application with the Creative Cloud app I fixed it in the following way:
1.) enable Mac root user
open terminal (e.g. search for terminal using the magnifying glass in top right corner)
enter the following:
sudo passwd root
then you have to set a password and confirm a password for root. You will not see an indication that you are typing, so take care!
2.) log out and log in using "other" - root as your username and your chosen password
3.) run creative cloud installer or try to run the patch again
It should work now. Log out, log back in with your standard user and you are all setManaged to solve the problem by downloading and then install camera raw manually, download can be found on this page: Camera Raw plug-in installer
Everything works as it should after a quick reboot! -
Creative Cloud: error message every time on updating
Hi
Everytime I go to update Creative Cloud, I get an error message.
This results in my having to call tech support. Which, on every occasion,
has resulted in my having to download and reinstall Creative Cloud.
Considering the £50 a month cost of this, my patience for this nonesense is wearing thin.
Is there someone I can talk to. Who isn't a robot in India, whose only response is 'Computer says no'?
