Creative Cloud Feature Request : the ability to download the Elements apps
I would like to be able to download the Photoshop & Premiere Elements apps for training and demonstration purposes.

Creative Cloud Feature Request
There is no option for selecting "Creative Cloud" in the Adobe feature request/bug report form, so I'll post my request here. When syncing files to Creative Cloud, I would like to have some kind of progress indicator, with an estimate of when the syncing will be complete. It is rather disconcerting to be syncing large files to the cloud, and not knowing how progress is going. Currently, the app just reports "syncing" with a spinning wheel. That is not enough information. Other cloud file services have this feature, so it shouldn't be a big deal for Adobe to add it.

Creative Cloud Feature Request: make it easier to edit credit card info
It is painfully difficult to find the area where my credit card information can be changed.
This is something that isn't done often so it's hard to remember what was done the last time.
I would love to see it show up under My Adobe or My Information. This would be much
easier for everyone... I just know it.

I've downloaded the Creative Cloud, once completed the creative cloud window pos up with spinning whell in center then the entire window disapears. How do I get it to remain open so that I can download programs needed
right click the executable > click 'run as administrator'.

hi, i am a littl confused as I logged into creative cloud and bough the in design plan for a year but i cant seem to donwload it... there is a window that pops up and it says its downloading but its taking forever? any advice?

The dropdown menu from the Creative Cloud icon on the menu bar keeps giving me the following message: "Download Error" I quit and restarted the creative cloud app to no avail. Running Mavericks on a mid 2011 iMac.
Try below steps once
click Gear icon on the top Right corner and Quit Creative Cloud App
Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
It will open Go to folder window, type exactly ~/Library and click on Go
Make sure to open ~/Library not /Library ( there will be two Library folders )
Then open Application Support > Adobe folders
Trash AAMUpdater and OOBE folders.
Then launch Creative Could and check. -

I just purchased Audition CC as a single app purchase for $19.19/month. I already have Creative Cloud installed. The program is not downloading - I clisk the "downlaod" button, the page says the program is downloading, but nothing is actually happening. What is going on?
Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details.

I am using Mac, I have downloaded the Creative Cloud but when it comes to downloading an App, in the Apps tab a "Download Error" comes up, saying I should contact customer support. Any help will be appreciated.

My Creative Cloud wont show the Apps, it says download Error contact support. And on the Home Menu on the creative cloud for MAC desktop it just loads and loads and never stops. Help please!!

Creative Cloud Installer gets half way through downloading the desktop app then just disappears, without downloading, why is that?
I have recently purchased a student subscription to the 'complete package', my credit card was charged. Then I download the Creative Cloud Installer from the website, that's fine, then I double click the Creative Cloud Installer as per instructions, it starts downloading the desktop app, but only gets to about halfway then just disappears.
I've tried using both safari and chrome, restarting my computer, but neither has worked.
I have noticed that the website will not keep me logged in for long either, it keeps switching to BUY instead of DOWNLOAD.

I downloaded Creative Cloud, but why can't I download the Photoshop trial?
I downloaded Creative Cloud, but when I click to download Photoshop trial under the Apps, I'm getting the message "Unable to extract files. Please Retry to download again or contact customer support (EX20)".
Can anyone help? Every time I click retry I just get the same failure message.Welcome to the forum.
Along with the answers to Barry's questions, I have a few more please:
What browser are you using?
Do you have a software firewall?
Are you running any anti-virus, or anti-malware software?
What are your security settings?
Note: Barry's question on OS might well handle some of those.

when i download adobe creative cloud,it said the error code is 201.what does it mean??
Error 201 indicates that the download of the installation files was unable to be resumed successfully. I would recommend utilizing a different Internet connection. If you are connected via WiFi try a wired connection. If you are connected via a wired connection then please try a different cable
