Creative Cloud for Mac shows "Download Error" under apps tab
Does anyone else know how to fix this? Clicking the reload button doesn't do anything.

My Creative Cloud wont show the Apps, it says download Error contact support. And on the Home Menu on the creative cloud for MAC desktop it just loads and loads and never stops. Help please!!

Problem logging into creative cloud for updates - Unknown server error working fine with my laptop but this error comes up everytime I try to update adbobe cloud programs on my main PC?

How to get a fresh start to successfully install creative cloud for mac?
I start with install creative cloud for download trials, however, since I'm in China, the creative cloud somehow automatically defaults and installs the software in Chinese version(for example, there is no way that I can choose the language of premiere, then it already been installed in my mac system in Chinese). I thought that perhaps it's because my account is set in China, then I try to uninstall all the trials, and try to delete creative cloud from my mac ios platform, but because I'm not familiar with the IOS platform, I think I didn't delete the creative cloud properly, after that, even I successfully install the English version of PRE, the creative cloud couldn't work. And I couldn't open AE v12.0 with mac IOS v10.9.4 unless upgrade AE to v12.0.1, and since the creative cloud wouldn't work, the adobe application manager is also not working. When I try to open application manager it shows this(even though the creative cloud is already installed):
And I download creative cloud again from the URL, try to install, after that, creative cloud is running, but it shows still damaged.
So all in all, how could I fix this crisis circle?
How could my IOS system get a fresh start to install the creative cloud, it's there some files that I suppose to delete or what? Please try to give me a clear instruction with this, there are similar problems with people around me as well, I want to help them, too.
And also what is the difference between adobe application manager and creative cloud?

Creative Cloud for Mac (latest version) has a "leak" error
The latest download of the Mac Creative Cloud app has a bug. After receiving the latest CC (today) my system console continues to inform me of a "leak error" at the rate of abot four per minute. For example: "10/6/14 5:18:09.479 PM com.adobe.AdobeCreativeCloud: objc[190]: Object 0x699153a0 of class __NSCFData autoreleased with no pool in place - just leaking - break on objc_autoreleaseNoPool() to debug"
Any ideas on a fix?

Download error under apps in creative cloud
After ages with someone controlling my computer, i gave up because i didn't think she new what to do next. I have the error message under the Apps section Download Error get help.
Any solutions or what the problem is?
RichardHave you tried to give permission for Adobe folder under ~/Library/Application Support
If not try below steps
click Gear icon on the top Right corner and Quit Creative Cloud App
Click on Finder and hold command + shift+ G keys on your keypad.
In the go to folder window type exactly ~/Library and click on Go
Open Application Support and right click on Adobe folder and select get info
Under sharing and permission Click on lock and unlock it
Click on add your current user name and administrator if not added
Then give Read and Write permission for Admin, system, everyone and (your user name)
Click on gear icon and choose apply to enclosed item
Then Click on Lock

I have a macbook pro 2010 & extra storage and drive space
I don't know what the link is between the new creative cloud update in january and the loss of my apps & downloading error after that update, to the desktop window?
Before that I hadn't had any trouble with the apps window..all the other parts are syncing and seem fine?
I uninstalled & reinstalled the creative cloud desktop
I installed the yosemite os x to see if the new interface was an issue...all was fine with the yosemite install
I have checked for the answer in the troubleshooting guide
nothing seems to apply at this point...
didn't know if anyone else was having the same difficulty?

Adobe creative cloud for mac os 10.6
Is there an older cloud version for a Mac Os 10.6 System (I only have this available for training) so that I can user at least "After Effects and Premiere" on? If yes were can I download these two packages as a registered Adobe Creative Cloud student - the newest version unfortunately I can not download on my iMac.

SWyou might be able to use cs6 apps with your cc subscription.
but it would be better if you upgraded you os (it's free), Apple - Upgrade your Mac to OS X Mavericks. (though i realize you may not be able to do that). -
The Apps tab in the Creative Cloud Desktop application indicates download error
This is how my Creative Cloud Desktop apps looks like. It says "download error". When I try to update the apps, same thing. I tried it the way you described but didn't work. I don't know what to do...

Rosiehough do you receive the error message after clicking on the installation button for After Effects? What operating system are you using? Is it 64-bit or 32-bit?
