Creative cloud has stopped working and just displays a blank white screen.
My creative cloud was working fine recently- have downloaded a trial of InDesign which all works fine, hoping to download Muse trial but everytime CC launches nothing happens except that it displays a white box. Have tried restarting, reinstalling etc. with no joy.
Is there an alternative way to download a trial of Muse or any thoughts as to how to fix this problem?

My Creative Cloud has stopped working. If I click on the icon on my desktop nothing happens. I also cannot uninstall it. nothing happens
I also have this problem. I tried to reinstalll with the latest adobe download and it start, gets 10% through and then bombs out. It's in a deadlock.The only thing I think I can do is to restore the PC to before the installation and try again. THis is a ball ache because there are lots of other programs i need to reinstate to get back to normal. I have a support chatline open about the topic right now so If I get an answer I will let you know.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

My disk drive has stopped working and just ejects everything.
My disk drive has stopped dworking. I was just trying to import a CD to iTunes and it just spins it around and rejects it. I've tried with other CDs also and this does the same thing. Please help!
You may have a dirty disk drive or you may need a replacement. First try a disk lens cleaner.

The rest of my phone is still perfectly operational. I can sync it to my Mac, I can still see my phone screen, meaning I can still see texts and calls coming through, the power button works, I can see my apps and my background, and the circle button at the bottom still works. It's just the touchscreen that isn't working. I can't slide across to answer calls or slide across to turn the phone off. As my phone is still under the 12 month warranty, will they replace my phone in store by booking an appointment at the Genius bar?
I was taken through some diagnostics over the telephone with an Apple advisor, who asked me to restore the software, back my phone up, etc, which I have done. He couldn't rectify the problem so advised me to take it in. I am booked in this evening to see an Apple advisor in store. I don't know of anything that I have done for this to happen! It was in my pocket on holiday in Portugal and was ok one minute, I took it out of my pocket and the vertical lines were on my phone and the touchscreen had stopped working! I hope I can get it replaced.

I have a MSI GS60 2PC GHOST laptop.
Graphic Driver: Intel HD Graphics 4600
When I was playing a game on my laptop, it suddenly lagged or the game screen turned black, then recover, turned black then recover... multiple times and each time I get a message saying that the "display driver has stopped working and recovered successfully" on the bottom right.
I have tried updating the graphic driver and it worked for about an hour or so, and the problem came back.
Need help in solving this problem!Does this happen when you run the game by using dGPU(NVIDIA graphics) or iGPU(Intel graphics)?
(Check the color of your power button light, it lights red when dGPU is running and blue when iGPU is running)
Does this happen on all games you play or just one single game?
Tell your current graphics driver version(both NVIDIA and Intel graphics driver).
If you're running the game with NVIDIA graphics, check your vbios version in NVIDIA control panel(Right click on the desktop> NVIDIA Control Panel> System Information>Video BIOS). There is version 80.04.EF.00.22 released on the MSI website, and if you have a different one, I'd suggested to update the VBIOS and see if the problem still remains.

Just updated to lion and my cctv access has stopped functioning all I get is a white screen in the middle of the control panel where the camera shots should be. I think it is caused by JAVA but am confused as when i view on snow leopard it works can you help
Open "Java Preferences" either from spotlight or your utilities folder...it's probably going to say you need to install a java runtime. Then just click install!

iTunes has always worked beautifully - opened it yesterday and said upgrade was available so I did and upgrade seemed to be successful - no errors and program launches and all my music, TV programs, Movies, etc, were there. Audio works well. Tonight I tried to play a movie and got the Windows iTunes has stopped working and searching for solution (which there is none) and closing the warning box closes iTunes. iTunes used to launch a "separate" black window for my movies/TV - I seemed to get a black background before everything freezes. Not happy. Thanks for any help - I tried to upgrade quicktime just to make sure it wasn't lagging behind the iTunes upgrade but that didn't help.Let's try the following user tip with that:

Hi, I have purchased I-Tunes match but since doing so, I get to stage three of the transfer of library to I-Cloud which is downloading artwork, extra information etc and as soon as stage 1 and 2 turn into green ticks, a message pops up to advise that I-Tunes has stopped working and closes I-Tunes down! I have managed to get the bulk of my library across to I-Cloud so I can listen to music through my apple TV - However now every time I bring up I-Tunes, the I-Tunes Match recognises that there is still some artwork/songs that need to be transferred and again once gets to this same stage of the transfer process, I-Tunes closes down. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice on as solution? I have a Sony NS-Series laptop with Windows Vista. Following the closure of I-Tunes, I then get another pop up message advising me that perhaps my current I-Tunes is not the most up to date version and recommends that I download the current version - however my I-Tunes version is currently up to date.
Frustration understood. May well be worthwhile simply:
1. Sign-out of iTunes Store
2. Shutdown computer
3. Start computer
4. Download and install latest version of iTunes
5. Launch iTunes, sign-in to iTunes Store, start iTunes Match & allow process to work to completion
By switching on iCloud Status, iCloud Download and Kind fields you can watch progress for any issues. -
i am getting really frustrated with syncing and updating my iphone, everytime i sync when the photo's have sunk a window pops up and says itunes has stopped working and closes the programme, it also says that windows may send me a solution but they never do !!!! please can someone help me
