Creative Cloud has the crappiest cancelation avoidance system I've ever seen

It's ridiculous that Adobe makes it easy to pay but difficult to cancel.
I've tried creating 4 chat sessions to cancel my membership and still no luck:
1. My first session took 10 minutes for an agent to join.  I tabbed over to another tab while waiting. No noise. No alert. Nothing indicated that the agent was there.  They cancelled the session before I could respond.
2. Chat is unavailable right now.
3. Chat is unavailable right now.
4. Chat is unavailable right now.
If a customer service agent sees this, please cancel my membership.  You have my express permission to do so.

    The first thing you need to do is download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. Then, open that program and click on the Apps tab. You download and install creative cloud applications from there.
    If your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run a given program, it won't show up under the Apps tab.
    Once they are installed, you'll need to go to your Applications folder (Mac) or Program Files (x86) folder (PC) to start the program itself.

    I would suggest you to sign in with your Adobe ID during installation and your product will automatically recognize your membership details.

    After signing  nto https://creative.adobe.com with the Adobe ID you used to purchase the subscription try converting the trials to licensed with the process shown here:

    I also have this problem. I tried to reinstalll with the latest adobe download and it start, gets 10% through and then bombs out. It's in a deadlock.The only thing I think I can do is to restore the PC to before the installation and try again. THis is a ball ache because there  are lots of other programs i need to reinstate to get back to normal. I have a support chatline open about the topic right now so If I get an answer I will let you know.

    Please add an option (maybe in next update schedule) that will let us to choose a different browser not the default.
    Adobe Cloud ,Behance also Prosite are very weak implemented on the Internet Explorer.

    Thank you for the attention given! I know this ... CCloud,Behance,Prosite go very well with Chrome;Firefox browsers(I use also on this browsers).
    In case that will set Chrome or Firefox as the default browser I'll lose modern (metro) Internet Explorer... I don't want to loose this browser because is using on different stuff...a taste option.
    I try question more like an suggestion to Adobe (maybe a future thinking option) but my English writes are weak ..

    what really is a system that I should buy whether is a brand build it or one that I need to put togehter, I don't care.
    I need a system that it should be able to run, edit and out put with no problems, in Premiere and After Effects.

    I agree with Peru Bob, call Eric at ADK, they are the absolute best source for an satisfactory editing machine tailored to your specific requirements with great follow-up support.
    Otherwise we have to have a better idea of what media you will be using and what your workflow and output would be before anyone can answer your request.
    There is a world of difference between handling Standard Definition DV material and RAW 4k media.  "cc_merchant" referred you to Harm's data on our web site.  Especially look at the "Tweakers Page" and "What kind of PC to use?" page.
    There are very few off-the-shelf computers that work well without some small additions.  For instance, you rarely find one that has two hard drives as suggested for satisfactory editing, the correct amount of memory and the best GPU for your application.

    Adobe CC applications are very large and the base Mac mini isn't a good choice because it has only 4GB of RAM and has a slow standard hard drive. To get the most out of ACC you should upgrade the mini to at least 8GB. I'd also choose an SSD or Fusion drive for better performance.

The current desktop (the largest one shown) says Creative Cloud on it. It's as though Creative Cloud has hijacked Mission Control. Perhaps a preference file has become corrupted. I removed "com.apple.spaces" to no effect.
    Any ideas?

    Unfortunately, it doesn't. The Creative Cloud label does disappear from the larger desktop in Mission Control. After posting this problem, I installed the 10.9.4 Combo updater but that didn't help.
