Creative Cloud Hong Kong release date ?

When can creative cloud be expected for Hong Kong / Asia release ? Our trial runs out soon, yet it is not available for our HK business ? Suggestions ?
After testing and happy to subscribe for 1 year in Australia, we weren't impressed to learn the cost in AUD is marked up higher from $49 to $68 (considering the USD and AUD are quite even).
Can we expect the same increase in HKD ?

I'm not sure when when it will be avaiable in HK or whether the pricing there would be impacted by Australia.

Adobe is making membership available in more and more countries over time but there is no specific info regarding which countries when.

    On Oct 24, 2013 I received a new invoice with a different ship date of Nov 12-14, 2013 and will be deleveried in 5 to 7 days after it is shipped.
    How can I have a iMac ordered, built to my configuration and shipped and made it half way to my home to be on delay and then be built again and shipped again?
    I ordered my Apple iMac and misc. other items that totaled $4200.00 and part of it has been delivered already. Now the main item is being delayed for the last 9 days and then I receive a new invoice? I don't get it. Why do they have it on delay for 9 days when it could have been delivered long ago. I should be enjoying the new iMac not being upset about the current events that are unfolding. I am loosing my confidence in Apple!

    Thank you Klaus1 for your reply. I have contacted DHL and for 5 days now they haven't replied to my request. Also I know the order will be released when they want to release it. That's the breaks I guess. The other part of my question was about the second invoice and shipment from Apple. Have they lost contact in their computer of the first shipment or what? If so they need to get it together and fix what could be a big problem not only for me but so many more.

  • Creative Cloud Illustrator always crashes

    Help! Illustrator CC keeps crashing every time I try to save a file. My Creative Cloud is up to date, and I have a brand new iMac with 8GB Ram and the latest operating system. The average file size I've been working with is around 4MB, so not very big. I also make sure that I have as few programs opened as possible while I'm working in AI.
    Why does this keep happening? I've been talking to Apple Care every week, and even went back to the store to change my computer for a new one, but am still having problems. Can anyone help me???

    Yes - we're using Time Capsule as our server, which I am saving directly to. Do you think this might be the issue?
    This is an issue often reported here in the forum, and saving to anything but the harddisk is always strongly discouraged.
    After saving to the harddisk, you may copy to the network/server/whatever.

  • If i get Creative cloud, does this mean i always have latest version of lightroom?

    Fed up of having to get new versions when I upgrade my camera, went from lightroom 3 when I had my Nikon D300 to lightroom 4 to use my D800. Now my D750 needs version 5! Will creative cloud stay up to date?

  • Creative Cloud app Crashs immediately on launch

    Hello
    all my creative cloud is up to date. i have been working with illustrator with the new updates and everything was fine.
    suddenly the Creative Cloud App does does not work. after i click on it nothing at all happens. in the task manager it shows up for about 30 seconds
    then dissappears.
    also my illustrator gets as far as the loading picture then stops working
    what shall i do?

    CS6 Suite contains Acrobat10 and you have purchased a STE version of Acrobat 11.
    So I don't see how this will affect other CS6 software's other than Acrobat.
    You can simply uninstall Acrobat 10 and install Acrobat 11.
    Also during the installation of A11 the installer will prompt if you want to uninstall A10.

    I have creative cloud and would like the try LR 5 beta but it is not a download option thru cloud.  Can I download the beta and then the full version once it is available thru Cloud?

    You can download the beta from labs.adobe.com. It will not be available for download from the Creative Cloud until final release.

  • Creative cloud concerns

    I am concerned about being forced to the cloud eventually. Subscription costs are expensive and at some time I may be forced to leave for costs savings. My files are copyrighted and should remain mine and have access always. Adobe said they are working on options. There should be no options to this right,but a total access. I am also concerned about security with my work on the cloud.i am happy I will still have access to CS6 for an upgrade but would like a much longer time frame.
    I feel in time we will all feel the pinch of the subscription and suggest that within a given time frame using the CC , we would have more than paid for the products and leaving should be able to retain the last product upgrades used exclusively, as our own and take them with us.

    Is there any truth that Adobe has abandoned this wonderful idea (with tongue in cheek) of creative Cloud because the major customers are concerned that their privacy could be infringed if FBI and CIA manages to get hold of Adobe servers (like they have done with Microsoft, Google and Facebook) and steals the data for their mega-database created specifically for the entire planet.
    If not, is it wise to subscribe to creative cloud products knowing that data is mined by these monsters irrespective of what they say in  public because privately they can do almost anything they want and Adobe can't do a thing because what matters most is their share price.  You don't want your premises to raided by the authorities do you if you refuse the info to them?

  • Migrate subscription's to Creative Cloud?

    We have a number of individual Adobe Pro subscriptions that we would like to transition to a Creative Cloud license and provision our users through Creative Cloud going forward. By having all of our subscription licenses moved to a Creative Cloud platform, we will be able to provision users, track licenses, and plan out our costs annually.
    When we purchased our indiviual licenses for Adobe Pro, our Adobe representative said we would be able to migrate those to Creative Cloud at a future date. We would like to make that happen quickly and need to locate information allowing us to do so. We have been less than successful in locating that information / process to perform the migration.
    Has anyone else had success in moving away from the individual Adobe subscription products and getting those licenses transfered into Creative Cloud?

  • The Creative Cloud Update worked for Photoshop.  However, it shows my LR 5.4 as "up to date" and the CC version will not load.  Advice was to uninstall LR using the Adobe Uninstaller but it doesn't exist on my iMac with Mavericks.  What am I suppposed to

    Sorry for the long title.  I thought I was actually asking the question.  Why can't I update my LR 5.4 to LR CC?  I have an iMac 27inch running Mavericks.  I have lots of room on my hard drive and have 16 GB of RAM.

    Long titles seem to be happening a lot since the last forum software update so it's not just you!
    There is no Lightroom CC. You get the latest version (currently 5.4) with Creative Cloud, and so the CC app is correct in stating that your LR is up to date. Unlike Photoshop and most of the other Creative Cloud applications, Lightroom is not branded as "CC" because it's also available separately as a stand-alone perpetual licence product. When 5.5 (or 6.0 - or even a CC-only version) are released in the future, the CC app should prompt you to update and so in the meantime you're good to go.

  • Creative cloud says my apps are up to date & they are not! I might not be the only one!

    Ok, as always there is something not working with my creative cloud..
    Creative cloud says my apps are up to date when in fact I know they arent. Everytime I contact adobe support they either say they cant help me or make me go through the same steps over and over again until they also tell me they cant do anything..
    I would recommend more people to check if you really have the latest update for your software.
    For example Im currently on Premiere CC 7.1.0 when the newest version out is 7.2.1. I cant update them manually either.
    Im on windows 8.1 maybe more of you have the same problem without knowing it..

    On a new Windows system, installed the Creative Cloud desktop app, and chose to install Acrobat XI Pro. After successful installation, software is shown as 'Up to date' by Creative Cloud, although the installed software is in version 11.0.0.     Illustration of the issue:
    Creative Cloud shows Acrobat XI Pro as "up to date", checking the version of Acrobat XI Pro (installed from within Creative Cloud Desktop) reveals it is 11.0.0, yet there seems an update (11.0.03) exists at Adobe's. Is it normal? Perhaps shouldn't CC users download and install the 11.0.03 update?
