Creative cloud installed yesterday things aren't working
moirai compositor was installed and working perfectly before my purchase of Creative cloud yesterday. NOW it won't work. I have uninstalled and then redownloaded.
My wife uses a similar machine. When things seem to go haywire I usually just reinstall the OS.
You can do this by putting the install disk in and following instructions, when you choose the hdd you will have the option to 'ARCHIVE AND INSTALL', this will not wipe out your data but WILL give you a brand new installation of the OS.
If that doesn't work -- save all your data on an ext. hdd and then reinstall, this time format hdd and reinstall OS X.

A program such as Photoshop can legally be installed and activated on two computers at a time for the use of the single licensed user. You can't install legally on your own and a friend's computer for use by the two different people. Prior to Creative Cloud, there was an unwritten limit on how many times a given application could be activated, but there is no longer such a limit under CC. That means you could theoretically install on three or four computers, activating only two at a time, and then deactivating one or both before activating on another computer.

I have Creative Cloud installed and Photoshop installed, but I can not open the program itself. No idea why, everything is up to date and I was using it just fine yesterday.

I had creative cloud installed in a parallels deskto virtual machine on my mac, I delete the virtual machine without deactivate the creative cloud. after reinstall a new VM running windows 8.1. pro 64 bits, I downloaded the creative cloud installer but it does not install ang give an Error code 72, it is assuming that I already are using the Creative cloud in 2 computer, but itis no the case, how to solve this situation?
Dave: I did the Microsoft Update two days before this happened, and rebooted as required. I just created a new restore point and lauched Creative Cloud. Now I get the famous white screen:
It just sits and spins (been 10 minutes now).
Fortunately, I saved away this command (which I've had to use 4 or 5 times already):
del %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\opm.db
Unfortunately now, I get this (even after closing the above window):
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
So I killed everything that said "Adobe" in the task manager and this time, the command succeeded.
Fortunately, the current apps seem to still work. I can't seem to find the "Creative Cloud" app in the applications on my system, but I launched Photoshop CC, told it to look for updates, and got a list of the 5 prgorams that need updates in the Adobe Application manager:

I just upgraded my Photoshop CC to PS CC 2104 but eventhough my previous PS language is english Creative Cloud installed Turkish PS and there is no language choice other than Turkish in preferences menu. Pls let me know how to change language to English from Turkish.

Thats strange. Could you share a screenshot of the CC desktop app preferences panel?
May i also know the operating system on which you are working?
Try to sign out from CC desktop app and then sign in back and check if you get the option to change the language.
Also, what is your operating system language?

Hello, I have creative cloud installed on my Mac Book Pro - OS X 10.9. 5 When trying to download trial programs, a popup window shows the message " you have been disconnected" Connect to continue. The same message comes after repeated attempt to entering the login and password info. How can I solve this?

I just purchased Audition CC as a single app purchase for $19.19/month. I already have Creative Cloud installed. The program is not downloading - I clisk the "downlaod" button, the page says the program is downloading, but nothing is actually happening. What is going on?

I've had creative cloud installed and subscribed for more than a year. Recently I started getting problems and couldn't launch PS. This evening while trying to fix the problem I've managed to do something and now I can't launch either LR or PS. I get an error message about verifying my subscription when I click and get my subscription verified it ays "OK" and I clock to to application and then it jumps back to verification needed - and so it goes on and on and on and..
