Creative Cloud invitation unable to accept

A Creative Cloud invitation was successfully sent, but the receiver is unable to accept.  When clicking "Accept Invitation", the receiver is brought to a blank Adobe page on all Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

  • How to re-send Creative Cloud invitation email?

    Hi,
    I sent a creative cloud invitation to a new team member before his email was set up and now it's set up he can't view this invitation. I need to re-send the email - is there an easy way to do this?  In the team admin screen it is displaying 'Acceptance Pending' next to his name.  Can i delete the user and add him again?

  • Resending a Creative Cloud invitation

    One of our users had a problem with her Mac. It had to be completely wiped. I now can't seem to resend her the Creative Cloud invitation so that she can activate her account again. How do I do this?

    VickiHorrigan, No need to send her the invitation again. If the subscription is still active, she will be able to use the CC apps. All she need to do is, to install the CC desktop app on her machine and sign in with the same Adobe ID and password. Once signed in, she will be able to install the CC apps.

    i have sent creative cloud invitations to several people in the office but one person has not received his invitation. the e-mail address is fine and the adobe e-mail has not gone to junk mail. i have tried re-sending the invitation but nothing happens.

  • Creative CLoud products unable to run after CC update

    Hi all
    I have a problem with Lightroom and Photoshop CS6 and CC. After updating to Photoshop CC yesterday none of the products would run. System is Mac OS Lion. Photoshop(both CC and CS6) comes up with this message:
    Configuration error
    A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.
    If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

    Lightroom doesn´t run either, prompting me for a license key, and my Creative Cloud licence key is not accepted.
    I have tried logging in and out of Creative Cloud, reinstalled Application manager, reinstalled Photoshop and repaired disk permissions, which were all ok.
    I am a bit stuck here, with clients waiting for me to deliver photos, so I would appreciate any help.

    bkmvl, Are facing this error while launching CS6 apps or CC apps?

    I would recommend performing the below suggestions for your Win 7 pc.

    Check if any of that error helps.

  • Creative Cloud is unable to extract premiere pro after downloading...help please?

    I have just downloaded a trial of premiere pro on the creative cloud but it is repeatedly failing to extarct the program after several attempts.
    I have checked the space required for the program and that's okay so I dont know why this is happening.
    If anyone could provide a suggestion on what to do it would be appreciated.

  • Creative Cloud Packager unable to contact Adobe server for the last two days

    I know you had an outage on Wednesday as confirmed by Adobe support. I checked Creative Cloud Status and I see "Creative Cloud is operating normally". I have verified that our Internet connection is OK.
    I have been trying to build the cloud install but I get the error "There seems to be a problem connecting to the Adobe servers please try again". The problem has been intermittent but this morning it is constant. How many time does the packager have to check in during the build process? When I do not get this error I have seen it get to the end of the package build then error out and delete all the files it created.
    When is this going to be finally resolved? You force us to use this packager instead of standard installation practices which is bad enough. Extended outages like this are annoying to say the least.

  • Creative Cloud Lightroom unable to update from 4.3 to 4.4

    I am currently on a Mac and my Adobe Creative Cloud Application Manager (AAM) is having some issues. 
    I ran the update this morning when I heard that camera raw had been updated.  The updated completely successfully for camera raw. 
    AAM is showing that my current version of Lightroom is 4.4.  When launching the Lightroom application it is still showing that it is 4.3 and that the update for 4.4 is available.  I checked the application manager in OSX and it shows that the current version is indeed still 4.3. 
    Since I am using creative cloud and not stand alone products, I thought that the AAM would update my programs and why is the AAM not updating my Lightroom from 4.3 to 4.4.  Is it because camera raw updated and it is erroneously reporting that Lightroom has been updated?
    I have never used a beta or RC version of lightroom on this computer, only final products and updates that have been provided with creative cloud.
    Is Lightroom a program that you have to manually update outside of creative cloud application manager? That doesn't make sense to me since it is one of the programs included with the subscription and was installed with the application manager.
    My hopes are that I'm not the only one having this issue and by posting this Adobe becomes aware of this.

    Yes, same issue here. It is a bit annoying that Adobe has not integrated LR fully to their Creative Cloud package. I would have really hoped that the AAM would be the hub for installing and updating all Creative Cloud applications. The new Camera Raw update for Photoshop works ok from AAM.
    And I have a faint memory of having recognition problems when LR was installed outside AAM...
    It would be nice if someone from Adobe could report the official update procedures - even if it would mean doing a manual update outside the AAM. It seems to be next to impossible to find any documentation on this anywhere.

  • Creative cloud invites not being sent

    We're having an issue with out corporate account where the invites does not seem to be sent out to users. We add users with their email address but they never receive them. We've checked in users spam folders in Outlook and also on our spam filter (server) but does not look like we ever received the emails.
    Please help Adobe!

    Have you tried revoking the invite & resending the invite? Please try to send  the invite to some other Email & check if it works.
    In case the issue is still unresolved then the issue needs to be rectified, please contact Adobe Support via Contact | Adobe

    we are a German company with employees around the world. When I want to add an employee as an Adobe CC member he gets his email Invitation in German language which isn't very smart at all because not all of our employees speak German.

    I can't find a downloadable version of Dreamweaver for Mac so tried downloading the cloud version and it denied my license key. Any ideas of what to do?

    I was in story plus all day yesterday. My account is up to date. Now I am redirected to upon login to Story Free, even when I go to the adobe story plus page and click the login button. Help!

    please clear your browser cache and try to login again.
    If this does not work, please send a mail to AdobeStory-Support at adobe dot com mentioning the id you are using to login in to Story. We will check the details from the backend and try to solve the issue.
