Creative cloud invites not being sent

We're having an issue with out corporate account where the invites does not seem to be sent out to users. We add users with their email address but they never receive them. We've checked in users spam folders in Outlook and also on our spam filter (server) but does not look like we ever received the emails.
Please help Adobe!

Have you tried revoking the invite & resending the invite? Please try to send  the invite to some other Email & check if it works.
In case the issue is still unresolved then the issue needs to be rectified, please contact Adobe Support via Contact | Adobe

  • Ical invites not being sent from MacBook Pro but are being sent from iphone

    Hoping someone can please help me! I am suddenly unable to send iCal invites from my laptop. They look like they send, but nobody receives them and also the events don't show on my iPhone and iPad2. If I add the event on my iPhone, I do see it on my laptop. I recently did a system update and I wonder if that is the cause. Any help you can give me would be so appreciated. Thanks.

    I am having this problem as well.  Specifically, when I create a new calendar meeting I am able to add users to the invitation and when I save the invite it gets sent.  I have also modified an existing calendar event that has other people invited, and when I exit editing the meeting a pop up window specifically asks if I want to save my changes "and send it to the other invited participants" or something like that.
    I click yes.
    In both cases (the original creation and invitation, and the modification and send update to attendees) nothing is received by the other recipients.  Not a calendar event or invitation, not an email with a .ics attachment or similar, or not even an email notification.
    Thus, I set up an event in my calendar, invite others, and no one is aware that the event was set up.
    Is there any way around this?  I don't think I'm doing anything wrong as the process of creating an event, inviting someone, and sending out the invitation seems pretty straight forward.  It just isn't working.

    Issue:
    To our customers the calendars server appears to be fully operational and without error. However, when a customer creates a new event and invites other people to attend, no invites are sent out. The event creator, however, believes all is in order as no error messages appear and the list of invitees appears on the event. This was working recently. We have looked for things which have changed (e.g. disk space, size of files, corruption, recent patching, licenses expiring, etc) but have not yet found anything that has changed.
    Some details of our system:

    What we've done:
    We have run db_verify and csdb -v check on the databases. ics50deletelog.db did have corruption, so we fixed that by using db_dump and db_load to export then import the databases.
    We also purged the ics50deletelog.db database using cspurge afterwards when the dump and load didn't seem to have had an effect.
    We tried putting the log level up in the /opt/SUNWics5/cal/config/ics.conf , but didn't get any more details when restarting the service (through /etc/init.d/sunwics5 restart)
    Before we did the db_dump, db_load and purge:

    Sounds like we talking about 'Event Invitations Notifications'. These are the notifications that gets sent when some one invite you to an event. Whether you receive the notification or not depends on your preference that is stored in ldap. This can be set using the Convergence by navigating through Options-> Calendar -> Notifcations (Check "Notify me via email of new invitations or invitation changes"). The actual ldap attributes that gets stored in user's entry is below.
    icsExtendedUserPrefs: ceNotifyEnable=1
    icsExtendedUserPrefs: ceNotifyEmail=[email protected]
    In the following cases, the user (attendee) will not get notifications even if the above preference is set.
    a> Creating an event with attendees in the past. CS6, by default, suppresses notifications for past events. You can enable notifications for past events by setting the config "ine.pastnotification.enable" to "yes" in ics.conf
    b> If the client creating the event requests server not to send notifications. (smtpNotify wcap param for storeevents.wcap). Outlook Connector uses this wcap param, so you won't get server notifications for the events invited using Outlook Connector. Outlook Connector sends it's own notifications directly.
    I think, you are looking for these kind of notifications. The process responsible for sending these notifications is "csadmind" on the Frontend. So, you need to check admin.log on the Frontend to see if it is sending notifications or not.

    Well, this is ominous. I tried to add a meeting invite for an individual that I know is on iCloud, and I got this cryptic message:
    So, if I try to setup meeting invites for people who are not on iCloud, it silently fails, but it fails gloriously with this unclear error message, if I try to invite users who are on iCloud. This is shoddy.

    I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with Family Sharing. If you are having issues adding family members to your Family Sharing group because they don't appear to be receiving the invites, you may find the information and steps outlined in the following article helpful. In particular, if the family members are present, you can actually add them directly on your device by having them enter their Apple ID:

  • TS3999 iCal invites not being sent or received correctly?

    Hi All,
    iCal has never worked correctly for me - I use it for an Exchange work account and my actual iCloud .me address.
    However, when clients send me an invite to my Exchange email address, the actual meeting never appears in iCal.  I don't have Outlook installed, I use the default Mail client in Lion.  Also, when I send out meeting invites, clients never accept because they don't receive them.
    Any ideas what is going on?

    Hi:  Home is 15226.  Saturday night, I was calling from North Hills in Pittsburgh to a phone in 15203.  I am almost always in the City of Pittsburgh or Pittsburgh's metro area.  It most often happens indoors, but not always. Saturday, when it happened, I was outdoors.  Also, one call on Sunday, to someone I call frequently, it came up on his phone as an unidentified caller.

    According to your post, my understanding is that you have an issue about the share feature for sending email.
    Per the previous, the issue may be related to the relay restrictions.
    However, in your environment, the share documents work fine, the relay would be worked well, anyway, you can check it to make sure it works without any issue.

    Did the issue occur for other users? You can switch to other users to check whether it works.

    I sent a creative cloud invitation to a new team member before his email was set up and now it's set up he can't view this invitation. I need to re-send the email - is there an easy way to do this?  In the team admin screen it is displaying 'Acceptance Pending' next to his name.  Can i delete the user and add him again?

    Solved the problem. I had to allow cookies for safari and it run - as here: Re: itunes keeps asking for my apple id password. it's NOT entered incorrectly.
