Creative Cloud is acting like my account is temporary but is a full paid account

I keep getting a notice that my account is temporary (it's counting down the days - currently at 63 or so), but my account is one of several in the company I work for and is a full paid account. the account username is [email protected]
How do I get the CC system to recognize that this not a temp/sample account but a full payed account?

It could be any number of things, but I would first suggest that you start by analyzing yoru RAM needs. It is likely that you have started to be more a multi-tasker, you've gotten more RAM hungry programs, etc... could be anything.
Read the apple support article below completely, and then make a determination on whether or not you need additional RAM. RAM can be purchased at crucial.com for very cheap, and is a very cost-efficient way to improve the way your computer runs.

    I'm having the same problem. Subscribed to Creative Cloud. All the apps showing as 'Try' rather than the 'Download' buttons that apepar on a colleagues machine (who subscribed a few months ago). When I load the trial of Indesign, if I select 'licence software' - no space to put Adobe ID, only serial number which I don't have with the Creative Cloud membership.
    Tried everything that has been suggested. Updated everything in Adobe App' Manager. Gone back to open Indesign - still just has boxes for serial number.
    Please sort this out Adobe. I've wasted half a day trying to install on my machine and still have the rest of the studio to do.

    Sol 1. Please try sign out from Creative cloud Desktop App and quit it.
    1. Launch Creative Cloud application manager.
    2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Preferences.
    3. In the Preferences menu, under General, click the Account tab.
    4. Click Sign Out from Creative Cloud.
    Then re-sign in and launch Photoshop CC 2014 and check.
    Sol 2. Check your Hosts file.
    Windows
    1. Choose Start > Run, type %systemroot% \system32\drivers\etc, and then press Enter.
    2. Locate Hosts file and move it to Desktop
    3. Right-click the hosts file and select Open. Select Notepad for the application to open the hosts file.
    4. Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
    5. Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
    6. Save and close the file and move it back to Etc folder.
    Mac OS
    1. Log in as an administrator to edit the hosts file in Mac OS.
    2. In a Finder window, choose Go > Go To Folder.
    3. Type /etc.
    4. Select the hosts file and move it on Desktop  open it.
    5. Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
    6. Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
    7. Move Hosts file back to etc folder
    8. Save and close the file.
    Then try launching Photoshop CC 2014 or Illustrator CC 2014
    If prompt for License this software, please click on it and sign in with the Adobe ID and Password which you have used to purchase the subscription and check if you can activate and use the products.

    I don't think it is possible to transfer the subscription from one email address to another.
    You may need to cancel the subscription and place a new order under correct email address

    I checked you account and I found that you just have 1 seat in your Creative Cloud account. You need to add a license from the top right corner on your Team admin page.
    You can follow the article: Creative Cloud Help | Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership which will help you to add a license in your Team account.

    Transferring applications between machines will not work.  You need to install using installations files.  Uninstall and Try using the CS Cleaner Tool before installing.

    I'm sorry that your computer crashed. That's the worst. But, it shouldn't have affected ExportPDF, since that is an online service (provided you're using a supported web browser, and there's no firewall or proxy preventing ExportPDF from uploading). First, please make sure that you're using a supported web browser: http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/
    Next, I think we should consider the file that you're trying to convert. How big is it? Had you tried converting it before the crash? Does it contain both text and graphics? Do other files convert without issue?
