This is my first day of switching from Dropbox for file management, so it figures there world be some issue or another... anyone know how long will this be a problem for?

I hadn't used it in the past day or so.  However...I updated earlier today to Mavericks 10.9.4 on my iMac.  After rebooting I found that my Desktop creative Cloud application used for downloading programs and updates will no longer sign in.  It looks like it is trying but the little progress wheel for the application just spins..not the Mac pinwheel but the spinning indicator in the CC application.  Thinking maybe something got hosed somewhere I uninstalled the application and am having the same problem with a fresh install.  I was thinking that perhaps it wasn't compatible with OS X 10.9.4 but now I am thinking it may be Adobe after seeing some other posts about problems with the service.  I did make a clone of my system before I updated Mac OS X just in case.

    Initially I was emailed a response to open port 443.
    for five servers-  this has been done.
    But I still get the message
    This section of Creative Cloud is experiencing unexpected server errors.
    Our IT director indicates the problem is not local, but is a problem with the Cloud.
    Now what?

  • WLM 2.5.69 Unexpected Server Error

    I have this error on my Torch 9800.
    I sign in with my messenger account (eg. [email protected]) and I can login fine, I can chat fine, but suddenly the app logout and appear a message "Unexpected Server Error. Please try again later."
    The strange thing is that when I log in with a different account (eg. [email protected]) it can stay all day long connected and no error appears. but with the other account aprox every 5 to 10 minutes it appears this error message.
    NOTE:
    I tried to uninstall the app, then after reboot I take of the batery and put it again on the device after one minute but it doesnt work.

    I had the same issue using my blackberry 9800 windows live msn.  Unexpected server error.  I tried to uninstall/reinstall messenger but same issue.  I tried using another account([email protected]) and it was working but not my main account!??  I even re-installed the OS6 but no luck.  I tried what you said, simply changing my MSN password.  Guess what?  It worked!  For some reason, simply changing the psw did the trick. 
    Strange because my old password was working fine on my laptop msn and even MSN on iphone.

    If you are on MAC Open Activity Monitor and check for Creative Cloud, it it Running Quit it
    MAC HD /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor
    If you are on Windows check in task manager
    Ctrl + shift +  Esc keys
