Creative Cloud is not downloading Adobe Muse?

I have paid for Adobe Muse, but Creative Cloud is generating a download error.  It says "contact customer support," which seems to consist of endless links.  I have browsed and tried all suggested solutions and gotten nowhere.  Help?

I have the same problem, i want update the software but the creative cloud don't work, please i need an update because my file told me that i need a recent update... please  i need your help.

    In answer to your questions:
    I am receiving no specific error messages.
    I am using iMac 2.8ghz core i7 on OS X Yosemite 10.10.1
    One thing bothers me, though - when I go into the Adobe Creative Cloud App in my Applications folder it says both the Creative Cloud and Uninstall Creative Cloud are aliases. Would this be right? I seem to be able to download fonts, access the Community and Assets on my desktop window.
    Still, today, I can access no apps. I can reach the apps area on the CC website but they only allow me to download trial versions of the programs i want to use. I have attempted to download a few times and I have let it run for over 5 hours. I use a modem with ADSL connection. From the CC website download calculations this is WAY to long to wait.
    I want complete access to full programs. Is this not what I have paid for?! I am a sole trader design studio. Give me some help here. please. If this is NOT what I have paid for, please let me know what I need to do.

    I get the monthly plan Adobe Illustrator, two weeks ago, and I can not download by Creative Cloud. Always stopped 42% of the download. I've uninstalled and installed the Creative colud, but without success.

    Please try to download it by enabling the hidden administrator (windows) or enabling the root user (mac).

    When I am downloading Creative Cloud, the Application Manager downloades instead of.
    The App. Manager I already have, of course, but when I'm downloading Creative Cloud, the App. Manager sort of get downloaded one more time.

  • No matter what I do, InDesign AND Creative Cloud will NOT download.

    Please someone help me.  I have an emergency here..I'm not joking.  My software was working last night just fine but now it doesn't.  I've been trying for the last couple hours trying to get it back.  While opening InDesign, I got a pop-up saying that the Application Manager was damaged or removed.  It told me to install a new copy.  I did, or tried and it will NOT download, NOR will InDesign.  Help me please!

    Hey, so I've been trying to download Creative Cloud so that I can start a free trial of Adobe Premiere, anyway the problem that I'm having is that Creative Cloud will not download at all. I've started running the creative cloud set up several times now and each time the installer fails and I get a message saying that Creative Cloud set up has stopped working. Any ideas how to fix this?

  • Cannot Download Adobe Muse CC with Creative Cloud App

    I have tried several times to download Adobe Muse CC with my Creative Cloud app. No big problems with all the other programs I've downloaded but cannot get Muse downloaded.
    I keep getting Exit Code 7. There are 3 errors with exit codes of 1612 and 255 and do not see an error code for the third error.
    I was trying to paste the Summary of Errors here but will not let me paste anything.
    Basically the download fails and is always looking for Nero.Express.msi for some odd reason, or at least odd to me.
    I tried downloading also from a direct link for the latest version of Muse and it also failed to install.
    I keep reading about uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Air, WHY???
    Any help here? Not sure why I was able to download numerous other programs and cannot get this one.

    Apple IOS is the leader in graphics, photography. The advertising states it is usable under both APPLE IOS and Microsoft 8.1 windows operating systems. Adobe Support Chat Sooraj tells me on 02/19/2015 that i must buy two computers to have it operate on both operating systems. Adobe will not support apple's Boot CAMP allowing both operating systems.
