Creative Cloud Isn't Loading My Apps. How Can I Fix This Issue?

There seems to be an issue with my adobe CC app. for some reason it won't load up the app selection and when it gives the option to refresh it doesn't make a difference....Does anyone know a way to correct this issue?? Im Running it on a Macbook btw plz help.

First steps I would try:
1. Double tap the home button, and close all apps.
2. Do a hard restart by holdinig the Home button on the bottom, and Sleep/Wake button on top for at least 15 seconds, until you see the Apple Logo.

My mac is running slow. How can I fix this issue?

My Mac has been running very slow for quite some time now. It takes a very long time to load a window and it freezes at times. Does this mean that I have a virus? If so, how can I fix this issue? Can you suggest a good and inexpensive spyware software? I appreciate any help that you can provide.

Run Verify/Repair Disk.
You should have at least 15% free space available on your HD; if not, need to delete some things.
You may need more RAM. One way to get an idea whether more RAM will help or not, is to check Page outs and Swap used. First, use your Mac as you normally would, the longer the better (checking this right after starting up isn’t likely to show you anything). After you’ve used your Mac for awhile (again, the longer the better), go to Applications > Utilities > open Activity Monitor > in the top menu at right, select All Processes in the drop down menu > near the bottom of the window click on System Memory. If Page outs is more that about 10% of Page ins, and/or Swap used is large, chances are good that adding RAM will help. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1342

Thanks Jeff, I was not aware that a template could be multi-page. (All the existing templates were 1 page)
But it worked, saving me some steps. When I was finished I renamed the document, and locked it.
Then tried to save it but could not because it was locked. I closed it, went to my Spread Sheet Folder ,
to find it, it was not there. The Finder could not find it either.
So I start over again.
I opened up Numbers and it showed my personal Numbers template folder, it contained both my new
original 4 page template and the vanished saved document!
I tried to delete the template containing these document data and could not - I had to go to the Library/Application Support/Numbers to physically remove it from this folder. Then I started over again. I Finally found out how to make it work: I can now "save as", and then lock, and it will go to place where I want it to be saved and locked.
The secret is: Click on the document title in the menu bar, and it opens up "Save as...", which works the same as in OS 10.4.11, and you can pick the place you want for saving. Once done that, you can then lock the document in the same pull down menu, and then close it.
I also found later that I can delete a template from its folder, by letting Numbers open the templates,
clicking on the one I want to remove, then go to the "Numbers Menu/File/Move to...", select "Desktop"
and from there the selected template can then be thrown into the Trash from there.
It appears now that the real fault of the Numbers software is that the "Save as" command is not available in the "Edit" or "File" pull-down menus, but hidden behind the title of the document.

Also, When I open the Keyboard Viewer, the letters will highlight only if I hold the modifier key(s) "Control" or "Control and Option". I really need help with this. You. as many other people purchased storage in icloud instead of getting yourself a bigger device (iphone/ipad/ipod). Device storage does not increase with icloud storage purchase. Just like other people you may have to contact Apple for refund and in the future look into buying bigger sized iphone.

And it won't by design and intention since you are not syncing your iPhone with your iTunes library on your computer.
If you have authorized the computer with your iTunes account with iTunes, with your iPhone connected - at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.

Lightroom 5 will not sort images properly, either by file name or capture time. How can I fix this issue?

I am using Lightroom 5 with OSX 10.9.2 and the sorting feature is not working properly. When I try to sort my library by file name or capture time, it does not sort properly. The order of images is mixed and stays that way, even after reboot. The file information is correct, the sorting is the only issue. The library is approximately 6,000 images and I am also using a plug in with the Publishing Service feature. Any help on how to fix this issue without losing my editing work done on the library would be appreciated. Thanks! Dan

Thanks! I'm trying to sort by capture time or file name, and neither sorts correctly. file names 3450, 3451, etc. before files 0234, 0235, etc. It makes no sense. Same with capture time. Times are accurate in meta data, but sorting is just wrong. I'm using a ShootProof plug in that is only used for uploading files to the web. The issue is in the main library folder, so I'm not sure the plugin has anything to do with it. Any sort I seem to choose: capture time ascending order, file name descending order, whatever, yields a different yet inaccurate sort. The below sort is flagged, by file name ascending order. This is the bottom of the list where it goes from file brigitte_terry_w6408... to brigitte_terry_film_0039... to brigitte_terry_w2825... Regardless of the 'film' file, the w2825... files should be displayed above w6408. Thanks for any help!
