Images won't import from Lightroom to be edited. There were no problems until I upgraded to Photoshop (2014). LR & Photoshop work well independently (I have Creative Cloud 1.7.1.418/Photoshop (2014)/Lightroom 5.6). All are up-to-date.
I had the same problem. It seems the scripts that control the transfer of images from LR to Photoshop got deleted or messed up. The fix I found on the LR forum was as follows:
This solution allows you to run a repair installation without uninstalling Photoshop CC 2014. If you've already uninstalled Photoshop CC 2014, install it from the Apps tab of the Creative Cloud desktop application.
Open the Creative Cloud desktop application.
Select the Apps tab.
Scroll down (if necessary) until the Find New Apps section displays.
On the same line as Find New Apps, select Filters & Versions > Previous Version.
Click the Install button next to Photoshop and select CC 2014.
Click Yes, install this version.
Once I did this, the interaction between LR and PS CC 2014 started working again. I did notice that Photoshop showed up as needing to be updated in the Adobe CC application so I just clicked on the update button and after a few minutes photoshop had been updated. The importing function still works so I think everything is OK.
Not sure if this was part of the problem, but after updating the PS CC 2014 application the first time, I uninstalled the original PS CC application as I didn't need it anymore. I'm thinking that may have caused the scripts to be uninstalled along with the PS CC application. Rerunning the installation put things back to normal.

Hi, my current plans and products include Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) and Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year), I only use photoshop occasionally and for very basic things, are these two plans required for basic photoshop use or am I able to go with one or the other ?
PS is part of the photography plan, so your single app plan is redundant.

Both of my computers crashed nearly simultanesously due to mal-ware, had to erase hard drives to start over, did not have chance to de-activate either Acrobat or Creative Cloud before they crashed. I need you to retroactively deactivate these two previous computers (one Dell desktop, another a Dell laptop from my university, the University Of Missouri_KC), so that I can re-install on my laptop (which has been repaired by UMKC), and the other on my new private desktop (which replaces my previous desktop, which cannot be salvaged). Also, the creative cloud membership can only work on 2 machines. You will receive an error automatically on the third machine.

Hi Ken, if he wants to use his two Dreamweaver CS6 perpetual license activations on two additional machines (separate from the systems with Creative Cloud installed), how does he do that?
If a user purchased both CS6 perpetual and Creative Cloud, and has them registered and joined all under the same Adobe ID account, how are the apps and activations distinguished within the account?
We've got a reader who says he is unable to activate his perpetual CS6 copy on a third machine, because he is prompted to log in there - and then the Adobe license server interprets it as another attempted activation of the Creative Cloud...

Please navigate to below given location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC
If you will scroll down, you will find a file named Photoshop.exe or Photoshop.
Please right click on it and select 'Send to' and select Desktop.
You will have your Photoshop shortcut on your desktop which you can open and it will open photoshop.

I've downloaded the Creative Cloud, once completed the creative cloud window pos up with spinning whell in center then the entire window disapears. How do I get it to remain open so that I can download programs needed
