Creative Cloud Issues

I had issues with my computer, i needed to do a system restoration  than  now i have not more installed the photoshop cs6 , but the creative cloud says : you have, now i cant download ps again. What i have to do? I think i need  erase some register that adobe have in my computer? Where ? How?

  • Creative Cloud Issue - Error 205

    Okay, this is kind of annoying. I'm trying to download Creative Cloud onto my computer, just the install manager (step 1) and it keeps giving me the same error when I click on the set up program. I've done everything suggested by other forum answers and the general tutorial and step by step stuff that they tell you try first. None of it worked. I'm still getting error 205.

    I use Google Chrome and I have Windows 7 (64-bit)

  • Creative Cloud issue with serial number (Photoshop CS6)

    Hi.
    I run Windows 7 64 bits. I just suscribed to Creative Cloud after my Photoshop CS6 evualuation period expired. I am now trying to launch PS CS6. I click the "Licence" activation button, connected with my adobe ID (with which I sucribed to Creative Cloud) but it stills asks for a serial number, which was not given to me. I tried uninstalling the whole Adobe product family from my computer and then downloading and installing again Photoshop but issue remains. I can't use Photoshop even though I paid for it the my current subscription is going on, I don't know what to do next. Thanks.

  • Deploy Adobe Creative Cloud Issue

    Hi, 
    I am creating application of Adobe Creative Cloud in SCCM 2012 R2. In the User Experience I selected "Install for System" like other applications. When I install it from Software Center, Software Center closes itself in the end of installation
    (all Adobe application is installed and work properly). If I try to open Software Center, it shows error "Loading software center returned error code 0x80041001(-2147217407)." But, it is back to normally after a reboot. I added it
    into Windows 8.1 task sequence, task sequence hangs at installing this application. 
    When I select "Install for User" in User Experience, then it works perfect in Software Center, however, I cannot use it in any task sequence. 
    Any suggestion to solve this?

  • Photoshop/creative cloud issues

    My brother downloaded photoshop as a free trial on this computer a few months ago when he owned the computer. He gave it to me a few weeks ago. I now want to download photoshop so I redownloaded creative cloud and tried to download my own free trial of photoshop. But it won't let me. It says I already have photoshop but it got deleted before my brother gave me this computer... Someone please help me?

  • Creative Cloud Issue After Using Apple's Migration Assistant

    I bought a new Mac and used Apple's Migration assistant to transfer everything from the old Mac to the new. Everything works with all apps except Creative Cloud. Creative Cloud states that some files are missing and prompts me to download and install Creative Cloud again. I do that and run the App. The app runs for a minute, acts like it's installing than I get the same error -- Creative Cloud is missing some files or some files are corrupt, please download and reinstall -- it brings me to the webpage to download it again. I'm stuck in this infinite loop!
    The old Mac where Creative Cloud runs fine is a 15" Retina Display MacBook Pro. The new Mac is a 27" iMac.
    Any help is greatly appreciated!

  • Photoshop CS6/Creative Cloud issue

    I used CC for a year, but went back to my CS6, now I can't get into CS6 because it says my subscription is expired.  I don't know how to access a program I already purchased because the Creative Cloud takes over when I try to open the PS CS6 program.  Any thoughts?  I am using an apple machine.

  • IOS 8 AND CREATIVE CLOUD ISSUES

    I having problems with creative cloud since I've installed IOS 8, "simple commands like "open" are not working at all, I have to keep quitting illustrator / photoshop / indesign / etc

    There is not a "crash" report it just commands or menu it doesn't work at all, just when I open my software works once and after that I have to quit and start it again, this absolutely ridiculous!

    I couldn't agree with you more. In my opinion, this forum is totally inadequate for dealing with this problem of the creative cloud causing the Photoshop touch app to crash. Adobe doesn't seem to have any trouble collecting my monthly fee for the creative cloud. It will soon be a month since this problem began for me. I find the lack of helpful information coming from Adobe to be extremely disappointing. We don't get any status report. How hard can it be to fix this problem?  Adobe's total silence on any progress in this matter is reprehensible.

    Hello. My name is Clue and I am an aspiring film maker.
    I have gone over ideas through my script content and photoshop work before I wished to join the full cloud because I had no need for the rest of the content at the time. Now that I am ready to take on things such as After Effects and other Adobe services to assist me, I had noted an interesting predicament.
    I had about eight months left on my Photoshop yearly contract.
    In hopes to upgrade my subscription to a creative cloud one for $50 bucks a month, it noted to me that the offer they would allow me to give was $599/ year. This was something that I can not do at this time, due to I am keeping afloat a job and slowly managing my funds equally for my desired hobby and the continuation of college.
    So, is there any means I can upgrade the subscription to the manage-able $50 per month rather than the full $599 per year?

  • Creative Cloud issue

    I have the full creative cloud suite and have PS, Bridge, MUSE, IA, etc.,  and am trying to download InDesign.  When I click the download button, creative cloud opens to an empty box, with creative cloud at the top but nothing else in it.  Do I need to unistall creative cloud, then reinstall it?

    If you're using the Creative Cloud app, choose Quit from the menu and relaunch.
    If that doesn't work uninstall the Creative Cloud app, and reinstall again from creative.adobe.com.

  • Creative Cloud issue with Typekit

    G'day people!
    I use Creative Cloud under a team licence and I'm trying to use Typekit for the first time. Appearently its included in our licence.
    I look at Creative Cloud, and under Type, all it says is "Coming Soon: etc" with a "Tell Me more" button.
    I thought this was available now as my manager can access them through his Creative Cloud.
    Any ideas why I can't?

    The Creative Cloud team is rolling out font and file sync access, so not all users have access to it just yet. You can sign up to get on the list, though: https://creative.adobe.com/earlyaccess.
    New users are being added often, so you shouldn't have to wait long!  You'll get an email when sync fonts have been enabled on your account, with instructions on how to get started.

  • Lightroom and creative cloud issue

    I Have photoshop photography, my installation of lightroom disappears without reason from the list of installed applications of creative cloud. I don't have uninstalled lightroom. If I click on the lightroom icon the program works perfectly

    You are still running Lightroom 5.6. If you look at the application manager you will find Lightroom listed as an application to install. This will install Lightroom 5.7. If you are on Windows the installation will replace your previous version. When the installation is complete Lightroom will again be listed with the other up to date applications in the application manager.
