Creative cloud keeps crashing after trying to add a new font?
I recently tried to add a new font to my library with typekit. As soon as the download was complete, at the point where it should have synched, my creative cloud crashed.
Now, i can still start creative cloud, and i can even get to the primary menu, but 10 seconds after launching it, it crashes. What can i do?

Creative Cloud Keeps Crashing!
Can anyone give me a hand? I'm trying to install the Flash CC trial on my mac, but whenever I open Creative Cloud, it crashes!
I've tried uninstalling and re-installing it, but that didn't work. (And I'm not really a program or computer wiz, so I have no idea what else to try)
It doesn't leave any error messages or anything like that; it pops up after I open the app, shows its little blue loading circle, then crashes.
Please help! I really need this for my course work!

LR 5 - Creative Cloud - Keeps Crashing - MAC
Worked fine an hour ago. Just imported 1,100 photos and I needed to restart my computer. After that I haven't been able to open LR. Before it even launches it says "LR quit unexpectidly - click to reopen" I do and it says the same thing. I send the error report and it says it could not find any solutions or workarounds for recent crash.
Tried updating Mac software - still doesn't work. Restarted my computer again, nothing. Photoshop works fine, but not LR.Littlekidsin what operating system are you using? Creative Cloud Keep Spinning after Installation
I have installed the creative cloud. But, it keep spinning forever and nothing comes up.
Adobe tech support remote in to my computer, spent a bout 2 hours and did not solve the problem.

Keychain access keeps crashing while trying to import a new certificate
I have been having trouble with trying to import a certificate to my Macbook Pro but everytime I go to Import the certificate via: File --> Import... Keychain access keeps crashing on me. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Please provide the exact version of Premiere Pro CC that you are using, you can check this by going to Premiere Pro menu. Also, this type of crash might be because of the Graphics display drivers. So, please check the Graphics Card installed on your MAC and the version of the MAC that you are using.

ITunes keeps crashing when trying to add music! WHY?!
This is getting annoying!! I uninstalled itunes, reinstalled it. I uninstalled quicktime, reinstalled it. I did the whole path thing where you had to put "C\:program files\apple blah blah" and STILL NOTHING. Every single time I try to add a song onto my library it just crashes. It opens fine but only when I add music! What is going on here?? It's been acting like this since I download the new update. HELP. Btw I have a windows 7

Safari Crashes after trying to add Cooliris
I installed (well tried to) CoolIris tonight, and it started crashing Safari on startup. The CoolIris instructions for deinstalling it, assume that Safari will indeed startup. Since it worked fine right up to this point, I'm guessing that Cooliris is the culprit.
Can anyone tell me if I am on the right track and more important how to get it fixed?

Close Safari and delete them, then restart Safari and it should be working normally. -
Final Cut Pro X keeps crashing after trying to import .mov files
I don't know if I have an corrupted .mov file that is making it mess up, or if final cut just cannot handle the movie type. I also tried to import .MTS files into final cut, that may have affected something. Please help!
So there is a single file that you think causes others not to import? .mov covers a lot of possibilities. Where did these clips come from?

Creative Cloud apps crashing after finishing the survey.
I've updated every app and have restarted CC and my computer several times but no luck. The apps open but everytime I finish the survey, they crash a few seconds later. Does anyone know what would fix this?

Could you please upload the crash info here or send them to my email [email protected]? You can find the PS/AI/ID crash log files in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/, type "chflags nohidden ~/Library" in terminal if the folder is hidden.

Dear Forum,
My creative Cloud keeps trying to install the same update and never completes. I have rebooted my windows 8.1 and same occurs. All other updates are fine so just creative cloud. am I able to manually uninstall just the creative cloud on its own without effecting my acrobat pro and FormsCentral etc? If so where can I download the latest creative cloud?

Please help, InDesign CS6 (cloud) keeps crashing on OS 10.8.2
It happens after I open a file and try do just about anything, modify a photo, add text, move an object, the most basic tasks on simple one-page documents. I've tried all the recommendations I can find including verifying fonts, deleting preferences, checking for updates, etc. and though I've tried all those things, InDesign still won't allow me to do anything. I've spent all day trying to troubleshoot and I have I'm desperate to get it working. I have two major deadlines. Any help you can provide would be extremely appreciated!

My iPhoto keeps crashing after installing the latest update, can't do anything!
My iPhoto keeps crashing after installing the latest update, can't do anything! It used to crash when importing but now I'm at the point where I open the software and after 2 seconds it crashes (nothing connected either). What to do? Can't access any photos
Try this: launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and check to see if the same problem persists. If you can create a new library and import some test photos then the problem lies with your original library.
If that's the case make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
If iPhoto crashes while trying to create a new library then try this:
Make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home()/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.

3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
If that fails to help a reinstall of iPhoto is indicated. To do so you'll have to delete the current application and all files with "iPhoto" in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder,

Then install iPhoto from the disk it came on originally and apply all relavant updaters.
P.S. If you're still running Tiger, 10.4.6, then the above may not apply. If you're running a newer system you should update your profile so we have a better idea of where you're at.

Creative cloud keeps me logged in to my old account even when I log in with my new account.
Creative cloud keeps me logged in to my old account even when I log in with my new account. When I log out of the new account, it has kept me logged in to the older account. Because of this, I can't access the programs. I am trying to access the free trials on the new account before purchasing the subscription on the new account, but it keeps me registered as the older account, even though I requested for the older account to be cancelled. I have also tried multiple times to uninstall both the programs and creative cloud desktop but the same thing keeps happening. Can someone please help me?
