Creative Cloud Libraries through proxy not syncing

Hi,
We use Creative Cloud inside our company with proxy server. We allowed all URLs recommended by Adobe on our proxy server:

Everything is working fine (activation, installation, updates...), except the new feature "Creative Cloud Libraries", we got the message "unable to connect to the remote server" and synchronization fail.
I asked Adobe support without success, they only provide me this list of URLs and they don't want to listen more on this issue.
We monitored all traffic going through our proxy and nothing is blocked.
If someone have an idea....

    I have two macs running Adobe Creative Cloud services. However, when I save files to my creative cloud from either computer they are not available on the other computer when accessing the creative cloud . They don't sync instantly like Dropbox- which I am hoping to replace with Creative Cloud. Is there a solution? Again I am wanting to upload files from either computer to Creative Cloud and have them instantly available.

  • My Creative Cloud Desktop App is not responding

    On Mac OS X 10.9.4
    So this is what happened:
    Creative cloud desktop was originally not syncing, so I tried logging out and back in.
    Desktop app froze and wouldn't let me access the app. Activity monitor listed it as "not responding". Tried force quit and reopen, same problem.
    Tried restarting machine, no effect. Tried to uninstall, uninstaller is stuck on "not responding".
    Not sure where to go from here.
    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks for the suggestion but I have attempted this many times to no avail. As I said in my original post, "I have researched this problem on this forum and the Adobe site and believe that I have tried everything over the past week."
    It is very late here (I am in Greece). I will have a further attempt in the morning. The windows machine is hut down. Thanks for your help.

    Do you have a 64-bit operating system?  IF not, that might be the reason you have no apps offered fro download.

    Berit, please specify the OS version and software in which you are trying to find library?
    Make sure you your software is updated to the latest version. Try to reset the preference of the software as mentioned below:
    Photoshop Help | Preferences
    InDesign Help | Setting preferences
    Illustrator Help | Setting preferences
    Let us know if you are still not able to see Library panel in any specific software.

    The Creative Cloud license also does not appear on my Adobe ID for some reason.

    It seems that having Creative Cloud through an ETLA only provides access to the CC set of software but not all the services that are provided by Creative Cloud "Membership".
    For instance, it doesn't look like you get:
    Online storage is "Customized" per account as opposed to 20GB for Individual and 100GB for Team (http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/buying-guide-at-a-glance.html)
    And "services" are also a custom solution that is negotiated between your company and the Adobe account rep.
    The "services" are the bit that would make Ligthroom Mobile work correctly, I believe.
    I'm in the same boat, by the way. When I log into the Creative Cloud website, it shows that I have the free plan eventhough the company I work for has an ETLA for Creative Cloud. We just have access to the software, not the services provided in a different type of Creative Cloud membership.

  • Creative Cloud Libraries

    Using the new Creative Cloud Libraries seems like a nice new feature but I see a slight problem. If I try and load in a PMS color it is converted, but if I add an object, such as a logo, the colors are not changed. Are there any plans on adding the ability to maintain PMS colors? Or does anyone know a work around?

    creative cloud photoshop blur tool not work as it should be !
    I go to blur a painting i am doing and it does not blur enough and I am using wacom Intuos 5 med pen tablet.
    and I even set the tablets sensitivty for pressure lower then default and still not getting the blur tool to do its job.
    I even adjusted the brush settings too to be able to blur even more on hard settings, still nothing.
    at least it not bluring enough to see any major changes.
    the only way i can blur anything is by using the fliters blur or the brushes ( mixer brush ) settings to mix colors and do it that way.
    (note) I will not post my systems specs sorry I don't do that and even the tech from adobe said I do not have to. and so I wont !
    just need advise not to share system specs.
    and thats what this forums board is for getting advice and read what others say about the issue at hand.

    It might be your image is too big in terms of pixel dimensions for the blur tool to work well.
    If you zoom to 100% do you see any change when using the blur tool?
    What are the pixel dimensions of the image?
    (Image>Image Size)
    If you try a small image, does the blur tool work?
    What about when you use the mouse instead of your tablet?
    Can you at least tell us what operating system and version of photoshop your using?

    You MUST have a 64bit computer... what is your computer?
