Creative Cloud licence renewal

Hi,  I purchased a one year CC ( creative cloud ) licence last year. The licence period ended in April 2014. I have not renew it then.   Yesterday i renewed my licence for one month. However, i cannot activate it. The programs do not start.   Can you help?  Best regards  Halil

  • Problems After Yearly Creative Cloud Membership Renewed

    After my Creative Cloud membership renewed last week I have been unable to access the Adobe Software that is part of the Creative Cloud.  The last message box I received asked for a serial number.  How can I get that information so that I can againuse the software?  I thought my membership automatically renewing meant my usage of Adobe products would not be interrupted.

    Please check the app list from Explore Adobe desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud there are no products for life time trial, you will need to purchase within 30 days.

  • Deactivate Creative Cloud Licence on DEAD PC

    I just had my laptop that had one of my Creative Cloud licences running on it.
    I need to transfer THAT licence to another system, how do I do it???
    My PC is dead and I NEED that licence tranferred and can't deactive it.

    If you don't have access to activated Adobe CC apps on a defunct PC (in order to deactivate them and free up an activation) then, on your new computer, you can forcibly ("remotely") signout of all CC apps linked to your Adobe ID using the process described here. That should reset your total activation count to zero again.

  • Creative Cloud Licence status issue

    Hi,
    We've been using Creative Cloud for almost a year, no issues other than when we first set it up and had an out of data Creative Cloud admin tool which kept telling us we had to register within 15 days or lose access.  An upgrade was downloaded and installed, and all was well.
    Our subscription ends on the 10th May 2014, and I can login to the Creative Cloud website and the admin tool (for handling installs, updates etc) fine.
    What i cannot do is open any of the Creative Cloud apps I have installed.  When I do, I receive a pop up telling me the licence subscription is out of date and needs to be renewed.  I get an option to retry in 15mins, but have been doing that all day and no better.
    Please help, how can we get our apps back and use the remaining time on our subscription?  What's odd is we have two seats, mine has this issue but the other is working perfectly fine!

    In the end a quick Google revealed the answer - log out from the Creative Cloud admin tool and log back in in:

    I have not been able to access my creative cloud apps for the past 24 hours and yet my adobe account says I have used one day already....I renewed yesterday...I am completely frustrated with adobes terrible support.

  • Having a hard time opening apps on creative cloud after renewing my membership

    I just renewed my membership for the Creative Cloud and my first payment has already gone through and I have to Creative Cloud icon on my desktop. Although, when I go to access Photoshop, it sends me to the screen where it says there is a download error. I need this for school and it hasn't been working!! I click the get help button but it doesn't help.... so please help me!!!

    The best way is to contact Adobe a few days prior to your billing date & explain them your situation in details.(Assuming that you have Creative Cloud for Individual)
    Upon completion/fulfilling of certain guidelines to defer the date of payment, Adobe contact person will let you know the status of your query.
    Note:
    The billing date can not be deferred for Creative Cloud Team
    For CC (Individual) the change of billing date cannot be self-managed by logging into our Cloud account on the Adobe website.
    Yes, if the payment is not done, the subscription does stop working

    I'm a college student who purchased Adobe Creative Cloud for free through my school. This weekend, I renewed my subscription, apparently successfully; however, when I tried to open Photoshop today, I received an Adobe pop-up telling me that I had to renew my subscription at the Subscription Manager on Adobe ID. When I went there, it said that my subcription had expired, and I couldn't click on anything to renew it. I use a Macbook. Please help--I need to use Photoshop today!

    Ive been paying 29.99 a month this past year for my anual subscription with adobe cloud.  I'm on an automatic renew where they will renew my contract for another year which is fine and dandy...  My question is, if adobe is offering a better rate for $10 cheaper; can I be switched back to that lower rate?  Will this make things more confusing for the future?

    So if your account is due for renewal, cancel it and subscribe for the lower discounted rate if available.  You dont need a new adobe id!  Everything is linked to my current email address ive always had.

    Welcome to Adobe Forum,
    The CC has been activated twice. If you are trying to install & activate it on third machine or re-install, you need to deactivate it from one of the computer.
    To deactivate, please follow the steps in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-deactivation-products.html#de activate-problem
    Since they can not be accessed, please download, install & try to activate, while activating for third machine, it will provide an option to deactivate from previous machine, please click on that option, it will let you activate it on the third machine.
    Please let us know if it worked.
