Creative cloud login prob.!

Why i cant login in creative cloud ???? theres only one email what even doesnt have mine ?! how i change it??( its saying click continue to verified your email)(then i have to go to email) but how the hell i go if its not my email.  + when i close creative cloud at there where that **** email is after that i cant even see my desktop, really wtf?, i have to restart pc to see my desktop.

    Which operating system do you have?
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.

    Can't login into my Creative Cloud, since yesterday. Always showing "Logged Out" trying to login shows again the same. Have already changed my Adobe Password but still the same result.

    Firewall etc. disabled but still not possible to login to the Creative Cloud Desktop App.

  • Why is my Creative Cloud login screen showing a black window and nothing else?

    After using the Creative Cloud installer and the download looking like it was working, what I presume is a login in window has launched but it's just a black window with a white logo at the top. There is nowhere to enter any information and the only button that works in the window is a cog icon which allows me to quit.

    It is sending to [email protected] when my address is nothing like that, i signed in on the website before downloading the installer but haven't in the installer as it never asked to sign in?

    Hello there ! (i'm french, sorry for my english, but i don't find french support on this)
    got the pretty same problem..
    In fact i tryed Adobe for 30 days, it's over for 1 month. As it was just a try, i did not give my email adress but a random (because i didn't want spam for that)
    In need Indesign for a project (a client give me an indesign file to export in html...) so i buy a 30 day subscription to indesign.
    When I want to download it, the adobe creative cloud ask me for verification email on the older one ! (it doesn't exist...).
    I can't log out anywhere, just quit the app...... So I can't login with my real adobe id .... And I can't download the product I paid for .....
    I don't understand what agera72r said : " it appears to have fixed itsself by flashing white then asking me to sign in " ???
    I never got sign in anywhere, just this f***ing windows who want to confirm my fake email...
    What can I do to have the signin page on my computer ?? I need it for tomorow, that a problem ^^

  • Instability of Creative Cloud login

    Hi,
    I'm trying to get into the hype of the Creative Cloud drive and syncing settings, sharing files with others, getting resources like the forums, behance and all, but a lot of time, I get login problems. Not the kind of problem like it doesn't recognize my password or something similar, but the whole login system is DEAD. When I go to my browser and enter creative.adobe.com, I'm suppose to get a Sign In botton in the top right corner of my window. Well, if I don't, that means the Adobe God is not there. You can't go to the forums, you can't access your files in the cloud, you can't share your files or your collaborators can't see your shared link either, you can't update your apps, etc,...
    So, if Adobe wants me to get with the program and work with in the "cloud", it better get its act together because this is REALLY annoying.
    I just wanted to let Adobe know (hopefully, someone is reading these) and to ask other people's experience with the login instability. Have you experienced it?

    I'm not trying this command in a browser, i'm trying to login via the short cut icon.

    The following works fine on my MacBookPro but not on my iMac.
    Once I've downloaded the link above onto my iMac, the Creative Cloud icon appears in the top nav next to date and wifi icons. I then click on the cloud icon and then try and login. See attached image below for error message.
    Just to confirm, you can have this on two computer? Only one computer is ever on at one time, so it's not a conflict issue, very strange!

  • Lightroom 5 to Behance Publish Service doesn't recognize Creative Cloud login

    I'm trying to publish to my Behance service which I have access to via Creative Cloud. When I try to set up the publish service in Lightroom 5 it gives a wrong password error when I enter the Creativer Cloud name and password. I can log in to Behance with those credentials and have already set up a simple page.

    The Lightroom team is working hard to fix this as soon as possible, but it will be inaccessible for a number of weeks, so we suggest that you use Behance directly in order to share your work there. Simply login to Behance with your Adobe ID, and add a Project or WIP directly to your portfolio instead.
    Note that the other Creative Cloud integrations (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) will continue to work as normal - more instructions on how to use those here.

    So apparently, you know why we can't login from Lightroom with valid credentials and you asked us to wait for a fix. The initial post in this thread reports the very same problem but you are giving us a different answer. Has this problem been fixed? Is it another problem with the same symptoms? I guess it's time to clear up the confusion.

  • Creative Cloud Login

    I'm trying to login to the creative cloud on my desktop.  I am getting the "unknown server error".  I do not have the opm.db file that when deleted corrects this error.

    The Adobe Creative Cloud tool is terrible!!  I've done all the suggested "fixes" and they simply don't work.  I've contacted support and gone thru the opm.db file deletion process and that didn't work. 
    1.  I'm constantly being asked to "Sign-In" whenever I open any CC products.
    2.  I have two Adobe icons in my Task bar, one is CC icon the other is Adobe Application Updates icon
    3.  Selecting Adobe Application Updates icon and right click and selet Open Updater does nothing
    4.  Select Adobe CC icon and clicking on the HOME tab just shows a blue spinning wheel (dashed) that never stop
    5.  Select Adobe CC icon and click on Files says "Coming soon"
    6.  Select Adobe CC icon and click on Apps is the only thing that works shows my installed app and those apps need updates
    7.  Select Adobe CC icon and click on Fonts says "Coming soon"
    I'm a software engineer so I know a thing or two about Windows 7 OS, Adobe are NOT installing their CC under correct security context and they are also trying to display  a UI element (User Interface) under a different security context (the systray context) which is not allowed under Windows 7 security model.  And I also suspect that my CS6 products Application Updater is conflicting with Adobe CC.  If you take a look at your Windows Services, you'll see:
    A.  AdobeARMservice (Adobe Acrobat Update Service)
    B.  AdobeFlashPlayerUpdateSvc (Adobe Flash Player Update Service)
    C.  SwitchBoard (Adobe SwitchBoard)
    And if you take a look at running processes:
    i.  AAM Updates Notifier  (Adobe OOBE component)
    ii.  Adobe CEF Helper (Adobe CC process)
    iii.  Adobe CEF Helper (Adobe CC process)
    iv.  Adobe CEF Helper (Adobe CC process)
    v.  CEPServiceManager (Adobe common process)
    vi.  acrotray.exe (Adobe Acrobat 11 process)
    vii.  Adobe CEF Helper (Adobe CC process)
    viii. Creative Cloud
    So I don't have a single Adobe application "running" yet I have 8 Adobe related processes running and 4 of them are instances of the same executable.  I have 3 Adobe windows services running also.
    Do Adobe have a big problem with their services and CC and Updaters, YEP!  Is the problem related to having CS6 installed AND not understanding Windows OS security context, YES!
    Adobe have some great applications, but whatever group is responsible for their update/CC process doesn't appear to have adequate programming experience/knowledge.
    I'm at the point of stopping my Adobe CC subscription due to the lack of support from Adobe over these continued problems that myself and MANY MANY others are having with CC.

  • Creative cloud login stuck on wrong verification email notice

    My verification email is sent to a misspelled email address and even if i uninstall creative cloud and reinstall it, it doesn't allow me to log in with the right email address.

    Close all Adobe Applications and Quit Creative Cloud desktop application .
    Windows :
    End all Adobe process like Creative Cloud , COreSync, AAMUpdater , ARMsv ...etc from Task Manager :
    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
    Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.
    appdata
    Then navigate to Local>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db file.
    Once you  had deleted opm.db file .
    Launch Creative Cloud app and check.
    Mac :
    Launch Activity Monitor and "Force Quit" all the process related to Adobe like Creative Cloud, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon from Activity monitor.
    1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To" Folder option.
    2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)
    ~/library
    3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db  file.
    Once you  had deleted opm.db file .
    Launch Creative Cloud app and check.

    I own the CS6 Master Collection, and I was just logging in to check for updates on the Adobe Application Manager and I am now being asked to log in for Creative Cloud and to Accept or Decline the Creative Cloud terms and conditions.
    Considering I own the CS6 Master Collection suite, I have no need to then pay for Creative Cloud services, I simpy want to check for updates.
    Any feedback on this will be much appreciated

    Having purchased CC and trying to login I continuously get asked for my brithdate. After entering the birthdate the screen returns again to ask for my birthdate. Cant get past this screen so that I can download the CC apps. Any suggestions?

    Ja Wunder, es gibt noch einen richtig guten Fachhändler, der einen richtig guten Support bietet. Nun zahlt sich mal wieder aus, dass ich seit 1994 ein guter Kunde bin viele MACs  bei diesem Fachhändler kaufte. Das ist sehr gut.
    Die Antwort von di4bl0r: war eigentlich korrekt:  "Einmal den OOBE Order komplett löschen: /Benutzer/[Benutzername]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE"
    Nur leider findet man das Library im Benutzerordner nicht. Das ist im System 10.7.5 unsichtbar und gut versteckt, und das Löschen von OOBE im Library der Festplatte funktioniert nicht, es muss das aus dem Benutzerordner sein.
    Hier die Anleitung zum Finden des Librarys:
    "ALT Taste" drücken, "Gehe zu" und dann findet man "Library" im Pull Down Menu. Dort findet man dann auch der Ordner OOBE.
    Habe nun OOBE aus dem Benutzerordner gelöscht. Nun startet die Cloud wieder mit der Abfrage von Benutzernamen und Kennwort und geht über die Lizenzzustimmung weiter zu dem Hauptmenu. Funktioniert alles wieder einwandfrei. Zumindest momentan.
    Ich danke besonders auch dem Adobe Telefonsupport, dass sie dies nicht verraten hatten, Unwissend, Unfähig oder Unwillig ist die Frage. Es war auf jeden Fall ein Ordner in dem Adobe Ordner, den sich die Adobe Software selber anlegt, der sich aus irgendeinem Grund verfummelt hatte.

  • Can't sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud

    Two days ago I received notification via the Creative Cloud that some apps were ready to update.
    On opening the updater I was asked to login, despite having entered my credentials previously which should have been saved. On entering my credentials again I immediately got logged out with message "You've been signed out".
    Thinking that Adobe might have force reset user passwords post Heartbleed patching (http://heartbleed.com/) but not sent users a notification email, I then followed the link to the Account/Password FAQ (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/account-password-sign-faq.html). I then requested a password reset, followed the link from the automated email and created a new password.
    The new password works on the Forums but I am still not able to log into Adobe Creative Cloud. I still get logged out immediately with the message "You've been signed out".
    Adobe's management of user accounts/passwords is historially woeful so it's understandable that users are seriously concerned about this latest issue.
    Can you please advise:
    * Has Adobe been affected by the Heartbleed bug?
    * If yes, have you patched your OpenSSL, acquired new certificates, generated and deployed new SSL keys, and revoked old keys and certs?
    * When do you expect the Creative Cloud login bug to be resolved?

    Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
    So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
