Creative cloud login stuck on wrong verification email notice

My verification email is sent to a misspelled email address and even if i uninstall creative cloud and reinstall it, it doesn't allow me to log in with the right email address.

Close all Adobe Applications and Quit Creative Cloud desktop application .
Windows :
End all Adobe process like Creative Cloud , COreSync, AAMUpdater , ARMsv ...etc from Task Manager :
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.
appdata
Then navigate to Local>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db file.
Once you  had deleted opm.db file .
Launch Creative Cloud app and check.
Mac :
Launch Activity Monitor and "Force Quit" all the process related to Adobe like Creative Cloud, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon from Activity monitor.
1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To" Folder option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)
~/library
3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db  file.
Once you  had deleted opm.db file .
Launch Creative Cloud app and check.

    Can't login into my Creative Cloud, since yesterday. Always showing "Logged Out" trying to login shows again the same. Have already changed my Adobe Password but still the same result.

    Firewall etc. disabled but still not possible to login to the Creative Cloud Desktop App.

    I am running Creative Cloud. During the install of InDesign the CC app asked me to shut down a copy of Adobe Acrobat. I shut Acrobat down but Creative Cloud is stuck on the InDesign install.     got the pretty same problem..
    In fact i tryed Adobe for 30 days, it's over for 1 month. As it was just a try, i did not give my email adress but a random (because i didn't want spam for that)
    In need Indesign for a project (a client give me an indesign file to export in html...) so i buy a 30 day subscription to indesign.
    When I want to download it, the adobe creative cloud ask me for verification email on the older one ! (it doesn't exist...).
    I can't log out anywhere, just quit the app...... So I can't login with my real adobe id .... And I can't download the product I paid for .....
    I don't understand what agera72r said : " it appears to have fixed itsself by flashing white then asking me to sign in " ???
    I never got sign in anywhere, just this f***ing windows who want to confirm my fake email...
    What can I do to have the signin page on my computer ?? I need it for tomorow, that a problem ^^

    Why i cant login in creative cloud ???? theres only one email what even doesnt have mine ?! how i change it??( its saying click continue to verified your email)(then i have to go to email) but how the hell i go if its not my email.  + when i close creative cloud at there where that **** email is after that i cant even see my desktop, really wtf?, i have to restart pc to see my desktop.

    Okay, since last night on both of my computers (Windows 8 PC & MacBook Pro) creative cloud seems to be stuck in an Updating File Sync mode that shows like this:
    Is it normal to take so much time to actually update file sync? Or there is something wrong?

    I'm trying to publish to my Behance service which I have access to via Creative Cloud. When I try to set up the publish service in Lightroom 5 it gives a wrong password error when I enter the Creativer Cloud name and password. Simply login to Behance with your Adobe ID, and add a Project or WIP directly to your portfolio instead.
    Note that the other Creative Cloud integrations (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) will continue to work as normal - more instructions on how to use those here.

    So apparently, you know why we can't login from Lightroom with valid credentials and you asked us to wait for a fix. The initial post in this thread reports the very same problem but you are giving us a different answer. Has this problem been fixed? Is it another problem with the same symptoms? I guess it's time to clear up the confusion.

    i have tried uninstalling the program and redownloading it but it is still linked to a trial account i used a long time ago, its saying its sending me confirmation emails to that account when the program opens up but i no longer use or have access to that email. i am trying an account now with my university details and want to use this account to upgrade and purchase but im worried it will still be linked to the old account, thus locking me out of the program.

    I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.     After using the Creative Cloud installer and the download looking like it was working, what I presume is a login in window has launched but it's just a black window with a white logo at the top. There is nowhere to enter any information and the only button that works in the window is a cog icon which allows me to quit.

  • Creative Cloud - Sync stuck in loop

    Does anybody know how to remedy this?
    I've logged out and logged in to both computers with CC installed. On my MacBook Pro, there's no issue but on my Windows 7 machine, this is all CC does - "Syncing files 12 of 17". Or it starts with 16/17. It's always one of the two and it just does that infinitely. It does it incredibly fast, appearing like a flash. Help/advice?? Thanks!
