Creative Cloud membership expired

My $9.99 Photoshop CC membership has expired for some unknown reason. I made a payment on November 11, 2013 and then on November 25, 2013 there were two holds for $1.00 each on my account. Both of these holds expired without me being charged my membership fee. Then on December 17, 2013 I get an email saying my membership will expire on November 16, 2013. I talked to a rep in chat and was basically to that since they didn't do what they were supposed to my membership is expired. Then I'm told if I want to get it reactivated I have to contact phone support. I can't contact them until Monday and I have photos to edit. Screen shots of the email and the transaction below.

I never made a payment on October 17th. As you can see in the photo I posted above the last payment taken out of my account was on Novermber 11th, 2013 and prior to that it was a September payment. Then there were 2 $1.00 holds on my account on November 25th, 2013 just like it was done prior to my September payment but the monthly fee was never charged. Also in the above photo I never received any notice that my membership was about to expire. I received an email 1 month AFTER it was scheduled to expire. I was still able to use it until I returned from vacation earlier this week. I use a PayPal prepaid business card for payments and haven't had any issues regarding any transactions before this happened.

  • Creative Cloud membership expired and no more Illustrator

I purchased Web and Desgin CS6 in January 2012 and had to reinstall it in December (with help of Adobe) because of issues. Before uninstalling it for the reinstall in December, I signed up for the Student memebership in Creative Cloud. I was told to cancel the memebership inorder to reinstall CS6. So I did this, which now gives me the free version of Creative Cloud. Now CC tells me the subscription has ended and I noticed some of my applications (that I own) are not starting up any more. Instead I get a Creative Cloud error message that says Renew Your Subscription. Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue and get my apps back? I do have my serial numbers for CS6.

    Hi New Girl 8,
Along with renew your subscription you might be getting the option to license this software. Click on it, sign in with your Adobe ID, enter the CS6 key to activate.

  • Creative Cloud membership for Single Edition App?

Trying to publish single edition app and I am thinking that a creative cloud membership is the way to go. Just wondering...
If my Creative Cloud membership expires, does it effect anything I have submitted to the App Store? Or is it more like,"once it's up, it's up" ?
Also do I have to be both a Developer and a Creative Cloud member? Can I use the account of another Developer along with my own  Creative Cloud Single Edition to make an App? Or do both accounts need to belong to the same person for this to work?
    Thanks for any advice

If you CCM subscription expires that will not effect the app which you submitted to App store.
I would suggest you to use your own Apple developer and CCM to make app instead of other person.

  • How do I enter CS6 license key when Adobe Application Manager immediately tries to authenticate against my expired Creative Cloud membership?

I have CS6 Master Suite installed along side my now-expired Creative Cloud apps (I am evaluating whether to renew my subscription at this time). Both CS6 and Creative Cloud are currently unlicensed due to a snafu with my educational license, but I have a new CS6 license that I am trying to register CS6 with. However, upon launching any CS6 program, Adobe Application Manager then launches and tells me that my Creative Cloud membership is now expired. How/where to I enter my CS6 license key? I have already tried entering my new license on my Adobe account profile > “My products and services”, and reinstalled CS6 applications from my original disk image (MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg).
    Thanks in advance,
    Liz

Figured this one out from another thread, after which I was able to sign in again with my Adobe ID and my software was ready to use:
    Windows:
    Delete these folders
    SLStore from C:\ProgramData\Adobe
    SLCache from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    OOBE from C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
    Mac:
Delete SLStore and SLCache from /Library/Application Support/Adobe
    Delete OOBE from ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  • After trial version expired and purchasing creative cloud membership programs still will not open

I keep getting "trial version expired" even though I have purchased the cloud membership around 3 weeks ago.  I did the chat with someone who had me remove my cache, which did work for me to run Photoshop, but not for Dreamweaver.  I installed a patch for the download manager that did not work as well.  I have installed and uninstalled multiple times with no luck, and now have a project due Thursday!!  Please help!!

I don't think these issues pertain to mine.  There is something getting mixed up between my trail version (expired) and my new Creative Cloud subscription.  Its like it can't see it for some reason.  I was able to get Photoshop to work but Dreamweaver is being stubborn!! Please help my project is now due tomorrow... !! Thanks!

Today I received a notice saying that my creative cloud membership was due to expire. I renewed this on 16/8/2013 and was told that I would get the same benefits for the same price. What is going on. Why can't I contact someone by email

    Hi anniewatkins
It looks like you signed up for a new membership and the original membership was cancelled which is why you received the email.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
    Thanks

I want discontinue my yearly Creative cloud membership... that expiries in 1mo+1day from today, at just 2 days prior expiry, what to do?

    Hi lsepolis123
After the October charge is processed I can cancel the membership which means it won't renew after November 27th but you'll still have full access until then.
Let me know if you want me to do that.

  • In my catalog, updating account info from expired trial to current Creative Cloud membership

When I started a trial membership, I opened a catalog on my external hard drive.  Last night I was able to upload new photos to this catalog, but when I went to move to the Develop module, I got an error message that says "Develop Module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the Develop module." I started a Creative Cloud membership a couple of weeks ago-- and just got an email that payment for this month was received.. So what should I do?
    Thanks

  • Why am I getting a "Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites" message?

I just tried to push my FIRST "free" Creative Cloud site live and got the message "Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites. To push this site live you will need to purchase an additional hosting plan." I thought CC membership was supposed to give you 5 free hosted web basics sites?
I am a premium BC partner and so far have my partner site and a paid Webcommerce site . In addition to the site I'm trying to put live I have 2 other trial sites (think they are designated as WebMarketing sites) of which one is expired. So where does the limit come in as this is so far my only WebBasics site?
Please help as I need this live urgently (without additional expense).

You have 3 CC under same Adobe ID out of which one purchased on has expired, you are getting notification due to this.

  • Creative cloud membership second time, offer priceless membership in another name of user

offer priceless creative cloud membership is only on the name initially request, per PC, in other words may in a PC install, second time, offer priceless membership in another name of user?

    Hi lsepolis123,
Yes, you are right regarding the activation & after performing this step when you launch a preinstalled CC product, you might get
a prompt of "expiring or renewing" the subscription, there will be a prompt of "license this software" sign in with the new Adobe ID
with which you have signed in the CC App desktop.
Please feel free to ask any questions.
    Regards,
    Rajshree
