Creative Cloud Membership for Photoshop asking for Serial Validation. Can't Access the Program.
I purchased a Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop and downloaded and installed it, but every time I try to open the application a window pops up asking for a serial number validation. If I click validate it says it can't connect to the internet, but my computer is connected. If I click "Connect Later" it loads for a brief moment then takes me right back to the serial validation screen. I can't get into the photoshop program at all. Now, if I understand correctly, I shouldn't need a serial number for it since it's a subscription, but I don't know why it's still asking me to validate it when I don't have one. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the program, and even talked to several agents, but 3 days after I've purchased it, I still cannot access the program. Please let me know what to do!

You have 3 CC under same Adobe ID out of which one purchased on has expired, you are getting notification due to this.

I have a creative cloud membership but after a while when I start any of the products it tells me trials ended
sign out and then back in to your cc app using the adobe id used to pay for your subscription, Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app

I recently purchased the creative cloud and installed photoshop but now when I go to open the application it tells me theres a configuration error. It suggests restarting or contacting customer support but I thought I'd try this first. the error code is error: 213:19. Does anyone seeing this please have any advice on what to do?

I downloaded the free trial for Adobe XI Pro but now I cant find it on my computer or figure out how to use it. The only thing I see that downloaded is Adobe Download Assistant. How can I access the program?
Assistanttolindsey the Adobe Download Assistant will download the installation files for Adobe Acrobat Professional XI. By default they are saved to your download folder. You can begin the installation process from there.

What Nexus 7 version do you have as there was a 2012 and a 2013 model. A easy way to tell if it is a 2013 is it has a camera on each '''back''' and front while 2012 only has one on front.
If it is the 2012 then it has a Nvidia Tegra 3 so the old Flash 11.1 Plugin is disabled.

I'm trying to switch from having several Single-App Memberships to one full Creative Cloud Membership. I already signed up for the full CC membership and paid for it, but I'm still being charged for the single-apps separately. How do I cancel the single-app memberships or somehow register them as part of the full membership?

I subscribed to Photoshop CC through the creative cloud but it keeps asking for registration
I subscribed to Photoshop cc through the creative cloud which has been registered. Whenever I open Photoshop it asks for registration?
Registering does no good and I had similar problems with the full Adobe package for a year and now it's still not working right with this photographers package. I've been watching for a fix for a long while now and nothing here ever helps. They assume you are not registered usually, but of course that's not the case. After all this time this problem remains for many people. After a while you just live with it and pray that you don't have an internet outage and miss a deadline.
Pro software should not have a system this flawed. -

Creative Cloud Login Problem - Repeatedly asked for birth date
Having purchased CC and trying to login I continuously get asked for my brithdate. After entering the birthdate the screen returns again to ask for my birthdate. Cant get past this screen so that I can download the CC apps. Any suggestions?
