Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites
I have had a paid Adobe Muse Creative Cloud membership for about 2 years now, and only used one website. I understand I can host up to 5. But for some reason when I try to launch a new site, I am told my membership has reached its limit for hosted sites. Can someone please tell me if I have some test pages I'm hosting (or something) and how I can erase them so I can make room for my new site. These are only personal sites so I do not need a business catalyst url for testing. I have the two domains active now and just need to be able to have both go live.

I checked your subscription details, and it looks like you're subscribed to Adobe Muse single app subscription, and not Creative Cloud subscription. When you sign up for Muse single app subscription (yearly), you get one free site to host with Business Catalyst. You only get 5 sites when you have a full Creative cloud subscription.

I have a full subscriptin to the cloud but when I try to push my new Muse site live Iget the following error: "Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites." After much research I have kind of figured out that when I upgraded my trial version of Muse only to a paid version of the Adobe Cloud, the system may think I am still a trial member. I sent in a ticket but three says later it's still not fixed. Anyone one else had this issue?
I have only ever used one email address. [email protected] I'm not sure why it would should that I have even used one site since I have never published a website live. I have only played around with 3 different sites... all of which should still be temporary. The site I am trying to push live right now is outsidetheveil.com.

As you've cancelled your paid membership you will continue to have access until June 28th. After that you will only have access to certain services associated with the free level of membership.

No, that cant be reset. You won't be able to create a new account using that device. Your only options are to either re-use one of the accounts previously created on it, or create a new account using a different iOS device or Mac, if you have one.

Master collection install after creative cloud membership has been cancelled

Some time ago I purchased Master Collection CS6 then later I joined creative cloud but then cancelled my subscription later on - now I am wanting to use my purchased master collection software again. When I cancelled my creative cloud subsciption I uninstalled the creative cloud software, then later installed the master collection software from a download link provided in my account. After installing master collection it accepts my serial number without any problems but when I open a master collection application such as photoshop a window pops up telling me to renew my subsciption - but my subscription has already been cancelled, so I am unable to use any of my master collection applications. Is there any way I can get my master collection software to work, without being advised to renew my subscription - thanks for any help you can give me - much appreciated - cheers AmandaI too have a CS6 master collection license and after syncing some settings with a CC subscription for a company I work for all my CS6 licenses ask me to license the software or start a trial. I feel really let down because Adobe already caused a 2 month down time for me in the past trying to figure out that Windows Sleep was the cause of a nagging registration screen constantly. The copy protection placed on the CS6 suite was horrendous I would have rather had credit toward CC after all the trouble I've had with the nagging trial screens in CS6 Master Collection.
What can be done to fix this nag screen, currently I have to enter in my license every time I open a tool. -
Creative cloud just has a circle spinning for past 10 hours but nothing happens.

Hello, I had an Adobe Muse membership and I have changed it to a full Adobe Creative cloud membership. The problem is when I login in to business catalyst and try to push live a second site, it tells me as follows: Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites.
I think business catalyst has not recognize jet that I have change my Adobe Creative Cloud Membership and does not allow me access to the 5 sites that are supposed to come with my adobe creative cloud.
Please help me refresh my status on business catalyst so I can publish my 5 sites.

Adobe Creative Cloud Membership offers 5 websites hosting?
I am having extreme difficulty in trying to build a website applicable to the 5 websites offered within Adobe Creative Cloud Membership? I have been told by Adobe Support options that Creative Cloud Membership does not offer hosting for any websites despite what I read of the 5 websites being offered in the Adobe Creative Cloud Membership? I have a year memership and when I call support no one so far can answer me on how to utilize these 5 websites hosting. No one knows anything about these 5 websites offered in the ad! I ask if I use any specific product as maybe Muse and I am being told that any specific adobe product CS6 that I have installed through my Adobe Creative Cloud membership has therir own individual support offered not through Adobe Creative Cloud membership anyway? I am very aggravated after being disconnected with assorted support members over the phone. I don't even suppose what I am talking about? Correct? Anyway, I find I cannot get an honest answer to my problem after all. Is this the place I might find conscientious help and understanding with my Adobe created dillema? Please reply as I am a very nice guy that has patience in learning what my Adobe Creative Cloud really offers now after being sold on it for a year?

Frankly Adobe Support is some of the worst support I have ever seen. They do have a few shining stars and some do have good experiences. (I have had good and bad) and I will add Business Catalyst Support is top notch and is also separate from regular Adobe Support. -

Is forms central totally unlocked under creative cloud membership as mine keeps telling me it is a free version even through I have creative cloud. I have runn the online version rather than the app and I get the same. Can you tell me how to unlock it so when I embed a form it does put up the get form central for free banner.

Lightroom 5 Perpetual License with Creative Cloud Membership
I own Lightroom 5 perpetual license and I also have Creative Cloud membership with Photoshop CC. For the latest Lightroom 5.6 updates, I tried to update within Lightroom, but a page shows up and ask me to do it thru Creative Cloud application. Once I update Lightroom thru Creative Cloud, I noticed that my license type becomes Creative Cloud which never shows in System Info in version 5.5 (I am using Mac). The Serial Number in System Info still remain the same. In such case, I am wondering if the Lightroom's Develop Module will be disabled if I cease the Creative Cloud membership.

HHLNo, you won't lose anything. Your catalog, and preferences, and previews, will all remain in place. Just do it. I did it a couple of days ago and it was very straightforward and painless. My Nik plug-ins were still in place as well as a printer plug-in that came with my printer. The installer put an icon on my desktop. I expected to have to locate my catalog. Didn't even have to do that. Lightroom started and took me to right where I left off, everything still in place.

Why is only 2gb Storage showing for my Creative Cloud account when I have paid for the Photography plan and should be entitled to 20gb?
The new Creative Cloud Photograph plan and Photoshop Photography Program are two different plans with different entitlements. The Photoshop Photography Program was a limited time offer and the Creative Cloud Photography plan is a permanent offering.
Why are the offerings in Creative Cloud Photography plan different from the Photoshop Photography Program? For example, the new plan has 2 GB of storage when PPP offered 20 GB. Also, the original PPP offering provided users with a Behance pro membership, which CCP does not.

You have 3 CC under same Adobe ID out of which one purchased on has expired, you are getting notification due to this.
