Creative Cloud Membership Photography Plan

Hi,
I purchased the Creative Cloud Membership Photography Plan but in my account it's showing as a free membership and both the LR 5 and Photoshop CC is showing as trial. Please advice what steps to take.

    The new Creative Cloud Photograph plan and Photoshop Photography Program are two different plans with different entitlements. The Photoshop Photography Program was a limited time offer and the Creative Cloud Photography plan is a permanent offering.
    Why are the offerings in Creative Cloud Photography plan different from the Photoshop Photography Program? For example, the new plan has 2 GB of storage when PPP offered 20 GB. Also, the original PPP offering provided users with a Behance pro membership, which CCP does not.
    Are you sure you do have the old program? Can you check on your order...

    I'm wondering about goiing for a Creative Cloud solution. I'm only interested in Photoshop.
    So what's the difference between the Photography-plan and the Single App-plan?
    Is the Photoshop-version that comes with the Photography-plan the full version?

    you get ps and lr with the photography plan.  it would make no sense to pay more for ps alone or lr alone.  though for users that want ae or flash only, the single app plan makes sense.

    I am asking because i have one year photography plan going on for about half year now and now i have been thinking of getting Muse as a single app with it.
    And in this video Muse users - Create and publish sites with Business Catalyst 
    it says that you can have 1 free hosted site in business catalyst if you got Muse and 5 more if you have Creative Cloud membership.
    Could not find any info if Photographing plan is valid for such a Creative Cloud membership or not.

    No, the photography plan is just that - LR + PS + some storage. Nothing more. If you want to access other tools you have to upgrade/ complement your plan at extra cost.

    I noticed that Adobe is about to offer a Photography-only option for $9.99/month.  I recently renewed my CC membership to the full price ($49.99/mth) but only need Photoshop and Lightroom.  Can I change my CC membership to be just the Photography option?

    Thank you but still , I can't find the ""cancel plan"" option in my Chinese
    language edition page.
    And I try to enter my account from English edition but  it will transfer to
    the Chinese edition page directly.

    Keensy I have requested a member of our support team contact you directly via telephone.  Once I was able to review the correct account it appears our support team has tried multiple times to contact you.  I would recommend checking your SPAM filtering in case you need to receive additional messages from our support team.
    I did request that you be contacted via telephone. I am sorry for all of the difficulties which you have faced.
    For future viewers of this discussion when contacting our support team at Contact Customer Care it is imperative that you be logged in under the account tied to your membership/subscription.  While there is cancelation options available you will have an increased chance of being offered an opportunity to contact our support team if your account entitlement can be verified.  For this to be done you will need to be signed into the same account as your membership/subscription/registered software title.

    I'm looking to upgrade from single app. membership to full Creative Cloud membership. It's not clear whether this is charged out monthly or a lump sum payment at the beginning?

    If you look at the plans page you will see what is available in terms of charges.  Since it can vary depending on where you are in the world, I can only describe what I see...
    2 annual plans where you can either pay the year in full up front or you can pay monthly
    1 monthly plan

    You have 3 CC under same Adobe ID out of which one purchased on has expired, you are getting notification due to this.
    Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year)
    Desktop Subscription
    Mar 30, 2015
    The other two are active, however it is advisable to have one CC under one Adobe ID.

    I bought the 49.99 cloud membership. I received a $20 discount because I have the CS suite. The discount did not speak about limitations.
    I'm told the membership comes with webhosting up to 5 websites. I click on this service and I see an upgrade button and a statement about "FULL Creative Cloud membership comes with webhosting". the implication is that I need to upgrade to another plan to have webhosting. Are there some >$49.99/month plans out there that included hosting, but I didn't learn about until I wanted to use it? I don't know.
    Do I have webhosting or not? I'm not touching that button.

    All Creative Cloud memberships come with 5 sites hosted on Business Catalyst. Login to creative.adobe.com and on the sidebar to the right, there's more information under the 'Websites' section.

  • Why am I getting a "Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites" message?

    I just tried to push my FIRST "free" Creative Cloud site live and got the message "Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites. To push this site live you will need to purchase an additional hosting plan." I thought CC membership was supposed to give you 5 free hosted web basics sites?
    I am a premium BC partner and so far have my partner site and a paid Webcommerce site . In addition to the site I'm trying to put live I have 2 other trial sites (think they are designated as WebMarketing sites) of which one is expired. So where does the limit come in as this is so far my only WebBasics site?
    Please help as I need this live urgently (without additional expense).

    Team subscription can be done for only one software ( for example team for Photoshop ).
    The advantage of team is that you have one charge and one invoice for all users.Also when a member of your team leave the company ,you can delete his invitation and assign it to another employee ,you can also add seats if you have additional employee without contacting adobe or changing your plan,you have more storage volume ( 100Gb ).
    Here are the most important advantages but it's your decision .
