Creative Cloud membership process frozen.

Last evening I attempted to join Creative Cloud, I currently have CS6 and am attempting to join Creative Cloud with the A19.99 promotion which ends in 2 days. The process went fine up till stage 5 where it froze last evening. I waited 1 hour, assuming there was a very heavy queue, then left the office. This morning it is still asking me to "please wait". I am reluctant to start again incase I confuse whatever processing has taken place.

  • Full Creative Cloud membership apps start as trials?

    I have a new, fully-paid Creative Cloud membership, converted from a prior Creative Cloud month-to-month single app membership.
    And I've built a new box, exclusively for Creative Cloud apps and primarily video processing using Premier Pro CC.
    Using Adobe Application Manager ( Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager -- which installs as Creative Cloud ) I've consolidated my CS single-use apps on two other computers and have installed Premier Pro CC on the new, Creative Cloud-only box.
    So, after Premier Pro CC is installed, the Creative Cloud front end offers "Begin Trial" as the only way to start Premier Pro.
    What gives? If I have a fully-paid CC membership, why am I being offered a "Trial" and am I going to be asked to "Buy" Premiere Pro CC when the trial's over?
    Very confusing...

    If you have already installed the CC software before, you just repeat the same process for the new machine.

    Delete the opm.db file from the following location based on your operating system.
    <user account> is your user-specific folder Mac OS:
    Mac HD/Users/<user account>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Note: The <user account>/Library/ folder is hidden after OS 10.7, follow the instructions here to access it: Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion
    Windows:
    C:\Users\<user account>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder
    Note: The AppData folder is hidden by default. Follow these instructions to unhide it if needed: Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
    (if you get error while renaming it, use the Task Manager for Windows and Activity Monitor for Mac to end all Adobe Processes.)
    Launch the Creative Cloud app again for the Start Menu (Windows) or Applications Folder (Mac OS).
    Launch the Adobe Photoshop CC and click 'Not my Adobe ID' in the Sign in window and sign in using the Adobe ID and password that was used to purchase the subscription.

    After the October charge is processed I can cancel the membership which means it won't renew after November 27th but you'll still have full access until then.
    Let me know if you want me to do that.

    if you are having any of those subscription, then you can access Bridge CC Also.

    I have CS6 Master Suite installed along side my now-expired Creative Cloud apps (I am evaluating whether to renew my subscription at this time). Both CS6 and Creative Cloud are currently unlicensed due to a snafu with my educational license, but I have a new CS6 license that I am trying to register CS6 with. However, upon launching any CS6 program, Adobe Application Manager then launches and tells me that my Creative Cloud membership is now expired. How/where to I enter my CS6 license key? I have already tried entering my new license on my Adobe account profile > “My products and services”, and reinstalled CS6 applications from my original disk image (MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg).

    Figured this one out from another thread, after which I was able to sign in again with my Adobe ID and my software was ready to use:
    Windows:
    Delete these folders
    SLStore from C:\ProgramData\Adobe
    SLCache from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    OOBE from C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
    Mac:
    Delete SLStore and SLCache from /Library/Application Support/Adobe
    Delete OOBE from ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    Please try the following steps assuming its a MAC:
    1) Open Activity monitor and Force quit Adobe CEF Helper, Creative cloud, Adobe IPC Broker & Crash Deamon if available.
    2) Try to open, if doesn't work then go to Applications>> Adobe Creative cloud>> Right click>> Get Info>> Click on the Add sign>> Select the user you are logged in>> Give Read and write access.
    3) If that doesn't work then enable the root user and launch to update there, check this link on how to enable/sign in to root user Enabling and using the "root" user in Mac OS X
    Please let me know of that worked.

    If you have licensed versions of software that you purchased separately from your Cloud subscription you can still use them.  There is a chance that the Cloud will have taken over for them in which case you may have to uninstall, clean things up, reinstall.

    I have the Creative Cloud membership. Can I install an app on multiple computers? I wouldn't use the app on different computers at the same time.

    You can install on as many machines as you like, but the account can only ever be active on 2 machines at any given time. If you need to move to anotehr machine, you need to sign out with a full deactivation on one of the two machines in use.

  • Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites

    I have had a paid Adobe Muse Creative Cloud membership for about 2 years now, and only used one website. I understand I can host up to 5. But for some reason when I try to launch a new site, I am told my membership has reached its limit for hosted sites. Can someone please tell me if I have some test pages I'm hosting (or something) and how I can erase them so I can make room for my new site. These are only personal sites so I do not need a business catalyst url for testing. I have the two domains active now and just need to be able to have both go live.

    I checked your subscription details, and it looks like you're subscribed to Adobe Muse single app subscription, and not Creative Cloud subscription. When you sign up for Muse single app subscription (yearly), you get one free site to host with Business Catalyst. You only get 5 sites when you have a full Creative cloud subscription.
