Creative Cloud Membership purchased but deletet / lost

I bought the Creative Cloud 1 year full membership with my Adobe ID and made the first payment. After installing a new instance of CC Desktop on a newly installed Harddrive with a new OS (windows 8.1). I wasn't able anymore to download any apps except the free trial versions
and my account history doesn't show the purchase, which has already been listed there before.
I tried to log off and on again in my CC Desktop with no success. The Help pages are sending me around in cycles - and to the forum...
Could I please get contact to some real support or has somebody had the same problem?

Well, then it looks like my membership is not valid anymore. But I don't see why...
I followed all the steps and had a little bit of hope with the hostsfile, because I still got the old windows 7 installation on my (now secondary) harddrive. But deleting the adobe entry didn't help.
Also I can connect to the adobe servers but the test only said: "Alive", not "Test successful.
The certificate is correct.
The problem seems to be that my payed membership somehow got lost, although I already made the first month's payment.

    I'm a college student who purchased Adobe Creative Cloud for free through my school. This weekend, I renewed my subscription, apparently successfully; however, when I tried to open Photoshop today, I received an Adobe pop-up telling me that I had to renew my subscription at the Subscription Manager on Adobe ID. When I went there, it said that my subcription had expired, and I couldn't click on anything to renew it. I use a Macbook. Please help--I need to use Photoshop today!

    I allready unistall all and reinstall everything.

    Please change the CC apps language from creative cloud desktop. Go to preferences and you can change the language as mentioned in below screen shot.

  • After trial version expired and purchasing creative cloud membership programs still will not open

    I keep getting "trial version expired" even though I have purchased the cloud membership around 3 weeks ago.  I did the chat with someone who had me remove my cache, which did work for me to run Photoshop, but not for Dreamweaver.  I installed a patch for the download manager that did not work as well.  I have installed and uninstalled multiple times with no luck, and now have a project due Thursday!!  Please help!!

    I don't think these issues pertain to mine.  There is something getting mixed up between my trail version (expired) and my new Creative Cloud subscription.  Its like it can't see it for some reason.  I was able to get Photoshop to work but Dreamweaver is being stubborn!! Please help my project is now due tomorrow... !! Thanks!

    You may need to uninstall the Cloud (not just stop using it) and then run the Cleaner to remove all vestiges... and then reinstall Acrobat

  • Cannot purchase creative cloud membership

    I just decided to restart my creative cloud membership. I plan to purchase After Effects for 1 month. Unfortunately, after I submit my payment information I get an error saying there was an error with my order, and that I should try again. I did 3 times and it still didn't work.
    Underneath the error it said : "PAYMENT_TOKENIZER_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE"
    I've looked up through the forums for other people who are experiencing the same problem, but none of them really presented any solution.

    Which browser were you using? Can you try using Google Chrome and clear the browsers cache? Make sure that  you can access HTTPS sites per this link.

    Please try the following steps assuming its a MAC:
    1) Open Activity monitor and Force quit Adobe CEF Helper, Creative cloud, Adobe IPC Broker & Crash Deamon if available.
    2) Try to open, if doesn't work then go to Applications>> Adobe Creative cloud>> Right click>> Get Info>> Click on the Add sign>> Select the user you are logged in>> Give Read and write access.
    3) If that doesn't work then enable the root user and launch to update there, check this link on how to enable/sign in to root user Enabling and using the "root" user in Mac OS X
    Please let me know of that worked.

    you can install and use on up to two computers at any one time with your single-user license so you need not sign out from your old computer's cc app.

    Team subscription can be done for only one software ( for example team for Photoshop ).
    The advantage of team is that you have one charge and one invoice for all users.Also when a member of your team leave the company ,you can delete his invitation and assign it to another employee ,you can also add seats if you have additional employee without contacting adobe or changing your plan,you have more storage volume ( 100Gb ).
    Here are the most important advantages but it's your decision .
