Creative Cloud MUST include option for BC Partner

I'm just looking into starting a Business Catalyst Partner account and am SHOCKED that I can't just do this from within my existing BC account through Creative Cloud!  This is madness.  What gives?  Please tell me there's a fix on the way, and please tell me we'll be able to merge existing BC Partner accounts (since I'm having to set up a separate one) with our cloud accounts. 

You do in fact have a free partner account if though you're creative cloud customer. It's just that it's hidden from CC customers to avoid confusion. If you provide one of your sites' URL we can give you more details.

    In frustration, I followed the prompts and Lo & behold all of my images were taken into the default catalog of LRCC. Trying to think outside the box I then created a second catalog folder (For future imports) and copied some files into it! My difficulty is that I guess I now have TWO catalogs! Is there a way of deleting the default catalog, that won't delete all of my images off the hard drive, so that I can just work on NEW folders in LRCC Please, sorry if this is too simplistic but it is a scary new world for me.

    PS is part of the photography plan, so your single app plan is redundant.

    Haven't tried it yet but has anyone tried to use a package built with Creative Cloud Connection included after it was made unavailable until 6/17?  Just wondering if it will just skip it or throw an error.

    If you have the installation files for Creative Cloud Connection 1.05 (don't use 1.0) you could create an installer package for it that would be able to install successfully but, even with it installed, it would still show as being in a "Unable to Connect" if you tried to use it. Both the app and some of the backend services are unavailable for a few weeks while we're making improvements for a final release. I'd recommend not adding it to the deployment package for the time being until the upcoming release is available.

  • Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) and why does my Creative cloud app show updates for CC(2014) products I do not have?

    Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) to my Mac Pro desktop running OSX 10.9.3.  My Creative Cloud app shows updates for all apps that I have as CS6 on my desktop but I have only subscribed to Photoshop CC.  Lightroom shows Install but it is installed.  Trying to Install Photoshop CC(2014) results in and error message "Installation failed Errors encountered during installation.(7) more information.
    More information gives Exit Code: 7
    Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting.  For Example, ERROR:
    - 0 fatal error)s), 0 error(s)
    I also cannot directly download from my account on the web.  This has been going on for a week or more and I have tried numerous suggestions on the forums but got nowhere.  I uninstalled Creative Cloud app today but could not find the installer again so I assume that was deleted.  I cannot download that now as on Adobe's site it says we are experiencing problems.  Aren't we all.
    I was happy with CC until last week but now cannot recommend it.
    I also have a Macbook Pro retina and Photoshop CC(2014) downloaded no problem on that.

    Mon creative cloud mentionne dans mes applications illustrator en "up to date". Toutefois je ne parviens pas à ouvrir l'application.
    De plus, dans mes "Applications", illustrator n'apparait pas (il y avait eu un message d'erreur lors du téléchargement).

    If you're referring to the Digital Publishing Suite, Single Edition benefit for Creative Cloud members, I believe that only applies to an entire Creative Cloud subscription (all apps), not a single app.

    After using the trial version of Photoshop CS6, I decided to purchase the one-year Photoshop cloud version.
    I was told by a friend to do a "clean" download, so removed the "previous version".
    Now when I click the "download" tab, nothing happens.

    Please download/install CC desktop : https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and try downloading Photoshop. If still the same issue then as suggested by Mylenium run the cleaner tool and try downloading again.
