Creative Cloud NAB special for current subscribers
Quick question about cloud subscritption.
My cloud subscription is set to renew in June, but I see that you have a NAB special offering adobe Creative Cloud for $30/month. As a current cloud sbscriber, am I eligeable for this offer? It would definitely be appreciated.

EDIT: As an aside, could someone please clear up who exactly is eligible for this promotion? I'm on the phone with Adobe support, and the sales guy seems to think that only NAB attendees are eligible for this special.

I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Individual for $9.99 a month. The photoshop tools do not compare to CS4, I can't click on the arrow to get to the other tools withing the set and I get this error code: I get this error code: One or more files in the adobe application support folder, necessary for running photoshop are missing. Please run the Photoshop installer and reinstall photoshop. and can't figure out how to get to the installer again!

I own small company and we have some basic use of Photoshop. I am planning to buy creative cloud photography plan. Can I use creative cloud photography plan for commercial purpose?
By using it for your own profession to be used only by you, you can choose between any option but to get the CC used by your staff or other member of the organisation, Team needs to be used.
If you are using the retail for your own profession then you get 20GB or 2gb as per the individual plan purchased where as CCT with single seat with provide you access with 100GB of storage space.

Adobe's "Adobe Font Development Kit for OpenType" (AFDKO) documentation states that "AFDKO is for adding OpenType data to existing fully-designed PostScript and Truetype fonts, and for proofing them. It does not offer tools for designing or editing glyphs."
Which Adobe Creative Cloud tool is for designing or editing fonts/glyphs?I do not know about Adobe tools for font development, but here (http://www.fontlab.com/) you may find resources for what you are looking for...

I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan for 9.99 and I can't open up Photoshop. I had access to it the night I bought it online and now I cannot use it. Will someone help figure this out. Perhaps I'm an idiot and just missing an obvious step so I apologize for that but, I still NEED HELP!!!
I have a laptop with a Windows operating system (not lucky enough to have a Mac) and as far the Adobe version, it's the plan for 9.99 that Adobe is offering. I was under the impression that the Creative Cloud Photography Plan included Photoshop and Lightroom, the latest versions of both, because that's what it said when I purchased it. I'm sorry my information is too limited or not detailed but, it's a pretty basic concern. I bought something, it's not working and I want to know why. Thank you and apologies for sounding rude. Creative Cloud updates fail for Photoshop/CC U44M1P7
Hi,
I'm having problems updating my Creative Cloud applications - error code U44M1P7.
PROBLEM: I still can't update Photoshop or most of the other CC apps.
- I am running Application Manager 6.2 (7.0.0.189) and Extension Manager 6.04
- MacPro 3.1, OSX 10.8.2
- Changed permissions on folders
- The early error log files said I was missing the language packs, so I removed and re-installed the apps
- The latest update error is U44M1P7
- To try and narrow things down, I only re-installed Photoshop and ran the Application Manager for updates to PS, ACR, Bridge, and extension manager. All failed U44M1P7 except for Bridge, which updated correctly.
- I tried the online chat support but nothing worked.
HISTORY: When I tried updating Photoshop CS6 on my MacPro (via the Application Manager), all of my CC apps came up in trial mode. I eventually got all the apps running, but not before I had to de-activate, un-install the entire CC suite of apps, run the cleaner, re-download/install and upgrading the OS from 10.7.5 to 10.8.2.
HELP! All suggestions are appreciated.

- Creating a new administrative account and installing from there still resulted in errors in updating.
- I again uninstalled all the CS6 apps, ran the cleaner tool (CC and CS6), and reinstalled ALL my CC apps. Ran the updater from the Application Manager while logged in and ALL the updates failed (U44M1P7).

Sorry for the long title. I thought I was actually asking the question. Why can't I update my LR 5.4 to LR CC? I have an iMac 27inch running Mavericks. I have lots of room on my hard drive and have 16 GB of RAM.
Long titles seem to be happening a lot since the last forum software update so it's not just you!
There is no Lightroom CC. You get the latest version (currently 5.4) with Creative Cloud, and so the CC app is correct in stating that your LR is up to date. Unlike Photoshop and most of the other Creative Cloud applications, Lightroom is not branded as "CC" because it's also available separately as a stand-alone perpetual licence product. When 5.5 (or 6.0 - or even a CC-only version) are released in the future, the CC app should prompt you to update and so in the meantime you're good to go.

Trouble with Creative Cloud install/uninstall for MacBook Pro
Creative Cloud for Desktop installed just fine, and all the windows worked except for "Apps"... all I wanted to do was download the Dreamweaver CC trial, so this was a problem. I got the "spinning wheel" on the Apps tab for a verrryyy long time, and tried everything on this page: App doesn’t open | Progress wheel spins continually
Those didn't help.
I tried the first solution from this page: Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application
Adobe Creative Cloud won't uninstall... it says I need to Quit first, which I am unable to do because the CC icon doesn't show up on my Macbook Status bar any longer... Cmd+Alt+Escape shows only Chrome and Finder as active, so I can't force quit from that window... I'm at a loss here!
In case this is helpful: I have Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign CS6 currently installed on my computer... would this effect anything?

If you are getting spinning wheel, please try following steps.
Quit Creative Cloud
Please delete all the files under the below mentioned folder.
Location Mac OS: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/
3. Launch Creative Cloud
Please revert in case you are not able to install Dreamweaver from there.
