Creative Cloud IS installed...trying to use it but update won't finish...
My apps PS and LR do work...just not the Cloud desktop....Can't finish its update

first, try signing out and then back in to your cc app.

A12E5 is a download error. Please follow the mentioned steps:
Mac:
Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old .
Navigate to Applications/Utilities and trash Application Manager and Creative Cloud desktop folder.
Download and install CC desktop again. If still the issue persists then restart Mac in safe boot and try installing again: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/start-safe-boot-mode-mac.htm l .

Creative Cloud not connecting for installing Flash Builder

I try to install Flash Builder 4.7, but I have problem to connect Creative Cloud after I down load it.
I did delete the contests of the OOBE folder and relaunch the Creative Cloud app as following link
instruction App doesn’t open | Progress wheel spins continually , but It still does not work.

I am currently running on a windows 8 pro. Every time i try to install creative cloud i get a error message saying this (Creative cloud desktop failed to install. error code:1). Does anyone know how i can fix this?

Why is Creative Cloud not installing?

I'm trying to download a trial of Indesign... after initialising the download a Creative Cloud window opens but does not display anything and the progress bar gets stuck. I downloaded a Photoshop trial 2 days ago without any issues, so Please, if someone has a suggestion here, I'd appreciate it... Thanks, Eva

Creative cloud not installing on my mac

I subscribed to the photobundle of creative cloud.
I clicked on the download button, creative cloud is opening but nothing is happening.
Computer has rebooted already, but still don't get more then this...
Anyone an idea to solve this?

Checked out that link and everything seems to be in order on this machine at this time.
I only have CC installed on this one machine, not even my secondary machine like is permitted. it seems odd that I'm asked to re-accept the Licence Agreement as often as I am. If I had to guess, it's almost every week, if not multiple times some weeks, that all the software will decide I should have to view the licence agreement.
Edit: I've never had any noticeable "errors" activating or anything like that. I just get asked to do it quite frequently.
This activation screen isn't too annoying (it involves clicking one single button), but like I stated earlier, if I'm trying to launch the software by double-clicking on a PSD, AI, PPROJ, AEP, etc... that file will fail to open.
I feel like that's probably not really a bug, but it is frustrating, since I did launch the application with the intent to edit that specific file I tried to open.
Again, something that you guys may consider working on.
Another annoyance is that: agreeing to the licence agreement is a per-application task, so if I see that Licence Agreement dialogue window by opening Photoshop (for example), I know that every other piece of software I have in the suite (Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Audition) will be showing me that screen on it's next launch. Probably deliberate for legal purposes that I can't just agree once for the whole suite, but heck, it would save me a lot of minor headaches if it was a unified agreement.

Lightroom Mobile is not a cloud storage service. You shouldn't treat it as a way of backing up your files. You are merely storing Smart Previews of your files in the cloud space, high-quality JPEGs of your files regardless of their original format on your desktop. The point is that they are there so you can continue editing them in a Lightroom-like environment even while away from your desktop/laptop computer. The files in Lightroom Mobile can only be used in Lightroom Mobile.
This is very different from what is offered by the Creative Cloud storage, which can be used to synchronize your files between any device (that can support the individual files).
The vast difference in how each service works and its intended use is why they are separate.
