Creative Cloud not loading the 'Apps' page

Recently downloaded Creative Cloud and everytime I go onto the Apps link to look at the Apps I can download it just gives me a loading screen. And it doesn't budge from that. I have tested my internet connection and it is working fine (around 20 mbps) so is there anyway I can get around this? As I need Creative Cloud for my University work. I am using MAC OS X MAVERICKS.

    Was a Restore one of the things tried.?  [Attach the iPad to your computer and in iTunes click on your device. On the Summary page click on Restore and go through the process. Be sure to click YES to Restore from a previous backup.]

The browser behaves similarly in all my machines (the setup and OS is similar to the one described above) and no amount of resetting of "Options" seems to affect it . Nor is it affected by the manner Firefox is closed. It is obviously a bug that needs to be fixed.

  • Why will the creative cloud not load or show up in the apps folder?

    I tried to download the Creative Cloud for Desktop. It loaded up and then when I tried to go to the home or apps tab it would continue loading but never finish. After trying to connect it to the menu bar it just closed. I've tried uninstalling it multiple times and reinstalling it, but it installs differently each time with those consistent problems.

    Is that not a way to relocate the files? In other words, I have 16,000 plus songs in iTunes and they are all playable. They must be on my external hard drive in the file I have named "Art's Music" (verified by the check you suggested in your first reply). Let's assume that I want to put them all on a different external hard drive (my C drive is not big enough). What steps should I use to relocate my entire library?     Is this going to work?
    I am going to borrow a friend's unused hard drive for this and then put it back on my hard drve after I reformat it.

  • Creative Cloud not seeing installed Apps

    After experiencing the A12E1 error when attempting CC update, I found a solution on the Forum, which was to basically remove folders, run cleanertool and donwload & re-install the Creative Cloud app.
    That fixed the error problem, however, after signing into my account, the CC app indicates that I haven't downloaded any apps and does not recognize anything that was previously installed.
    I'm concerned that this will affect any updates to those apps in future and wonder if there is a way to have CC 'scan' for installed apps or sync with my account somehow.

    I checked pref's and North American English is checked and I have to assume that is was the installing language as well.
    I pointed the "install Location" to my Applications folder and rebooted, but that didn't do anything at all.
    Any other ideas? Any Adobe ppl have a solution?

    I have signed up to the free trial and creative cloud is now loaded to my desktop, however when I open it, it is blank. When I try to download the free trial of Premiere Pro CC the Creative cloud box opens but remains blank and nothing happens. Any ideas please?

  • Safari will not load the home page when I open it. It defaults to last open window. I set preferences to go to home page but Safari decides otherwise.

    Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.

    Mpe requires the MP web server for native end user scheduling using a website. It also provides a cut down webex feel and you can share desktop applications etc.
    Outlook plugin and dial in is your only option with MPE other than giving people full access to the admin scheduling website which allows them to cancel other people's meetings.
