Creative Cloud not loading

hi.
when we tried updating creative cloud, it wouldn't update PS (was always at 42% even though the current version was closed). now the desktop icon won't open & the icon at the top of the desktop bar isn't there either. seems to be something funny happening.

  • Why will the creative cloud not load or show up in the apps folder?

    I tried to download the Creative Cloud for Desktop. It loaded up and then when I tried to go to the home or apps tab it would continue loading but never finish. After trying to connect it to the menu bar it just closed. I've tried uninstalling it multiple times and reinstalling it, but it installs differently each time with those consistent problems.

    Is that not a way to relocate the files? In other words, I have 16,000 plus songs in iTunes and they are all playable. They must be on my external hard drive in the file I have named "Art's Music" (verified by the check you suggested in your first reply). Let's assume that I want to put them all on a different external hard drive (my C drive is not big enough). What steps should I use to relocate my entire library?     I am going to borrow a friend's unused hard drive for this and then put it back on my hard drve after I reformat it.

    I have signed up to the free trial and creative cloud is now loaded to my desktop, however when I open it, it is blank. When I try to download the free trial of Premiere Pro CC the Creative cloud box opens but remains blank and nothing happens. Any ideas please?

  • Creative Cloud not loading the 'Apps' page

    Recently downloaded Creative Cloud and everytime I go onto the Apps link to look at the Apps I can download it just gives me a loading screen. And it doesn't budge from that. I have tested my internet connection and it is working fine (around 20 mbps) so is there anyway I can get around this? As I need Creative Cloud for my University work. I am using MAC OS X MAVERICKS.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Not Loading Correctly Windows 7 Pro Sp1

    When I open CC, the below screenshot is what I get:
    System specs are as follows:
    Processors: 8
    Video Card: Nvidia Quadro 2000D
    All Adobe products are trusted within Kaspersky. Kaspersky logs indicate that Adobe CC is not being blocked in any way. Adobe CC works on my other computers, one of which is virtually identicle to this one.
    This is the third computer I've installed CC on, but I don't see how it can be a licensing issue, as I can't even sign in to Adobe CC on this one (I do realize one of the other two computers will need its permissions recinded for CC to be useable on this third one) and CC is therefore unable to determine if it has permission to run on this computer.
    Does anyone have any ideas as to what the issue could be? I would really like to get it working on this machine.

    I've still no luck getting this to run on my machine. I've unistalled, reinstalled, use the cleaner, updated my flash players, installed Air, deactivated my other two machines . . . nothing is working.
    This has become incredibly frustrating. The results are the same as with the screenshot in the above post.

  • Any one else having trouble with Creative Cloud not opening?

    Anyone else haveing trouble with Creative Cloud not opening? All I get is the splash screen and the :loading: symbol that keeps going around and around---forever.
    This just started ---.
    I am running Windows 8 on an i7 machine with 16 gigs of RAM. My internet connection is good---all other internet access opens just fine.

    If this is the same problem i had, all you need to do is uninstall the creative cloud desktop app and then re install it.

    Do you mean you are trying to sync files from Creative Cloud to mobile and it doesn't work? I don't know much about Lightroom. It's better to ask your question at Photoshop Lightroom.

    Lightroom Mobile is not a cloud storage service. You shouldn't treat it as a way of backing up your files. You are merely storing Smart Previews of your files in the cloud space, high-quality JPEGs of your files regardless of their original format on your desktop. The point is that they are there so you can continue editing them in a Lightroom-like environment even while away from your desktop/laptop computer. The files in Lightroom Mobile can only be used in Lightroom Mobile.
    This is very different from what is offered by the Creative Cloud storage, which can be used to synchronize your files between any device (that can support the individual files).
    The vast difference in how each service works and its intended use is why they are separate.

    A12E5 is a download error. Please follow the mentioned steps:
    Mac:
    Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old .
    Navigate to Applications/Utilities and trash Application Manager and Creative Cloud desktop folder.
    Download and install CC desktop again. If still the issue persists then restart Mac in safe boot and try installing again: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/start-safe-boot-mode-mac.htm l .

  • Book files stored in Creative Cloud not syncing

    Hi everyone!
    We are working on a project that is stored in Creative Cloud to take advantage of collaborative workflow. Everything is working fine so far.
    I've just created a book and added a few files so that I can sync styles, master pages, etc. This is working flawlessly on my end so far.
    The problem comes when another teammate tries to open the book file I've created on his/her end. The book opens but it is empty (no documents listed at all). However if a send the book file to them via email or store it on a network drive and they open it everything works perfect.
    So the problem seems to be related with Creative Cloud not syncing the book files properly. Any clue on the matter? We must store the project files on Creative Cloud so work from a network drive is not an option for us.

    Yeah, you are absolutely right, we are using Google Drive for pretty much everything else, is way more faster, more reliable and is full featured (how about download entire folders Adobe or zero errors when syncing, Adobe?). And on top of this is cheaper (way more is you ask me).
    Sadly, we really MUST work in Adobe CC for this particular project so no scape here.

    I am having the same issue.  I can't uninstall.  I get the following message" Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for Desktop.  Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer require it to function correctly.
    Attached is the spinning I get with no applications visible.  I can't update anything.  It's been spinning like this for four days.

    Right click on Adobe folder and select "GetInfo" option.
    Expand the Sharing & Permissions section.
    Click the lock icon in the lower-right corner. Enter your administrator user name and password when prompted, and then click OK.
    Please click on '+' symbol , Add currently logged in user name and user named named Administrator.
    Click the Gear icon, and select Apply to Enclosed Item. Close the Get Info dialog box.
    Then try to install Creative Cloud
