Creative Cloud page not found

When I try to open https://creative.adobe.com/ it says "page not found"?!? I can't get this page to open and can't work, upload, download etc.
What is the problem?

The link is working at my end, please try and use a different browser. If that doesn't work then reset the browser and check.
Also, please try https://creative.adobe.com/products and see if that works.

  • Creative Cloud error: "Page Not Found"?

    I cannot, after repeated attempts on different machines, access my files on the Creative Cloud. What's up with that?
    I thought this was supposed to give me access to my files ANYWHERE? Here I am at work, miles from home, and I have no access to files I uploaded yesterday - all my older files are still there and accessible. The ones from yesterday - no luck.
    Not a very "creative cloud", more like "dead cloud".
    An online Adobe rep tried to help, but to no avail. After this "help" my account was disabled! -- I had to get a new password as my old one no longer worked.
    Even after resetting my PW, no luck. The same "Page Not Found" error persists.

    I replied you to on another thread http://forums.adobe.com/message/5553092#5553092. There was a change made that introduced the error briefly today. It was resolved by 9:37 PM PST tonight. You should be able to access your files now. If not please let reply here or email me directly at [email protected]

    Today, after sign in I got message on home page ( Files section) 'Page Not found- Sorry, we couldnt find that page'.
    I have all my valuable data, but can not see anything now. Till yesterday I worked with CC, wiythout any issue.
    Worried about all my valuable data. How do I get it back. Is this because I am useing Free CC version?

    I just noticed one simple thing. I do not know its bug or what.
    After sign in the page is getting redirected to :

    where I am getting error saying that page not found.
    I tried to add '/ ' after that and it works.

    I guess some link issue or redirecting issue.

  • Creative Cloud Files - Page Not Found

    It shows that I have used 80% or so of the storage space - so I know the files are there, but every time I click on the File Page it says Page Not Found and says to click on a link to the File Page or Downloads Page... This has been going on a few days now and was not solved by clearing the cache or switching browsers.

    Are you still having this problem? If you clear the browser cache and cookies do things work correctly? What happens if you try a different browser?

    Second time this has happened, getting page not found when try to access 'files' tab online, on desktops and ipad. Supposed to be collaborating (sigh). Any one else getting this issue on their account? Assuming not an Adobe server issue.

  • Syncing files constantly issue & page not found when trying to access a file on web

    Can anyone assist with syncing issue. Syncing runs all day and new files are not syncing. I can see the files in web browser (not in desktop APP) however when I try to access the files I get page not found.
    I went into archive (after reading all the forums I coudl find) and I think there are a couple of damaged files as when I tried to delete them I received an encountered 'error' and could not permanently delete.
    I need assistance to get my syncing fixed, and page not found fixed.

    There can be a number of causes for not being able to access file form web browser.  One, you might be writing to wrong directory.  Two, you might not have sufficient privileges to either write to directory or overwrite files already in that directory.  From your description, it's the latter of the two, so you need to get a hold of creative cloud support and get file/folder permissions fixed.  Good luck.

  • Syncing: Page Not Found and Server Error

    Hi,
    I'm having problems with my Creative Cloud files syncing.  I keep getting an error saying that it was unable to sync due to a server error.  And when I log into the Creative Cloud website I get a "Page Not Found" error when creating new folders or browsing through files.
    I've been having proglems lately with the desktop sync and using the Adobe Touch apps like Adobe Ideas.  I found just working in the app for a few minutes on a client project the app would generate a ton of "conflict" versions.  And currently Adobe Ideas can't sync with Creative Clouds because it's been stuck on "Awaiting Connection" for a few hours now.
    Any help with the matter would be greatly appericated.  Thanks!

    When I share a link using Creative Cloud the receiver gets a Page not found message.
    If I send the link to myself using a Hotmail account I can open it on my Mac on which the file was created but not from a PC which I also use.

  • Why would my creative cloud trial not run on a mac?

    I have downloaded the trial and done the troubleshooting recommendations but when i have downloaded my trial and open my download assistant about half way through my installation abox appears saying that a file could not be found, I have tried it mutliple times but it will still not run. I have mountain lion if that effects anything?

  • Behance links result in "page not found"

    In the Behance tab of the Creative Cloud app there are two buttons, "Add work" and "View profile".
    Whenever these are clicked a new browser opens with the message:

    Thank you for keeping with me and providing me with both help and explanation, I appreciate it.
    Do I have to be a DBA in order to view the alert log? I only have access to tables and information through APEX, I'm just a developer, I don't know how to access the alert log through APEX and the information on the pages you provided does not appear to use APEX in order to display this information. If only a DBA can view the alert log, how would I ask it of them to view this information? That is, where do I tell them to look and what are they looking for?
    Back to my original question and your last question about it, the URL I get when I get the "page not found" goes from being "https://esddev.wvu.edu/ncf/f?p=104:5:..." to "https://esddev.wvu.edu/wvu404error.html". It looks like this is a custom-created page intended to handle errors, however I have gotten errors in the past which did not lead to the "page not found" page. Would this be something set up by a DBA?
    I wish there was a way to show you more of what I've done. Do you want me to include my PL/SQL? I have the PL/SQL which generates the checkboxes, and I have the PL/SQL which is supposed to either save the information into a new table or delete the record. Let me know if that might help you.

    whenever I try to manage the temporary site I created two days ago, I get a page not found error. I have logged out and and back in to Creative Cloud and still get the error. Can anyone help please?

    Is it the admin you can't get to or the homepage? Where do you get the error?

  • Page not found, slow loading times CC Files

    Hi,
    Two weeks ago I reported that there were CC files problems like 'page not found' errors and slow loading times and pages not even showing anything. Those problems were temporarily resolved but are back as of today.
    Please fix this because for me this is not workable and I guess for many others. I've already moved part of my design files away from CC Files and am now reaching the point were I want to abandon this beta-ware altogether.
    I'm living in Europe, maybe this gives additional info. Maybe server problems only in this continent?

    So what product would you advice me to file this bug report under? There is no Creative Cloud Files entree or similar.
    I'm not sure I'm taken by Adobe support channels policies. if I tweet a complaint some employee tell me I'll be called back by support. Instead of being called back I get asked per email to report on the community forums, when I post on the forum someone tells me to file a bug report. Ehhh...
    Time to move on.

  • Download Lightroom CC not possible: page not found

    I'm trying to download the german version of Lightroom CC but when on this page "Software für digitale Fotografie | Download Adobe Lightroom 6: kostenlos testen" I click on "Testversion" (https://creative.adobe.com/de/products/de/download/lightroom) and the following page is not loaded. Instead it says "page not found". Any ideas?
    Edit: Problem only occurs when using firefox (37.0.2). Download with the IE worked.
