Can i pay for the year subscription at once, or does it have to be monthly?

As long as live in one of the countries for which you can buy a Creative Cloud membership (see under Availability on the FAQ here http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html) you can purchase a 3-month or 1-year redemption card from a company such as Amazon. For Amazon just search on "creative cloud" from their website. Redemption cards are also available from stores such as Best Buy.
The Intro Offer for a qualified customer listed here https://creative.adobe.com/plans is not available with a redemption card.

  • How can I download printable invoices for our monthly Creative Cloud payments?

    This is killing me. How can I have spent almost an hour and yet for the life of me, cannot find anywhere on the Adobe site that will let me view, print, download invoices for our monthly subscription payments? I go to My Orders, but all that is there is our initial Creative Cloud subscription payment. Can't find previous months payments anywhere.
    Why is this so difficult?
    Every month or so our accounts department is on my back asking for the invoices so they can match it up with the company credit card records. And every time, this is an issue.
    Most companies we work with send an invoice paid email with the invoice attached as a PDF. Isn't that better than the standard Confirmation: We received your Adobe Creative Cloud payment email that gets sent out? What good is it if we can't find any reference for such payment?
    Sorry guys, I'm just really furious that I am wasting so much time on such a menial task while I have deadlines looming.
    Also, it's been over 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for the 9 minutes web chat said it would take for an operator to get back to me.

    A ccording to New End User License Agreement, You can install any Adobe License be it CC or CS6, on two machines.
    Which means your CC can be active on two machine at a time, but you can not use both machine at the same time.

    La primera vez que adquirí el producto se realizó el pago, el segundo mes me llegó una notificación que no se había podido efectuar el pago, así que revise mi tarjeta de crédito y había cupo disponible, sin embargo la fecha automática de cobro ya pasó, y continua en 31/07/2013.     The first time I bought Creative Cloud there were no issues with my payment method, but second month I recieved some notifications due to a transaction error.  I check my credit card and it has enough funds for paying Creative Cloud. During this period the automatic pay day, changed to 31/07/2013; now I'm trying to make again the payment but there is no way to do it manually, My Creative Cloud subscription is now in test mode, and I just have 3 days until the test mode period ends. How can I try to pay again manually? why is this not working?

  • How come i received an email confirming my second creative cloud payment 2 days ago and today i have logged on and i only have a free membership?

    about a month ago i signed up to the student creative cloud monthly subscription. today i have bought a new mac book and the first thing i did was install my creative cloud. after logging in and installed illustrator i realised that it had only installed the trial version. i then decided to log on online to see if there was any issues on there. after logging on and going to manage my account i discovered that according to online i have only got the free creative cloud memberhip. the reason i have an issue with this is that on Friday i received an email confirming my payment has gone through. so how come i am paying for a full student membership and then only receiving the trials?  as you can iamgine i am not impressed!

    Received email ..." During our most recent billing cycle, we were unable to process the payment for your Creative Cloud membership with the payment information currently on file. To ensure that you continue to enjoy the benefits of Adobe Creative Cloud, please review and update your payment information."  Verified my credit card information is correct and there are no issues with card.
    How do I correct this?  Tried customer care chat, but couldn't wait any longer for response.

    You have an option to purchase it from reseller who will provide key card and you can use it on Adobe.com to start your annual subscription.

    Can I prepay for my Creative Cloud membership?
    You can prepay for one year of membership when you purchase through a retailer or etailer (like Amazon). This gives you the same price as purchasing an annual plan directly from Adobe, but you pay up front instead of monthly.

    Does anyone know if I can use my Creative Cloud membership on other computers? i.e. can I download Premiere and after effects on my work computer using my account log-in?

    Hey I have the same issue
    I have Premiere and After Effects installed on one computer so far and I just installed it on this laptop i.e 2nd system but after installation it says "start trial".....
    But why is it a trial if I pay monthly and I'm allowed 2?
    Unless I click start trial and then activate it from there but I just don;t want to take any risks and risk starting trial now so please somebody confirm xd

    None of my CC applications is starting. Instead it show a window where that says I have to login - when I log in I see the softwarelicense and after a window appears that there are 30 days left for the trialversion. I have a CC-licensie since may this year!

    I checked your profile and found to be active till next month. Could you please check the status on the Help menu of the Application after launching it. it should give you signout option instead of sign in.

    I've purchased a creative cloud membership which I've been using at home for my freelance work / studying.
    I also have a full time job which requires some light use of Photo/Video Editing / Illustrator, at the moment I use old boxed versions / other software which do the job just fine but if it's OK I would like to install the creative cloud on my works PC (who do not have a creative cloud license) and use my account there.
    As far as I'm aware It's OK providing if I leave the company I take the license with me?
