Creative cloud photoshop and lightroom trial
Hi all,
I have just started my trial version of photoshop through creative cloud, it works fine yet lightroom trial will not open ?
Any ideas

By subscribing to Creative Cloud(Photoshop and Lightroom), does it come with more than one license, and if it does, is it possible to install on both Windows and Apple's OX? Thanks.
A Cloud subscription provides for installing working installations on two machines. You can have mixed operating systems (both Windows and Apple's OX).

Creative cloud files and lightroom
Is it possible to use the creative cloud Files for two users to upload and use a lightroom catalog?
We'd like to be able to upload files (on creative cloud files) at one location, and have another user view and rate these files at a different location.
Is this possible?No moving of files is needed.
Just launch the Creative Cloud version of Lightroom. It should find your existing LR 5.5 catalog and make use of it; if it does not happen automatically, in the CC version of LR use File->Open Catalog -
Creative Cloud Photoshop and Android Smartphone
Photoshop can be used on desktop and mobile, so says the Adobe website. I have a Samsung (=Android) smartphone and am a Creative Cloud Member. Which app can I download in Google Play Store to have optimal access to photoshop as a cloud member?

Creative Cloud Photoshop show as trial version on start up
I purchased Creative Cloud membership the other day and everything went fine with the instalation, but now when I start Photoshop it shows a screen saying that I have 29 days left on the trail version. Is this normal, if not, what can I do to correct it.
Try logging with Adobe ID at the launch and it should work fine for you....

I use more than one desktop to edit. Can I access Creative Cloud Photoshop and Lightroom from any of them to edit, or only from the desktop onto which I have download Creative Cloud?

I have creative cloud, I have photoshop and lightroom current versions installed - I was using the trial period. I paid for the 9.99 a month and now I'm trying to figure out how to update this.
You need to uninstall the trial applications and reinstall from the CC app.

Lightroom 5.7 problem after installing Creative Cloud Photoshop 2014 Trial.
My Lightroom was working fine earlier today. However I wanted to edit some photos from my new Fuji x100T in Photoshop. When I tried to go into my CC 5 Photoshop, it wouldn't load the photos because my Camera Raw Plug-In wasn't up to date and when I tried to update it, it wouldn't update it for CC5 past the version I already had which is 6.7. So I broke down and downloaded the Photoshop CC 2014 trial so I would have the most recent Camera Raw Plug In. After installing it, I tried to open Lightroom and got the message: "Configuration Error. Pleas uninstall and reinstall the product. If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help and mention Error 5. I have never had to uninstall a Lightroom version to be able to install an upgrade and I am concerned about losing information (presets, ratings,Maybe photos) if I do. Not sure why I am getting this message for a program which was working perfectly up to the moment I installed the CC Photoshop Trial. Help! I have work I need to do in Lightroom (and Photoshop) tonight and it is a big problem that I can't use Lightroom.

No, I am not using Windows. I’m using Yosemite 10.10.2 on a MacBook Pro.
I ended up trashing (There was no “Uninstall" option) my old Lightroom (which was 5.7), reinstalling Lightroom 5 and then upgrading it to 5.7. Now seem to be working alright.
I uninstalled Creative Cloud 6 and went back to using CS5, using Lightroom to render the files, since I can’t use the latest Camera Raw versions with CS5, so I could work on them in Photoshop. Not an ideal solution. I wouldn’t mind upgrading to CC6 but not if it messes up everything else.
Quite honestly, I don’t understand why an Adobe user should have to depend on other Adobe customers for answers about Adobe problems. Adobe should have a strong customer support group to handle these problems, particularly when they are caused by Adobe. I have been an Adobe customer for at least 10 years. I like the products but the customer support needs to be improved. Apple does a better job.

Yes. Please help. I wish to download Lightroom CC (preferably version 6). It doesn't appear in my creative Cloud list. I have been a CC member since it started. (The photographic version which SHOULD include Photoshop AND Lightroom.) I have the standalone versions of Photoshop 6 and Lightroom 5 already installed too!

I have the photographer plan With Photoshop and Lightroom. Now suddenly The creative cloud app says that Lightroom isn´t installed. It is and how do i fix this. I don´t want to loose any pictures. Tried logging in and out. Also restarted my Imac with no luck.
This has nothing to do with your pictures. As long as LR works, nothing happens. The CC app merely has lost an entry in the installer database. Would a reinstall fix it? Sure. Is it necessary? Not really (until the next version or update). So unless you have too much time to spend or something isn't working, I'm sure you can find more interesting things to do with your tiem. Otherwise use the cleaner tool and get to it:

Hi! I just joined the creative cloud. As a photographer I would like to download photoshop and lightroom. When I try to do this, before the download starts, I get the message: 'we are experiencing some problems, please try later'. I've tried multiple times for the last 3 days but no change... Any ideas?
