I just downloaded the CC trial and then tried to intall photoshop from it, but when it installed, it was not in english. I uninstalled it, but now I cant reinstall it....what should I do

The install language is determined by your setting in the application manager. Apps can be uninstalled normally using the Add or Remove Programs system panel and likewise, they can be treated with the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool.

They have a single use subscription for $20/mo. Similar to upgrading extended version every 1.5 years.
2) WHAT if I created projects like 2 months ago and I didn't use Photoshop for a full month. Who assures us that with the CC series the projects are opened with the old CS ones?Or don't use it every day?
Same problem if you own it. If upgrade price is $400 every 1.5 year that is same as $16/month. You can choose not to update and version will be same as when you last used it.

A Cloud subscription provides for installing working installations on two machines. You can have mixed operating systems (both Windows and Apple's OX).

If you are on MAC Open Activity Monitor and check for Creative Cloud, it it Running Quit it
MAC HD /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor
If you are on Windows check in task manager

Locate sniffer.exe and rename it ~sniffer.exe

This solution was offered by Adobe chat support, after a very long and fruitless exchange. Apparently, the support tech finally asked around, and someone else in the room gave him the correct answer.

Will Creative Cloud solve my problems following a fatal crash?

I have transferred my CS4 programs to a new computer, but they do not function with my files. I want to join Creative Cloud, but I have no way of knowing if this will also fix my problems. I also have no way of knowing what the cost of upgrading would be.

Note : same issue persists on different Windows 8.1 with - Nvidia Quadro K4200 4GB.
The software stops responding and freezes when photoshop Smudge tool only when size is increased to >4000px ,
Have updated CC desktop from
https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and installed all updates.

Reduced cache set size to 128 in performance.
Tried Advanced graphics card settings in preferences.
Changed processor affinity , no go.
Kindly suggest solution at the earliest

We had tried on multiple operating system and also with latest updates done , same issue persists ,current version is 14.2.1 x64 , Photoshop stops responding once brush size in increased about 1000px.
All latest update were installed via creative common cloud.

Adobe atg what is the exact error message you are receiving? Also which operating system are you using?
