Creative Cloud Photoshop Won't Open...???
Getting an error message: Could not initialize Photoshop because of a program error. Is there any way to reload the program? Any ideas?
use search function to find "creative cloud" program. If not, you need to download it again.

These problems are happening on my iMac at home. I can log into Creative Cloud no problem, however as soon as I try and open an application, whether it's an old version or CC 2014, Adobe Application Manager opens and tells me that membership has expired and prompts me to 'try again'. Clicking this button results in a new pop up that thanks me and tells me that my subscription is now active. However as soon as I click 'continue' the process begins again, the application closes, a pop tells me that membership has expired etc.
I can login and view my Creative cloud for teams account online and everything seems to be in order and the applications open without incident at work, another colleague at my work has the same problem with his CC applications at home.
I've tried uninstalling and the installing all of the applications and CC several times, run all updates etc.
Is this an issue the the Terms and Conditions for CC2014, are we no longer allowed to run applications on 2 machines?
Is there a bug with the latex version of CC? This problems has only recently occurred.
I should add that I've read some of the other posts about login loops and I've tried deleting the opm.db file, it didn't work.

PeteThere doesn't seem to be an uninstaller for CS3, and I've tried the CC Cleaner tool several times. It doesn't work and it is not correctly documented anywhere. For example, there is no log file at "/Users/[user name]/Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.log" as one of the Adobe pages states. For example, there is no log file at "/Users/[user name]/Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.log" so I can't find any success or error states of the tool.
There is a log file at "/Users/[me]/Library/Logs/ACC.log." Would there be anything in there that could shine light on install issues vs. uninstall issues?
Regardless, running Cleaner and then attempting to install ACC repeatedly leads to the error "Creative Cloud quit unexpectedly" upon launching it or rebooting (which launches it automatically). I've been trying various things for weeks to no avail yet. -
Creative Cloud Desktop won't opening

I'm having an issue with Creative Cloud Desktop ever since I updated to Yosemite. I've gone through customer support (which were useless by the way) and discovered that Creative Cloud Desktop works if I'm logged in as my Root user (System Admin) on my Mac but won't load in my normal account. I've gone through this link (Troubleshoot unexpected behavior | User account-specific | Adobe software | Mac OS) that the Customer Service representative gave me. However I'm still having the problems loading App.
Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this issue?>ever since I updated to Yosemite

Creative Cloud Photoshop won't install
Can anyone tell me how to get onto photoshop, i have just joined creative cloud I press download but it doesn't install. I have an iMac - version 10.6.8 Memory 2GB 800Mhz Processor 2.8GHz Core 2 Duo
It can take a long time... It's over a gigabyte of download.
Are you seeing an error message, or any kind of status indication?

Creative Cloud application won't open downloads
I'm trying to download the 30 day trial run for Adobe Photoshop but the Creative Cloud application just keeps loading- it's been almost an hour. Why isn't anything happening?
Jeff, OK, I'll reinstall - it'll probably have to wait till next month, because of my bandwidth allowance, but I can live with that.
Regarding the other error, I didn't give enough information, sorry: after I installed InDesign and PS, I started them up and got a prompt from the CC app to fill in some details on the Adobe website. So I filled them in and got that error, no matter what I tried. If I clicked "Use the above address", it returned to the page with the form anyway.
Edited to add: I logged in again this morning and found the "My Information" page on the Adobe website - it's not complaining about the address now. I don't know if it means the problem went away or it's a different page (it looks different), but everything seems to be working at the moment. -
Creative Cloud Apps won't open
I have recently gotten my CC membership and got all of the programs. I am having trouble opening Premiere Pro CC (2014) and After Effects CC (2014). But I have another After Effects (from the CC trial) that opens which doesn't have (2014) in the name. Any of the programs with (2014) in their name, I can't open. I get the error, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)." I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

If you are facing errors when opening the applications then I would recommend posting to the forums related to that application. The community in those forums are getting to better be able to assist you with troubleshooting specific to the application.

Hi, my Creative Cloud Photoshop latest version installs but will not launch. When I try it opens a page with a long error code report. I uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop several times with the same result. I downloaded and tried the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, as I found as a solution in the help forum, but since I uninstalled Photoshop before I ran the Cleaner Tool there are installed applications, and AdobeCreativeCloudDriver. Should I hit the clean all CS6 button at the bottom of the window. There is nothing including Photoshop in this list.

I'm not interested in troubleshooting with anyone, but just wanted to know if anyone knows if Adobe has fixed their bugs with Creative Cloud photoshop, mine is not working and is very frustrating to know that other people have the same problems, will this software work ? yes or no? In case anyone is interested I get a blank screen every time I open a document, so it's useless, and when I resize the Photoshop window it can not do a good job of resetting the included tools.

Funny how I just fixed it by changing a setting within Photoshop to disable/enable the hardware acceleration, took me 2 minutes to google search the problem related with the blank image. However I updated my video driver and the problem never came back, so I guess my computer does not support Photoshop extended features. -

Locate sniffer.exe and rename it ~sniffer.exe

This solution was offered by Adobe chat support, after a very long and fruitless exchange. Apparently, the support tech finally asked around, and someone else in the room gave him the correct answer.

We would like to deploy the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc…) through Citrix XenApp 6 / 6.5. Does anyone know if this is possible – are there any deployment guides. I haven’t been able to find any so I’m assuming it’s not officially supported.

StuartWe have a few of the products installed. You will find they work okay but nothing replaces working locally.
We are, however, using the Enterprise version that is not tied to cloud accounts.
We have had to play with the video setting of Citrix for better Quality. If you ratchet them up to high for someone that is doing high end editing your performance drops significantly. The screen refresh is blocky and no one doing this work would find it usable.
We have it there fore simple editing and managing our media. I am looking for a much better storage solution that is sharable across platforms and locations. -

I would like stay only with the 2014 version but i don´t find more the desinstaller of old CC version and the 2 versions takes a lopt of space on my disk... is it normal or is there a necessity to stay with the 2 versions... Now I use only the 2014 version but the old version is always there ????

A Cloud subscription provides for installing working installations on two machines. You can have mixed operating systems (both Windows and Apple's OX).
