Creative Cloud Problem - Try Icons not changing to Download Icons

I just purchased a Creative Could for Teams membership and my icons will not change from "Try" to "Download". I've installed the Adobe Application Manager and I've also logged out and logged back in several times and the icons still do not change. Can someone help?

Hi David... thank you for your offer of help. Have come round to that view ourselves that the issue was possibly caused right at the start of our purchase. That's now 10 days gone by without access to the products and we are starting to wonder if it will ever be resolved.
Incidentally could I ask? Is it the case that the software should be available simply by logging on with your ID and password to creative.adobe.com and then selecting "Apps"? When we log onto creative.adobe.com and click on "My Account" it only shows 2GB space available instead of 20GB and on the Plan Information tab it shows the "Free membership" option when we would presume it should show our purchase of Creative Cloud. We have checked with our bank and the payment for the CC subscription did process with the first payment made to Adobe on the date of purchase.
The software presently installed on the workstation is Adobe Master Suite CS6 and is a high end spec HP Z800 (windows 7 pro service pack 1) if that helps in anyway. The Adobe Download Manager was installed previously as part of an update for our CS6 Master Suite package.
If you can fix this for us you are on our Christmas card list lol.....

    That's the screen zoom function activated by CNTL scroll up to zoom and CNTL-Scroll down to unzoom.

    creative cloud photoshop blur tool not work as it should be !
    I go to blur a painting i am doing and it does not blur enough and I am using wacom Intuos 5 med pen tablet.
    and I even set the tablets sensitivty for pressure lower then default and still not getting the blur tool to do its job.
    I even adjusted the brush settings too to be able to blur even more on hard settings, still nothing.
    at least it not bluring enough to see any major changes.
    the only way i can blur anything is by using the fliters blur or the brushes ( mixer brush ) settings to mix colors and do it that way.
    (note) I will not post my systems specs sorry I don't do that and even the tech from adobe said I do not have to. and so I wont !
    just need advise not to share system specs.
    and thats what this forums board is for getting advice and read what others say about the issue at hand.

    It might be your image is too big in terms of pixel dimensions for the blur tool to work well.
    If you zoom to 100% do you see any change when using the blur tool?
    What are the pixel dimensions of the image?
    (Image>Image Size)
    If you try a small image, does the blur tool work?
    What about when you use the mouse instead of your tablet?
    Can you at least tell us what operating system and version of photoshop your using?

  • Creative Cloud problem - no support reply in two weeks!

    This is the worst support I've ever come across. We've had no contact from anyone at Adobe apart from a general email 5 days ago. Yesterday we called and was passed around support depts for over an hour with no resolution.
    The email we got a week ago advised to upload a copy of our sync files so they can be checked but the Adobe attach file does not accept .log files. We were then advised to go to an FTP site and upload the .zip folder but the FTP site does not exist!
    Following the phone call yesterday Adobe guaranteed we would receive an expert support call with-in two hours. Guess what - nobody called.
    We've had enough and wanted to cancel creative cloud because it does not provide a service as advertised. We were advised we can not cancel for 1 year.
    Lets see if anyone at Adobe will comment/help this time around.

    Design team working with the cloud for the first time need help. All 112 page magazine indesign/photoshop files and 90% of the magazine content and images (separate folder) deleted from the cloud and the local MAC folders. The remaining 10% word/pages docs have been converted to .jpg.
    It seemed to happen when a new license was accepted by a freelance designer. We had a support guy from Adobe remote desktop into the MAC yesterday but he could't work out what was wrong. He's passed it onto an expert who will be in contact with-in 72 hours? It's a good job we had only spent one full day designing and not a day before going to print. It's possible one MAC was uploading to the contents folder/syncing with the cloud whilst the freelance designer MAC was syncing/downloading around 1GB of files. Perhaps it was overloaded? But where are the files, and why delete anything without asking?
    1.6Gb out of 100GB allowance used! The Archive only has the content and images folder with around 90% deleted. This is around 528MB. Where have our files gone?
    Thankfully we did make a back-up yesterday.

  • My Creative Cloud Desktop App is not responding

    On Mac OS X 10.9.4
    So this is what happened:
    Creative cloud desktop was originally not syncing, so I tried logging out and back in.
    Desktop app froze and wouldn't let me access the app. Activity monitor listed it as "not responding". Tried force quit and reopen, same problem.
    Tried restarting machine, no effect. Tried to uninstall, uninstaller is stuck on "not responding".
    Not sure where to go from here.
    Any help would be appreciated!

    If you updated the desktop installer and the screen is blank: try this:
    Rename the opm.db file.
    Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
    Launch Creative Cloud
    (help finding hidden files on mac:http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html.)
