Creative cloud problems after repairs
I have this problem with my creative cloud where i had my laptop repaired and when i got it back i had to reinstall creative cloud. not such a problem on its own but my creative cloud now says that i do not have a licence for creative cloud but i do have one, i have also tried to re enter my installation code but it says that my code is already in use, what can i do to get my creative cloud licence back, or how can i get a new installation code?
unless you did a proper reinstallation (no migration/time machine/restore/etc), that's what you should do.
uninstall, clean (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and properly install using the cc desktop app, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial

Creative Cloud stops after 10 sec
Hi,
I like to update Lightroom and Photoshop, so I start Creative Cloud and after ± 10 seconds Creative Cloud stops without any message whatsoever.
So I tried to uninstall Creative Cloud, but the uninstaller progress bar is standing still even after 30 minutes. The process manager showed the uninstaller was hanging
So I repaired the filesystem permissions, an still the uninstaller was hanging
So I ran the CC Cleaner Tool only for Creative Cloud removal
After that I reinstalled a fresh Application Manager, which downloaded and installed the new Creative Cloud
But the problem is still not solved and Creative Cloud still shuts down (crashes) after ± 10 seconds.
Please what can I do? during my trial perod I had no problem whatsoever, but sinds I start paying this is happening.
Specs:
Creative Cloud subsription
MAC OSX 10.9.4The install of prem. Pro,,,it did install but no desktop icon and none of the icons in cloud work..I was able to go into C drive then into the prem.pro folder,found the icon for the application and that opened the program..It ran ok..I have found no way to reinstall anything from cloud without first removing said program.Thats what I am doing now,uninstalling prem.pro and cloud in hopes of a clean install will fix the issues.Not going to hold my breath tho as I really don't think they have fixed the bug yet.
On the plus side LightRoom did install with a working icon.
PS cc 2014 did not put out a startup icon but as with prem.pro was able to open by going into the file folder.
I am running Win8 64 bit with a 6 core cpu
Modern Tech.....Isn't great when it works...But when it doesn't...Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr LOL
Will post the results of reinstall.
Note....CLOUD STILL claims Pre Pro is there..Guess will have to remove cloud also and reload it before I can get anywhere. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr -

the application manager says all of these apps are updated, but they are not accessible on my laptopUchinan please try running the uninstallers in the Programs & Features control panel to see if it is restores your ability to reinstall within the Adobe Application Manager.

Trouble with Creative Cloud and After Effects

I'm having a lot of trouble lately with the Creative Cloud desktop application. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it keeps getting stuck here:
And nothing loads!
I was also having a problem with After Effects. Every time I'd load it, a window would pop up saying, "After Effects can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup"
Any help?

Creative Cloud Issue After Using Apple's Migration Assistant
I bought a new Mac and used Apple's Migration assistant to transfer everything from the old Mac to the new. Everything works with all apps except Creative Cloud. Creative Cloud states that some files are missing and prompts me to download and install Creative Cloud again. I do that and run the App. The app runs for a minute, acts like it's installing than I get the same error -- Creative Cloud is missing some files or some files are corrupt, please download and reinstall -- it brings me to the webpage to download it again. I'm stuck in this infinite loop!
The old Mac where Creative Cloud runs fine is a 15" Retina Display MacBook Pro. The new Mac is a 27" iMac.

Single Edition w/ Creative Cloud problems
Hey all,
I'm looking to use my included Single Edition included with my Creative Cloud subscription but when I get to the end of my app creatation process, the App Builder is asking for an activation code.
I built the folio with the same Adobe ID as my Creative Cloud subscription. My subscription is active (payment was confirmed last week) and I am signed into the correct account in the App Builder.
Any solutions out there?

I do appoligize for the curtness of my messages, but please understand my frustration on the matter. I am a professional DPS publisher with multiple apps in the store. I subscribed to Creative Cloud largely because I was promised free Single Edition publishing. It is a feature I would like to use and it enables a lower price point for my clients. To have these problems arise, especially late on Friday after a long week, is extrememly disapointing.

Procedures to re-install Creative Cloud apps after from Win 7 to Win 8 Upgrade
I'm planning to upgrade my PC to from Win 7 64 bit to Win 8 64 bit. I currently have Creative Cloud apps installed on the Win 7 PC. I will have to reinstall all apps after the upgrade to Win 8. Before doing the upgrade, should I deactivate all Creative Cloud apps under Win 7 or will the software recognize that I'm on the same PC when I go to re-install my apps? So, same physical PC, but different operating systems.

When you install the operating system that you are licensed for, the installer will not require you to manually input a 25 character activation license key.
Any HP notebook manufactured from 2011 has been using the SLP method. That is why you don't see a Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity with the 25 character activation license key anywhere on the notebook.

Reinstalling Creative Cloud apps after system rstore
I had to perform system restore on my Windows 8.1 laptop. Now when I try to reinstall my CC apps, I don't have the option in the Creative Cloud download manager i.e. the area where 'Apps' should be is blank. Is there a solution to this?

Creative Cloud thinks After Effects CS6 is on my computer, but it isn't.
I never installed the trial version of After Effects CS6, but when I went to do so, Creative Cloud said it was already on my computer and up to date.
I searched in all of my system files and nothing came up. I know for sure I have never used it. I can't download the trail from the adobe website because it automatically opens up Creative Cloud, which can't uninstall programs, so I can' get After Effects.

Creative Cloud problems since Mavericks update
Hi
Has anyone else had problems using Adobe Creative Cloud since upgrading to Mavericks? I have a Mac Pro at work and everything runs smoothly on that but my 2nd license on my home iMac doesn't work properly. Photoshop won't open and constantly freezes, dreamweaver won't open at all and Premiere is hit and miss whether it opens or not... Any ideas what the problem could be? Creative cloud isn't cheap it should work by now!!! Grrrrrr

Creative Cloud: Problems installing Photoshop CS6
I have a license to Creative Cloud but I have problems installing and running Photoshop CS6. When I launch the program it says I can test Photoshop Extended for 30 days but then I need to buy a license. Additional information: 1) I did have Photoshop CS6 beta installed before. Now it is uninstalled (in the correct way from the Control Panel) but still same problem 2) All other Creative Cloud programs install and launch without problems. How do I solve this?
I tried to follow the advice. I removed all Creative Cloud programs. I
then cleaned twice using the cleaning options 3: Creative Cloud and
then 7: CS6. Then re-installed Adobe Application Manager and then
re-installed Photoshop CS6. Still same problem.
I have NOT yet tried to un-installed my old CS 5.5 Design Standard
package.I have also not un-installed my Lightroom 4. Is it necessary
also to remove those programs?
