  • Creative Cloud Will Not Launch

I cannot get my creative cloud to launch thus launch any applications.  Just downloaded the new upgrade.... I only receive a white screen, any one else experiencing problems or have any good advise?

Hi John Smith, I have the newest OS for Mac Book Pro, When I go to the OOBE file folder there is  PDApp file folder only in there, and when I click that alias, it takes me to a series of files none of which reference as above.  When I launch any application I receive a sign in required window where this continually spools and nothing is launched.
Please advise as I am trying to access all of my creative software for a Monday a.m. deadline and have trouble shooter, reinstalled both the adobe manager and the Cloud app.  Checked Proxy settings, etc.

  • Creative Suite Programs not launching

I just upgraded my PC, to an AMD 5400B, AMD 780chipset, ATI 3870 graphics, 4GB RAM, and Seagate 320GB using the AHCI mode. I updated all the drivers, and service packs, including SP3 for Windows XP pro.
I install Creative Suite Design Premium 3 without a problem. However when I try to lauch any of the programs to enter the product key code, nothing opens.
I check the tast manager and it shows the program running under processes, InDesign.exe, or Illistrator.exe, etc but nothing ever opens.
I did a full erase, reinstalled everything, and same exact problem. No other program is having any issues on the workstation. Any suggestions?

Yes, please contact Adobe Technical Support. They have experience with this class of problems and will assist you. Phone assistance for installation problems (which this is) is at no charge.

  • Photoshop cc14 and lightroom installed and working, but when starting creative cloud program it says: No program installed, mand only shows old programs like PS6 to install

    Hello there!
When I start the creative cloud, I get the information that no programs are installed and I can download PS6. But I have installed the latest versions of photoshop and lightroom working properly.
My System is a windows 7 64Bit PC.
I had to deinstall the creative cloud program because it didn´t react some days ago. Then I installed it again and now I have this wron behaviour.
Does anybody know how to adapt the creative cloud program correctly?
    Thanks in advance
    Andreas

Make sure that you had not changed the language on Creative Cloud desktop
Also try to perform below steps
On Creative Cloud desktop top Right side click on  Gear icon and Quit Creative Cloud App
Then Right click on Creative Cloud desktop shortcut and choose properties.
    Then Click on compatibility tab
Under compatibility mode ""Make sure "Run this program in  compatibility  mode for " box is unchecked.
If it is checked, uncheck it and click on Apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud App and try.

  • I want to start using the creative cloud programs but it has forced me to "start a trial" and looks like I need a redemption code to "license" the products on my computer for the next year. Where do I find or get this redemption code?

If you bought your subscription direct from Adobe, you should not need any codes, only your Adobe ID and password

  • License confirmation each time I run a creative cloud program

Each time I run a Creative Cloud program, I am asked to confirm the licence.
Sometimes it states that it is 'trial software'.
I've downloaded the software directly from Adobe. It's not a major issue, as it works when I confirm it, but it's definitely annoying and if you try to open a file through Windows Explorer, the licence screen stops it opening.
    Any ideas?

  • Portage from PC to Mac with adobe Creative Cloud program

I will buy a creative cloud program to work on my PC with Microsoft Windows. If I change to a macintosh platform can I transfer my creative cloud on a Mac ?

    Yes.
Activation on both platforms at no extra cost is a unique feature of Cloud membership.
You also have up to 2 activations with each membership.
So you can activate on Win/Win or Mac/Mac or Win/Mac.

"You can install the desktop applications available in Creative Cloud on your primary computer and one backup computer, as long as they are not running at the same time. You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for instance, you can install your applications on both. See the product license agreements page for more information."

  • Can I make my Creative Cloud programs portable?

I'm just curious, is there a safe and legal way to have my creative cloud programs portable? I'm asking this because if I need them at a specific location (ie. the mall at a shirt printing station [they have no adobe programs ]) I can use them at such location. Is there a way to do this?

No. Nothing else needs to be discussed. "Portable" programs = pirated software and that's true not just for Adobe.

  • Creative Cloud Does Not Start - Help!

If anyone from Adobe is watching this.  I was considering switching from Aperture to Lightroom CC.  I was able to install the trial and it works fine.  However, all of a sudden, Adobe Creative Cloud App will not run.  The icon appears for a moment then disappears.
I have tried almost everything listed here - installing and uninstalling, Creative Cloud Cleaner, running as root, running in a new admin account and so on.  All are no goes.
I really would like to be your customer, but since I can't get live support, and I am not going to sign up only to find the paid CC does not work either, I hope you are able to help me.

Creative Cloud won't launch on Mac OS 10.10.3
    Still same ??
Try with solution provided in the first link I provided:
    Message from Danny :
    Success!
Hope this helps someone in the same situation. (This is for a Mac, OS 10.9.5)
    This is what I did.
Started the computer in SAFE MODE, Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) started.
Restarted under regular user mode. CCD did not start.
Removed all login items from System Preferences > Users & Groups (I think this step could be skipped and only tried if the following doesn't work.)
Go to Library folder. Rename LaunchAgents folder to LaunchAgents_old and Launch Daemons folder to Launch Daemons_old
Create new folders called LaunchAgents and Launch Daemons.
Move all items NOT containing the name Adobe from the "old" folders and put them in their respective new folders.
Go to ~/Library and do the same thing with LaunchAgents folder.
Restart the computer and see if CCD opens. Mine DID!!!
Using the uninstall Creative Cloud, uninstall. Then reinstall CCD. (This should put new items in the LaunchAgent folders.)
Restart the computer and see if CCD works. Mine Did and I seem to be good to go.
