Creative cloud registeration problem

I tried to register for creative cloud and nothing showed in my order history... i tried my other credit card and still no product to use.. but my both credit cards have been charged and i got order conformation  emails.
I want to cancel them since still in the first 30 days. please advise!

  • Creative cloud subscription problem

    I have just purchased Creative cloud
    I can install programs only as trials.
    Adobe app manager is showing try at almost all programs
    I have chated with some adobe reps but they could'nt solve the problem
    Any ideas?

    Hello,
    I am a mac user and would like to download photoshop CC, but for some reason whenever click on the apps tab of the creative cloud thing it gives me the message "The Creative Cloud Installation is no longer functioning, please uninstall and download again." I have uninstalled and redownloaded multiple times to no effect. Can anyone help me figure this out?

  • Creative Cloud install problems and apps updates problem, glitch? what to do?

    Hi, is there a glitch in the creative cloud installation? Once installed I cant uninstall it, moreover once I download apps like Indesign it takes forever, like over one hour to donwload and then updates cannot be installed, I get an error message saying "update failed. Download error" and I have a feeling it is messing up my hard drive

    i've got a problem with the Adobe CC Market
    I use a PC, Windows 8 and never had problemes with the Creative Cloud... until now.
    My problem is that when I click on the Market Button there is no pop up.. there is just nothing! I can't use it. But there is no problem with the typekit.

    i keep getting a failure when downloading illustartor cc indesign cc or cs6 it say file is corrupted retry i have done 6 times still nothing.
    my company is based in the uk but i work from israel
    using imac osx10.6.8

    I'm also in the UK and am unable to update the Creative Cloud Desktop app - it either fails to download or if it does it then fails to install.
    Win 7 Pro SP1
    PS Also, the download is v slow (and surely it can't be a big download just for a little app?)

    This may be just pure fluke, but I had Illustrator CC running, *then* tried to upgrade the Creative Cloud Desktop app and it worked!
    Edited because problem seems to have been solved.

    The first time I bought Creative Cloud there were no issues with my payment method, but second month I recieved some notifications due to a transaction error.  I check my credit card and it has enough funds for paying Creative Cloud. During this period the automatic pay day, changed to 31/07/2013; now I'm trying to make again the payment but there is no way to do it manually, My Creative Cloud subscription is now in test mode, and I just have 3 days until the test mode period ends. How can I try to pay again manually? why is this not working?

    I signed up for creative cloud and want to run Lightroom on my work computer (iMac running OSX 10.7.5) which is pre-loaded with CS6 (but not Lightroom, obviously). How do I do this? on the creative cloud app page, it just lets me run LR as a trial, and wants a serial number. Adobe Application Manager was already loaded, and is licenced to the pre-loaded CS6.

    I do not know of any computers coming pre-loaded with the Creative Cloud. It sounds like your computer which is "pre-loaded with CS6" is using a perpetual license (serial number). The Creative Cloud uses a membership based on your Adobe ID to which you pay a monthly fee or use a pre-paid redemption card (from a store like Amazon or Staples). If you are using a perpetual license than Lightroom would just run as a Trial.
